I got hair smoothing done at marredpally lakme saloon and its absolutely waste of money.. My hair is looking even more worse now. It costed me 7000 bucks for this hairstyling.. I wasted my money and time.. Other normal saloons are far better than lakme saloons.. I called up the saloon to discuss the problem however they gave response in such a way that i felt i shouldn't have chosen lakme to get this done

I have ordered "lakme 9 to 5 weightless mousse foundation" on date 20/7/16 from ebay
And i got delivery on 29/7/16 for the same.
On unpacking the item, i came to know the texture of this foundation is different from my last experience. It's liquid-based rather than the dry texture and looks like cc cream. Additionally, it's not at all lightweight. I have already used this product and so i have experience of it. But this time it's different.

Kindly provide me resolution for damaged product.

I availed pre bridal services at Lakme salon Rudrapur on 6th july 2016 ( excluding hair services), and my experience was the worst one. I have never expected Lakme will have this sort of mis management.I have been a loyal customer of other lakme stores. People are coming there just because of name lakme and these guys are providing pathetic services.
They are not having proper no. of artists for the services. What matters to them is their time only and they will not have any importance of your time at all.
When i contacted to salon manager, to my surprise she told me, we have provided one artist to you for the services. i was totally shocked !!. How could a store manager speak like this.

And that artist was continuously leaving me just to take other clients in between. This sort of activity was seen by me in Rudrapur.
Also I don't know if they have any option to look after emergencies. As in my case I got severe allergy to some product they have applied. And one of their beauticians cold reaction was to have AVIL. I was like are you a doctor?? how can you prescribe me a medicine without knowing my medical history. That Was I who resisted, else these guys would have forced me for AVIL. And Franchise manager was not ready to come at all and have a look also. She is there just to take money and nothing matters for her .

I think it would have been good if I would have went to local parlour instead of Lakme Rudrapur, atleast they would have given me proper care and that too at half the prices.

Trust me guys services results are also like a normal parlour only.

Yesterday i bought a lakme kajal, from a nearby shop, which is in scheme of rs.180 instead of rs. 210 and the product was defaulted. When i opened the kajal, firstly, the stick didn't come out even after many attempts. And when i took it to that shopkeeper, when he opened the stick was all black as it might have been stuck in the cap of that stick, and so the shopkeeper refused to replace it.. Really annoyed by the product, need replacement.

I got a hair spa done in lakme, indranagar banglaore on 17/7/106 and i must say that the service is horrible and waste of money.
I walked in with an appointment but when i reached the salon they said my appointment was not locked.
The stylist alice whom gave a hairspa was not conc on service but only trying to sell their products.
The maganer manish in the store is not consumer friendly and he took abouy 30mins to bill for me.
There is no time management even when an appointment is scheduled
When i told the manager that i am not happy with the service that is hairspa and was frustated about the delay in billing, manager offered me not to pay for hairspa however i did make a payment for claiming my rights.
I must tell you that lakme indranagar bangalore is a place that i would not recommend to go.
I must say that i went there to get a spa treatment for my dry an rough hair and retured back with the same hair. Spa is meant to nourish and pamper but all here i got was just a hair wash and got a hot air blow dry. The amount of heat that they use after spa treatment to dry hair shocked me to the core.
Overall service and management is horrible.
I need a refund and also strict action against the management.
Dont go by the fake promises and waste money like how did.

Very poor quality of enrich matte lipstick. i have buy it on 7/7/16 from shopper stop db mall bhopal. the lipstick is not speeding on lips properly. local lipstick is better than this it is of rs.295. logo is not there is this a local lipstick.

Had purchased lakme lipstick [f106a; 02/2014] - tangerine flame from new beauty centre, swami vivekanand road, khar west, mumbai, maharashtra 400052 in october-2015.
The lipstick has deteriorated rapidly and ha also developed coarseness on its tip.
Either it is qa/qc problem at lakme's end or the centre at khar is selling duplicate products.
In either of case a costly item of a repute brand was bought and the product has failed on its quality.
Neither does lakme has any online complaint registering system just toll free's which are difficult to access and track.

I got a haircut in Varanasi most probably on 12th of June by a lady working in your salon there, she cut it pathetically and she had no knowledge of haircut the way my hair looks now is very weird and I am very disappointed, I feel frustrated. please do take test of your workers before u sent them for client dealing, it felt she had no training in hair cut . I am really really disappointed, will never refer someone there seriously.

I got my hair smoothening done on 10th April at Lakme salon mahakali caves road andberi east, Mumbai.. i had told them clearly 20 days ago at the time of my first visit on 20th March for hair smoothening for my wedding . Though i got my smoothening done well but i feel disgusting to mention here that at the time of my first hair wash on 13th april..they didnot have shampoo to offer meTheir product deliveries had not happened.i had clearly told them much before that i won't be available from 14 april onwards for next 1 month... still they showed such careless attitude ...on insisting for shampoo..Ms Priyanka bought the shampoo for another nearby parlour and gave me expired shampoo which i realised as soon as i reached home..i immediately called her and told her and asked how can she do this to me...she simply answered as i was insisting.. this is most disgusting on her part..on top of that she charged me 100 rs extra of that shampoo which is still not refunded to me...well.. i called again and asked for fresh shampoo.i gave her the option of couriering it to my Lucknow address.. which is yet to come and ...i had no option other than to use the expired shampoo...with this experience this has become my last visit to Lakme..this is highy disgusting and will never recommend Lakme salon to any of my frns...m still awaiting to get my 100 rs back ..it was never expected such callous attitude from professional salon like Lakme...kindly donot repeat this behaviour.. to any body else.

