I hv bought a lakme 9-5 lipstick (mr7) saffron gossip earlier and now lakme absolute (29). I m not happy with both. Lakme 9-5 saffron lipstick is smooth buttery but when u apply .. Cracks on the lips and the colour is scattered not spread evenly snd one can c my lip skin colour within lipstick. And i[censored] apply it again then also same problem ..i[censored] apply any other gloss or lipstick over it to cover the gaps it will peel off like second skin So staying till 9-5 is not helping as it is not covering lips. Regarding Absolute .. It is very dry, very difficult to apply evenly ... It seems I hv to put extra force to apply on lips and it is still not giving me smooth look. I hv usee absolute foundation 1199, absolute Kajal etc which is very good but this time these two lipsticks are not up to the mark For 9-5 maybe this colour Safforn is not good and but I hv used red that is very good. Dear lakme, I m a big fan of lakme. And use only lakme cosmetices frm past 6yrs. It's vry sad to inform u dat der r many duplicates of lakme in the market. Recently I had purchased lakme iconic twice but both r fake. V r getting fake lakme products in all the small fancy stores.

I just wanna say, recently I got a lakme eyeconic kajal from Easy day, solan (H.P) around 15 days back (As, no exclusive showroom of lakme around) . But it is found defective as I tried to apply on eyes but even after 2-3 stroke it is not applied. when i complaint about the product to Easy day (from where I bought) they denied to take it back & told me to file a complaint to company.So, I request you to refund or exchange the product.

I purched lakme gloss stick on oct 15 from mumbai phoenix mall in rs 800. it was told by lakme representative that colour of this product will hold more then 24 hour but practically it is not there.i contect to shop but lakme representaive refuse to return.my mob no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.plz do the necessary action

I have taken cysteine treatment from lakme bhopal on 14.08.2015 that costed me Rs.6500 +1950(shampoo n conditioner). Due to the inappropriate application My naturally silky hairs are turned rough like nylon n tangled like anything at ends.. If this is a kind of treatment therapy of a recognised brand like lakme for hairs which is turning normal hairs into damaged hairs then i am sorry but i will have to re-think about my 4-5yrs trust and association with the brand. I feel cheated and deceived as worst ever results have been shown by taking cysteine treatment even after spending so much. Kindly do not spoil the originality atleast if you can't do something good in the name of treatment. I will be thankful to you if you can turn my hairs back to the original status(atleast) if some positive change is not expected from the treatment.

I just brought a LAKME ABSOLUTE SHINE LINE eyeliner from your outlet in seasons mall, pune...but when i came home and checked the price online it said 269and they charged me 375 almost 100 bucks more...i am totally dissapointed!!! I thought lakme has better service n products than maybelline or colourbar ...i really feel cheated! i want my loss to be compensated

I am Jyotsna Bist, a very loyal customer of your elite brand and have been using your products since long, quite satisfied with it and also advocate it in my peer and professional group.
As is shared I buy almost every product of yours so I did try LAKME CC CREAM too. And frankly speaking, I absolutely loved it for its staying effect, appropriate coverage and it gave me perfect look which was also complimented by my friends!

Unfortunately, my very next purchase changed everything into something very HORRIBLE and dis satisfactory.

Worst part is the white rubber type material which it leaves on skin after application.


I believe this CREAM FORMULATION HAS EITHER GONE WRONG OR SEPARATED; OTHERWISE THIS WEIRD WHITE RUBBER TYPE THING SHOULD NOT BE FORMING. It was actually scary to see this thing on your face. For your better understanding I am attaching images of the above discussed two products.

I am an active Lakme user and use products of other big brands in the market too. For any female consumer like me, it won’t be a matter of spending 250 bucks on a tube of some cream but getting the results as promised. I don’t expect to get transformed into some fairytale character but at least the basic utility of the product should be maintained. Not knowing if this is because of duplicity of your products or the poor quality of them itself, I feel cheated and disappointed. Because my money is wasted and so is the experience. I might not go for a Lakme product again in future or be so sure about its quality. How can such separated or deteriorated cream can get approval from your quality assurance department??? How would you like to advise me on this episode now, when I am on the losing side, after having wasted my money and a changed opinion for the brand I once simply adored!!!?

