KreditBee — money deducted from my account but still it is show as unpaid | |||
I am writing this because my kreditbee account is still showing that my loan amount is not paid yet. I have paid the loan amount and still it did't reflect in my account. My loan Id is KB190723GFMSM. I have paid an amount of Rs 4345 and the transaction number is[protected]. I have done the payment through google pay. I have attached the screenshot of the payment and my kreditbee account. I am requesting you to kindly solve my problem. I have written many emails even called the customer service several times but there was no reply to my solution. Please help me with the problem. I have cleared all the dues of kreditbee but still, it's affecting my cibil score and reflecting as a negative account. The Kreditbee people are not at all responding to the emails and calls.
