I Ramandeep and Harman both took Hair Rebounding cost Rs 7000 from Asim and AAbit from Sec 18 Noida Lakme on 21st OCt. It doesn't seems rebounding have done They destroyed the hairs completely and burn the hairs and misbehaved with us.All the time they said will check it out and give you treatment but not given.Lakme is not giving any value to customers.They said hair expert will call you and help you out but one month pass no body called me.I had called them lot many times but they dont respond.I request you to refund my money back otherwise i will go to consumers court..I am irritated and dissatisfied with the Service of Lakme.I request you to refun d my money..The address of Lakme is below

Dear Sir,
Today I went purchase cosmetics.I bought 1.Lakme Lipstick number-352 number embossed on the bottom-07598.The shopkeeper took Rs 200/-.
2.Lakme Inst-liner eyeliner. Price Rs78/-.But neither of the product of such a famous company do not have any kind of MRP printed
on the body of the product..There is no Batch number/Manufacturing date printed on the body of the product.

Lakme saloon acharya niketan, khudiram bose marg, delhi, is pathetic. Its owner have no sense that how to talk with customers. After receive advance payment, if any issue to customer that time the owner of this saloon dont behave well and destroy a lady's important day of her life (marriage day) by doint horrible makeup.

Kindly close acharya niketan, khudiram bose, delhi Lakme Saloon as soon as possible.

i understand that there should be standard rate card of all Lakme saloons. However, New rajinder nagar branch overcharge customers as they have their own rate card and modify it as per their own convinience.

Issue: Strainght therapy for medium length costs 10,600 at all the delhi lakme saloons and with the ongoing 50% discount it is 5300. however new rajinder nagar branch charged me 6600 instead of 5300 today.

hey...bought a Lakme Absolute lip colour BRICK 51...from health n glow..outlet...Skywalk, Chennai....testd it before buyng...bt aftr breakng d seal...d colour turned ot to b d diffrnt one...dat wasnt wat was showed to me!!
even aftr making number of rounds to exchange my product...d store is still running ot of stock even aftr...20 days hav alrrady passed by...!!

Anyone planning to go to this particular salon... Please stay away... May be you can try out some other branch. But definetly not this. Service is not good. infact the way they treat you makes you feel like giving bad coments and review. The equipment used (comb, roller, dryer, chairs) all r old, comb even missed some teeth. Dirty , infact very dirty. hair cut was just fine not so good. The blow dry part almost burnt my scalp several times. Even after mentioning no precausions were taken. If this is the case then why not i go to some local salon, why Lakme. Never expected this from "LAKME" will never be getting into tat salon. the way it is been maintained is also worst. I wuld definetly not recoment and will give an minus rating. Worst Experience ever. Bad attitude of the bellandur branch owner.

I had a hair straightening from Lakme saloon GGN on feb 18 after 1 week my hair were wavy again den wen i went again there Sanjay the (hair dresseer)
again did the chemical treatment assuring me that it wil last for 1.5 years as it is a new treatment. Now my hair are all wave again after 4months.I want a refund or Hair straight again.

HI. I recently shifted to hyd. I had a beautiful step hair cut prior visiting LAKME SALON - MALAYSIAN TOWNSHIP CIRCLE. Since i was new to this place, i dint want to experiment on my hair by going to any other parlor so i chose LAKME only because of its brand name... little did i know that i would regret my decision of chosing lakme. I went with excitment of getting my hair trimmed and dressed for a wedding ocassion. The receptionist said that they would charge 875 for step hair cut after examinig the length of my hair. I said OK and an attendant washed my hair. another person started cutting my hair. when it was 75% done, i became suspicious abt the hair cut. i told her 'This is not looking like step cut'. For which she says 'This is FLOWER cut'. I was shocked and verymuch disappointed by that lady. She dint even inform me that she is doing something rubbish when i told her clearly that i want step cut. Who the hell asked her to experiment whatever that stupid flower cut was. And i had never heard abt thie so called FLOWER cut in any of the top parlors/salons including LAKME salons in Bangalore. On top of that she dint even set my hair for whatever stupid reasons and was so adamant in agreeing her mistake. i was so disappointed and upset after looking myself in the mirror. Upon that their swiping machine dint work. And i had to listen to advises the whole time she was cutting my hair. They dint even give me my bill too... This is my 1st and last visit to LAKME salon in hyd ever.