dear sir or mam this kind of product quality was not expected from a trusted brand like lakme i purchased lakme nine to five lipstick and as company saysit lasts long but it don't elasts even for 10 minutes, if product don't give perfomance accordingly so why it is advertised to make fool of buyers??? This is not a joke. I purchsed it from a porsh shop of chandigarh. and this is the quality i get. i have pledged to not purchased any product of this pathtic company which loots consumers.

teo weeks back i went to Lakme Salon at Kormangla near jyoti nivas college for hair smoothing.she charged 6400/- but did not applied the products properly on the hair.I told her after 2 days that she has not done her work properly so she started screaming that i told you go for straightening an all that.Please help me out i have already paid so much but did not get results.

I had a very bad experience with the staff named Geeta in the phoenix market city store . I already had pathetic experience in your whitefield store with hair stylists, your hair stylists are down right pathetic. When asked about products they don't know how to explain and have no clue what to say, they keep Asking to sit down and don't understand or even answer the questions. Today when I asked 3 times insistently Geetabecame rude and told the other artist to do it. They did not explain any thing and are extremely unprofessional and inefficient.you should shut your hair department.

This my 2 tube of face wash.. Earlier I used it and it was OK.. But this tym when I brought another tube of Lakme clean up face wash clear pores with green tea extract it started allergy on my face.. And thn one of my family member though to check it on their skin, same allergy they got.. The face wash is of just 90 rs and I got the medicine for rs 1000.. How pathetic it is guys.. Nvr expected such kind of products from Lakme..

I bought a lakme absolute Kajal last month from lakme outlet at Shipra Mall, Indrapuram. According to the sales girl it was excellent to use but to my disappointment it is not.It does not smudge and lasts for long but it is not convenient to use.It is very difficult to sharpen as it breaks and get wasted.It breaks while using too. I was told that it will last very long as compared to other from your brand but I feel it will not even last for a month. I will cheated as I wasted my hard earned money. I have been using your products since long but for the first time it is so very disappointing.

2 Mnths back got a lakme lipstick P166 . The quality is really bad. My lips have got brunt, severe itching and irrites the lip . It is waste of my money, get this product investigated . it was priced 260 and I got it from health and glow commercial street Bangalore.

My wife has gone for hair straightening to lakme salon in electronic city Bangalore. These guys have screwed her hair. Its completely damaged and started falling. I hv bought a lakme absolute matte pink coloured lipstick of new range sculpt studio ..it is hardly lasting for 2 hours if i eat or drink it vanishes in minutes..it worth ₹700 .i complained but no msg came back.is ds ur service???i m very upset..want to go consumer court

I went for hair spa smoothening treatment at Lakme salon. The staff said that my hair would become smooth after the first wash. However, my hair has become poky and is standing upwards at the roots. It isn't bending freely which is making it look worse. On inquiry, I found that the chemical that was applied is Glatt. Hair spas are supposed to make one's hair look better, not worse.

I am neha from Nepal.. I bought lakme perfect radiance intense whitening serum from Delhi.. since I have opened it, the pump is found defective.. the serum doesn't come out.. how do I replace my product in Nepal? My product's batch no. Is B 005

I have brought a Lakeme nail polis from Meerit Queen at Asansol, WB. But there is no price on the product.The price is taken Rs.92. But the shopkeeper said it's real value is Rs. 100. We give 8% discount . How it is possible? I do not know what the real price of that product. Kindly print the price on the any product for any suspect about the company. Please do the needful. I Dr Priyanka Chamoli, got a cysteine treatment done from lakme churchgate, Mumbai, India alongwith a haircut by your Hairdresser Ms Tabassum on 19th april 2015. After a Hairwash in d parlour on day2 i noticed that my hair was cut unevenly. i told this to the manager MR PRADEEP SERA following which he said that he would have a word with the trainer. the trainer Ms Vishakha called me the same evening (21st april 2015) telling me that she would be available on 24th & 25Th of april 2015 to resolve my issues.on washing my hair at home i realised my hair were horribly cut and gave a burnt appearance.they felt rough on touching On calling on the 25th april 2015 morning, i get to know that Ms vishakha is not available today and i should come someother day. i told them i had to attend an important function and the whole exercise of spending so much money to get my hair fixed had gone waste. i currently have shineless frizzy hair that are cut unevenly.
