Dear all,

As per rbi guideline in this lockdown we don't have to pay any emi. But form kreditbee daily sending me a message to pay the emi either i have to pay the extra charges. So i pay the emi. But now they not providing me the loan and informed to wait till 1st june. It's lockdown time and my mom health is not good. If you unable to provide loan then why you are taking the emi's. Please resolve it either i will go to court.

In respect of all term loans (Including agricultural term loans, retail and crop loans), all commercial banks (Including regional rural banks, small finance banks and local area banks), co-operative banks, all-india financial institutions, and nbfcs (Including housing finance companies) (“lending institutions”) are permitted to grant a moratorium of three months on payment of all instalments1 falling due between march 1, 2020 and may 31, 2020. The repayment schedule for such loans as also the residual tenor, will be shifted across the board by three months after the moratorium period. Interest shall continue to accrue on the outstanding portion of the term loans during the moratorium period.

What rights does kreditbee have to force a customer even rbi stated monetorium of emi for 3 months is it kreditbee is legal or not they are taking high interests and yet they can't even stop this emi in this crisis situation i don't know why rbi is not looking into it and now they are scaring people by saying penalties and effecting the cibil score

Sir, i have taken loan from kreditbee and i have to pay my first repayment on 3/4/2020. But due to crisis of corona i can not go out for work and i don't have enough money to pay back. Recent ordinance from central government says we don't need pay emi for next three months, so i requested them to give little time but they refused. They are insisting me to pay on time which is not possible. Sir please consider this issue. Thank you sir

Kredit bee team guys are using filthy language and taking rubbish for 15 days payment delay.. Being an indian i need help.. Does no one delays payments or what?? Why i'm i getting calls and being harrassed by these filthy people who doesn't have proper skills nor don't know how to respect. Kindly do the needful.

I have taken a loan from kreditbee online loan last 5 times i have made the payment properly but for last 3 months i cant able to pay due to my job changes & also my wife health issues.. But they are threatning me too pay it. They have send random messages for all contacts & also calling them i have asking them time but they are still threatning me to pay now again & again

I have paid my installment before due date the have received the money but in app it has not updated and after loan due date they called and asked to again i paid they said don't worry your money get refunded soon. 7th of january i have paid till date i didn't get my refund. I need to escalate it to highest level. And also paid penalty for 1 day of delay so i am going to take action against kreditbee as they have given loans but still i need my refund back.

I took loan from Kredit bee near about 30k and 5th was my EMI date. I was having some financial issue due to which I was unable to pay on 5th. From 4th onwards I used to get IVR calls with frequency of an hour in a day and 3 times call by Customer care guy asking to pay amount. I missed to pay on 5th. Still I was getting mentally torturing calls . I said i will pay emi within couple of days.Still they were calling n number of times.At 8th (After 3 working days)they send sms to my parents and all references which i mentioned while filling form.
The sms contains message which says they made defaulter, blacklisted and also they reported to CIBIL. They also said that they are supposed to sent legal notice and Recovery agent will arrive shortly to recover money at my home or Office address.

At 4th i paid emi with penalty.
As of now loan is closed. I paid all the emi.

Is this a way to act? I missed the1st emi and too it was 3 working days. The amount was 30k. I was really irritated with calls, mail & messages.

I want to take action on it.

Me taken loan from kreditbee it's showing repay in 24 month for 4k. But after 15 days they calling and asking 5k. 1k interest on amount of 4k. It's genuine. Taken my phone book contact and mental torture to me and my contact. Feeling unnecessary mental pressure. Suggest me to file legal complaint on this company. Calling from ip phone so that case we can't call back.

I have taken loan from kreditbee almost every month in 2019 and cleared them on time paying high interest to them... When i didnt paid once on time and later repaid with penality...in october 2019 they impacted my cibil score showing in credit reports that i still owe to the company... And the amount is still overdue and the loan status is still active now... There is still outstanding active loan...

I took a loan of 2000 from creditbee. I had to pay the loan in two installments. But i failed to pay my 1st installment on[protected]. They started calling me from the next day. I told them everytime that i would pay the whole amount on[protected]. By the way my second installment date is[protected]. Everytime they called me, i told them that i would pe paying on 15th. But today they called me and started threatening me for legal notice. I told them that i have told you guys that i would be paying on 15th that is tomorrow. But he started to talk rudely and threatned me of legal notice and to damage my cibil. This is a fake company. If i am paying late, i am also paying the fine. Then threaten for what.

On 1st of december 2019 at 11:05 pm i made a transaction of 4192/- through phonepe application and the transaction is successful and amount got debited from my account..
But receiver bank states that they haven't received any amount from my bank side..
Please help me out .. Im quite confused regarding it.. Im sharing the screenshots of transactions and the reply of receivers end..

His is to in form you that i am totally mentally harased by kreditbee from last 30 days they call my friend relatives family and use abusive languages currently i have some financial crises thats why i am not paying the remaining amount of 10k
But i took the loan so why they called to my friends and family

I have taken a loan of 10k twice and this time I have not paid it's been two months n one stupid girl who S calling from collection team n abusing who S she to question me using bad words n abusing me through Watsapp her number [protected] I don't know her name what u guys thinking I asked time since I can't pay now u will talk whatever u want? Such a cheap attitude know how to treat customers

My name is vikash. From patna i use kreditbee app. I fill all document company demand me 1650 processing fees for 1650 rupees loan. Mere pas 100 rupaiye v nahi 6 month se. Maine processing fees nahi diya to loan nahi mila. Lekin kreditbee wala bolte hai sms call WhatsApp karte hai maine loan liya. 1750 rupees ka u chek my bank passbook also. 1 month se kreditbee paresan karta hai bolta hai case karega.

I have take loan amount around 4000/ from kreditbee and return the full amount with interest, but they almost destroyed my cibil score which is showing i have 97/ overdue. I am also unable to fetch my profile in kreditbee. Their customer care also not responding. Now i want to know about the statement from kreditbee so that if anything left i can pay. My no. I took loan and repaid it on time but still they have not updated my status.. When i contacted company they said ur money is not received.. I have bank transfered the amount and send detail of transition id but still they are asking for penalty.. I have all proof of repayment. Plse sort it out. The amount is credit in their given acc. No of yes bank.. Transition id is also given to them by mail.. I contacted them but they are saying provide imps no.. They have added 102 1 day charge.

I am writing this because my kreditbee account is still showing that my loan amount is not paid yet. I have paid the loan amount and still it did't reflect in my account. My loan Id is KB190723GFMSM. I have paid an amount of Rs 4345 and the transaction number is[protected]. I have done the payment through google pay. I have attached the screenshot of the payment and my kreditbee account. I am requesting you to kindly solve my problem. I have written many emails even called the customer service several times but there was no reply to my solution. Please help me with the problem.

As i had paid due firstly on gpay and it will not affected in the app and i got messages and calls regarding today is the last day to your repayment of you are not pay your cibil will go down and also chagres will born of you want to avoid kindly pay.
So first in the morning i had paid in gpay i had waited till eveng and then again done a transaction in phonepee both transactions are showing successful but not affected in the app then also. Atlast night 11 click i got message that you loan repaid successful.
So i want my 2nd payment money back to my account

Hi,
I applied for a loan of 2200 rupees in kredit bee on 2nd october 2019, then they approved it and in the app it is showing disbursed but it is not credited in my bank account. They also mentioned in app repayment date (3rd november).
Regarding this issue i mailed them many times, but they are not replaying.
Even the contact number given in app is also not working.
I am attaching the screenshots please look...