I was a regular customer of Lakme Salon at Hiranandani Estate Thane. Right from it was inaugurated I was visiting the salon and also during that time only i shifted to thane.
Everything was going perfect..but suddenly the staff started changing out there and also the customer service...a few days back when i went to the salon only for threading i was told you have to wait for 15 - 20 mins (yes i went without appointment) so i said fine...suddenly another person came and told ma'am its very busy..the girl is busy doing facial so she can't attend you...i was fine i told book me for saturday evening...when i reached despite of taking appointment i was not attended and the attitude was worst also i was told our system is not reflecting your appointment we cannot take you...but still as a loyal customer i booked appointment for sunday afternoon but i couldnt go so i cancelled...Monday the stylist had weekly off...so i booked for tuesday evening 6:30...suddenly in afternoon i gotta call form salon that the stylist is not well your appointment needs to be cancelled or postponed....I want an answer that why the hell am i suppose to wait for a dirt small service....?????
rather earlier..before the staff changed the scenario was completely different...even if i went without appointment and i had to wait...staf[censored]sed to keep me engaged in something or else..showing bridal packages...new services....make up photographs (no matter if it was of any use to me or not..) but in a span of 15-20 mins it used to be....they didnt wanted to loose a customer...and now NO MATTER CUSTOMER GOES BUT WE ARE NOT FREE WE WILL NOT DO ANY SERVICE...
I was really shocked with this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach...
ANother incident just 15 - 20 days before this incident...i went for threading and my eyebrows were completly ruined....

The service at Hiranandani Estate Thane salon is now going down and now they are not interested even in customer satisfaction...leave apart customer delight....
Lakme should properly train their staff in how to retain a cutomer and not let them go...

From staff i got a concerned person's mobile no. to talk about the poor service...but even after 1st incident was reported to him the 2nd happened...
and the person told that his front desk will give me a call for sorting the matter out,....but till date i didn't received any call...i think the person himself is like that so as the staff... hahahaha.. ..lakme salon big name....

I am not going to visit lakme salon as they are high grade o[censored]nprofessional bunch of people and not interested in customer satisfaction....
as such one customer loss is not going to matter lakme...they are having many...and will not even care about one customer lost......

This is a complaint about poor facial services at Lakme salon Priya branch. The facials are often given for less time including the time for the face pack.That means other essentials like massage time, cleaning, scrubbing etc is very less. The excuse is that they have been instructed by company to hurry up and strictly stick to time limit.

The same for waxing...full waxing might be time consuming depending on hair growth. Doesnt the staff have that much sense to inform their manager about it before they begin to service their clients?

The current staff ( all in their 20s ) are often running to take on more clients without properly servicing their current ones. Despite the service tax taken they seem to work on tips that clients give. the ones who dont aren't treated well the next time. Also smaller services are often sidelined even one has taken a booking. The staff starts packing their bags to leave by 7, or 7: 10 in the evening and also indirectly force clients to hurry up and finish or come some other day ( why bother booking them in the first place if your staff is wanting to run home?????) . The manager too often comes knocking while the client is being serviced...completely disturbing the purpose of a relaxing time in the salon.

Hope the company would send some mystery shoppers, see the fakeness of their staff and sort this out.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NAILPAINT FROM LIFESTYLE STORES WHICH COSTED ME JUST RS 125
BUT THE SAME NAILPAINT WAS PRICED AT RS150 AT A LOCAL STORE NEARBY MY HOME.
THE SHOPKEEPER SAID SINCE THE NAIL PAINT DOES NOT HAVE ANY PRICE PRINTED ON IT , SO HE CAN CHARGE ANY RATES .
LATER HE SAID THE COMPANY INCREASED IT PRICES LAST MONTH,SO HE WAS SELLING IT AT RS 150.
BUT THE NAILPAINT WAS PRODUCED 3 MONTHS AGO

From the moment you enter the salon, they try and make you buy a fake package and then keep forcing you to buy more services.
Let me give you an example. If you go for a basic facial , they use bleach or soemthing, and then charge you 300Rs extra at the end saying we used bleach. They dont check with at the beginning and also dont agree on prices before starting a service. A basic haircut costs Rs900.

They speak ill about all customers in Tamil, assuming you dont understand. They make fun of how everyone looks. Give bad advise and services. My hair is falling and my face has got scars after their facials. They put wrong amounts on their bills and reduce what comes in thier services.

The receptionist is very very bad and condescedning. Her name is Rekha and she teaches wrong things to her staff.

I did hair straightening from Lakme salon at Jagat Tower ,Nagpur on 1st April, 2012. On 3rd day I washed my hair and result was burnt ,coarse hair. I immediately called person who did straightening . He told me to deep condition my hair. Even after doing that there was no change. Hair were totally damaged. I again called the salon since I was at outstation and told him about no change in burnt hair.At that time he admitted his mistake and told that Have to wait till hair grows and there is no solution. I called up Shruti Rajput Owner , However She was very rude and disconnected my phone, instead of giving any solution . I have spent Rs 7000/- and result is damaged hair. seeking compensation from lakme as there is no solution to their misdeed.

This is to bring to the kind notice of the concerned officer of "A" ward that the Gutter in our building.Lakme Salon, 3,Arsiwalla Bldg,Wodehouse Road,Colaba,Mumbai- 400 003.is overflowing and the dirty water is flowing in our Shop. Due to this we all are afraid that some other disease will spread. The gutter water is coming in the shop, as the Gutter is FULLY CHOKED.
I sincerely request the BMC to look into the matter URGENTLY regarding cleaning of the gutter, as it is affecting our health.

