KreditBee — paid due twice because of not affected in the app

As i had paid due firstly on gpay and it will not affected in the app and i got messages and calls regarding today is the last day to your repayment of you are not pay your cibil will go down and also chagres will born of you want to avoid kindly pay.
So first in the morning i had paid in gpay i had waited till eveng and then again done a transaction in phonepee both transactions are showing successful but not affected in the app then also. Atlast night 11 click i got message that you loan repaid successful.
So i want my 2nd payment money back to my account

I took a loan of 1447 ruppee on 10/10/2019
and after days i paid 1322 ruppee but i didnt recieve any confirmation msg on my number or any mail from your side fix this problem please asap.

Sir, please see this matter. I am doing repayment of Bildeskuti vai keditbee loan through upi payment then amount is debited from my account but till it shows me the repayment was not done or successful . Please help me, or refund my amount as soon as possible