I paid around 10000 including the shampoo n conditioner for cysteine hair treatment.i was informed that the entire frizz will be removed plus there will be a shine n hair will b smooth. The changes which were promised was only for that day.next day it was again the same. After 2-3 days it was even more worst. Do you guys have any clue how much we pay n the kind of service and treatment we get from you.this is not a joke.when i went to get it fixed i was informed that my hair is very weak.and itsnot able to.hold the product
.These things needs to b specified before we pay and these reasons and excuses should b avoided.the entire money was a waste

The gel nail paint i had ordered is definitely a fake one. Nykaa seems to be a genuine site with a wide variety of brands and i personally was excited to buy a huge amount of stuff but my experience was pathetic. I won't spend a even a single penny. You guys should b ashamed of befooling innocent people. I am willing to take this fraudilty to consumer court.

I got a lakme eyeconic kajal from a good shop in malhar mall, indore (m.p.) with Rc no.-cos124/13 and batch no.-26B5.
From the first time I used it I got svere pain in my eyeballs.it took me a few weeks to identify the problem, but I realized as soon as I used it, it started paining. I discussed the problem with my sister in law, I wondered she was having the same problem with the same product. After that I enquired at one cosmetic shop .I got an answer I might have got a duplicate product.
I am not sure what exactly is the problem but it's not good for the brand like lakme.
Please do the needful.

I am renu, I have purchased lakme absolute matte lipstick . l m not satisfied to the result of this product. It looks ugly in 5 minutes. It become spotty and not smooth . I purchased it from a shop . I have doubt about the product. If the product is duplicate than company should take action against those cosmatic shop . If the product is original than company should compensate me as use of it, it make my decision never use these product in future . I am also attaching some pics of this product.

Please refund my money asap

I've bought a lakme colossal kajal from an outlet in bareilly (uttar pradesh, India) M.rp written was Rs.210 but the shopkeeper given me of Rs.180 .but its fake it doesn't have that quality ..I want compensation ..Rather I don't want dis fraud..plz look after dis matter..

I wanted to have kera treatment and asked lakme if they provide this service and they said yes, so i booked appointment. when i visited the salon they told it is same as csytine treatment and they provide cystine. but they lied. cystine is for chemically treated hair and kera treatment is for virgin hair and myn is virgin hair. then again with cystine treatment hair should stay straight for atleast a month but my hair became as usual in the first wash itself . how can they be careless giving a costly service worth 8000/-. this is disgusting, . they are more unprofessional than local beauty parlours. even they dont have proper retail for the services they provide. and dont even inform about the change of products that should be done after a particular service, thill you go and ask them.disgusting

I did hair smoothening from Lakme Salon Chembur on 1st February 2016. After the 3rd wash, I realized that the treatment was not done properly so I went to the parlour on 7th February and the hairdresser assured me that because of moisture in the hair, I got the curls back. He washed my hair and at that time it didn’t strike me that he used a hot air dyer to dry my hair and my hair became straight again. I also informed the hairdresser that I will be going on a vacation and if there are any issues again will get back to him. He agreed and when I went on vacation, I got my curls back and the hair texture turned bad, so after coming back, I called up the Lakme Salon at chembur on 18th Feb and told the manager about this, the manager named Smitha was very rude and back answered stating that why did I not inform her that I am going on a vacation and instead spoke to the hairdresser. I obviously found no reason to inform her when the hair dresser assured me that I can meet him once I come back from vacation.
So I called up the Lakme customer complaint’s team instantly and the area manager spoke to me and got a trainer to check my hair condition. The trainer did agree that the job was not done properly but suggested me to go for the chemical treatment or Cystane treatment again which I was not happy about because I dint want to take risk again and damage my hair. So I asked for my amount to be reimbursed as I was not interested in taking any services just for the sake of it.
I spent Rupees 6000 on the treatment and the service was extremely poor so I am not willing to take any further services.
The area manager did not agree to this stating this is against their policy and fraudulently closed my complaint and there has not been response since then.
I never expected that a reputed brand like Lakme can be so inconsiderate towards their customers.
Please look into this as soon as possible and help me get justice.

Lakme absolute eyeliner - not working condition

have taken a lakme absolute eyeliner blue color ( bar code #[protected] on 4th March and have opened it on 7th. when i opened it have shocked it was not working only :( and i missed bill also. who can help me on this?

I reside in Mumbai mira road.
I bought Lakme Eyeconic Kajal in last wk and i used it only twice. Suddenly the rotating part got some issue and kajal was not moving out after twisting. I guess its a fake kajal. I bought this from one of medical store in mira road east near kanakia spaces.

Request you to kindly provide replacement of the same as this is branded kajal and one of my fav.

Yesterday evening[protected] I purchased a Lakme Absolute Kohl Kakal worth Rs. 725 from Lifestyle, Inorbit Mall, Pune. Today morning[protected] when I opened the pack, I found the tip of the Kajal broken and stuck to the cap ( attached photos for reference). After finding it broken, I immediately went back to the mall to exchange the damaged item, they refused to exchange the same saying as per their policy they do not exchange cosmetics. They also mentioned that they cannot do anything about the damaged product because the items come packed directly from the Company itself. Now can you tell me why should I accept a damaged product from Lakme?? The package of these kind of items (Kajal) is not opened and shown to the Customer before it is purchased, so how do we know if it is broken inside?? Its worth 725 bucks, not a 10 rs thing that I would ignore. Lakme is such a reputed company, and selling such kind of damaged products in the market is a degrading thing that company could do. It is very disappointing!!