We booked Lakme Salon for my sister in laws wedding for 9th n 10th March. It was the biggest mistake we made. Our experience with the Salon was extremely bad since day 1 but we were stuck with this Salon, since we had finallized all jewlery etc from them and had no time to begin with other Salon. Following are few instances of extremely pathetic service that we received -
1) The bride went for hair straigtening, and her hair became very rough and uneven. The person kept saying it is due to the hair colour she used in the past. - He himself knew he's done it wrong - excessive chemicals used.
2) Me n my mom in law went for a facial. They were more concerned about selling their packages and selling a facial that gives them more incentive. I could see they had advertised some organic facial (Emminence) and the lady their kept on insisting to go for it. I had refused it 10 times but she kept insisting till she got me take it. I have a very sensitive skin and the result was rashes on my face.
3) The biggest dissaster they did was to my Mom in law. The lady peeled her skin off from her nose (in the process of removing black heads). She had black patches and blood marks on her nose for next one week.
4) To compensate for what they did to her, they proposed some free makeup for one day (engagement day) to hide those marks and for next day they charged for it. We had no other choice than to go for it.
5) In order to hide those marks, they made so many layers of makeup, only on the FACE , ignoring her neck completely that in the entire wedding it looked like a white mask on her face. (even a local parlour would do it better)
6) They have absolutely no sense of make up. There are untrained workers working who are spoiling people's BIG days.
They spoiled my make up on 9th and hence I did not visit them on 10th.
Apart from this, the entire staff only spoke about money, busy selling packages to us, busy about the lady who owns that Lakme salon. I promised myself never to visit Lakme Salon ever in my life.

I had been to Lakme Salon in Vasant Vihar Thane. This is my 4th visit to the same salon. I am a regular client of Lakme Salon in Malad and Thane Hiranandani Meadows. On my arrival, there was no receptionist and I was informed that the prices are revised (obviously upwards). The room was poorly lit, when I asked about the lighting, I was told yes the light is dim. The washroom was has better lighting. Obviously, the waxing went for a toss and still have hair remaining. Similarly thing happened with eyebrows and upperlips. For head massage, I asked for Aroma head massage but coconut oil was used for the massage. But I was charged for Aroma oil. For hair wash I was told the charges are Rs 275, but was charged Rs 330. I did Aroma pedicure, I had to come and scrub my heals at home as I could see the cracks, when highlighted I was told it will become smooth. I have done pedicure on a regular basis at Lakme but this was the worst experience. The oil applied was mixed with more water as the bottle of Aroma oil was empty. They didnot have the nail paint of my choice, but the charge was in full.
The recptionost was missing from 12.30 to 6.00. She just entered while I was leaving. I asked for a feedback form and I was given a ruled paper from a note book to write. To my surprise, the cleaning staff was using cell phone all the time.

i had booked lakme salon services to be taken by me on the occassion of my 25th marriage anniversary party on the 28th november 2011.but i regret to make it known to u that the services were below standards. i had paid rs 5000 as asked by the service incharge .then too the servicesoperaters did not give proper services.as the file photos can make it clear the lipstic was not properly done, the bun they had provided me was also an oldfashioned one the girl who was given the charge of my saree draping was busy talking on her mobile as the result she did not drape my saree well and it was slipping down i could make it clr thru the flie photo even i[censored]ll see and can judge out she highlighted my cheeks so very badly instead of a smiling impression thru makeup, on my silver jublee anniversary, i was giving a bad and irritated look .my functions enjoyment was all spoiled when my mother and daughter pointed out from where did u get the makeup done u look more pretty without makeup how sad isnt it.i regret to tell u that after such a bad experience i wat be able to recommend any one to take ur services further.
i am really very sorry to book this servicesand request to help me out the salon should take take the responsibility of giving me such a lot of mental stress and duping me out for such an large amount forsuch a downmarket servicei am unable to ttach the photos as they r of 4.4 or 4.2mb size

i got my rebounding done from lakme kapil vihar .in novevmember the result wasnt up to the mark no effect was seen in my hairs .my hair, was pretty before i asked them that im getting my rebounding done coz my hair get tangles .they told me the problem would be solved by rebounding but it never soled the problem .wen i went for the complaint the receptionst treated me so badly and said that" tangles to hoga "he i spended 6000 for waste i would like to say lkme is a worst thing that can happen to a person ...................................................................................⇄ a case of misguiding and cheating ppl

I bought Lakme long lasting products (Lip glosses, lip liner and eye liner) from Kathiawar Stores (M.G Road Secunderabad, TIN No. [protected]) on February 14th 2012. As I started using these products, I noticed that these are not long lasting for even an hour. I spent Rs/- 1510 for these products under the impression that Lakme is a branded company, but the products sold to me have been of substandard quality. When I talked to the store personnel, they were quite careless and unhelpful.
