I just want to inquire about a lakme product.. Bronze effect highligher... This was launched in[protected]. Is that product still available in the market...If not please suggest me the similar product.

This is to bring to your kind notice that, I, Natasha Kohli took combined pre-bridal and bridal package, costing worth rs 7600 from Lakme Saloon branch in phase-7, Mohali, recently. I took prebridal part of package, {costing rs 3600}2 days back from there.But to my utter dismay that service didn’t turned out to be up to the mark.I’m highly unsatisfied and the level of services provided to me were far below my expectations. It lacked the professional touch, for which the LAKME brand is appreciated among the clientele.
I escalated my concerns to the co-ordinator of mohali branch but nothing fruitful was suggested/worked out by them. However now I’m not willing to opt for their bridal package {costing rs 4000 } .I just want refund of this rs 4000 as soon as possible from your side.
I have faced a lot of harassment and now I do not wish to go for your services. I want immediate action on my highlighted concern, otherwise i would not be reluctant to approach consumer-court for my claim.Hope you take this matter seriously and on priority basis and do the needful urgently and contact me.

This is in reference to the products which I buy from Lakme.I am very brand loyal to Lakme, since it is the product I am using past 10 years. I am just 27 and I have started to get skin infection due to Lakme products. Lakme lipstick s****. The lipstick itself dries within 5 hours. Everyday i have to rub the lipstick first on my hand, to make it wet and apply.

I do not say that it is a bad product. However, as time had passed and after establishing your company as the best brand in Indian market, you have stopped bothering about quality. Before marketing your products, please understand what kind of quality base are been used and whether this product is going to suit for all skin types. Please concentrate on the product, rather than creating new channels of advertising such low quality products

I have now switched to Maybelline, which is an amazing product and also recommending the same to all my friends. And it also seems you are least bothered about customer satisfaction. I never seen any replies sent to Consumer complaints.And please let me know who is the right person to be contacted on this respect.

purchased lakme peach milk moisturzer from vishal mega mart jalandhar. i was shocked it was nt at all milky or u can say thick, it was all water mixed with some white like material . after its application 1ce i got pimples on my face. i want concerned authorities to look into the matter .

Lakme is all about talks and sales, they neither take care of their customers or respond to any complaints. I am from Bangkok, recently visited India and bought quite a few thousands of Lakme products from KUNCHALS shop at Lifestyle Mall, near Rajouri Garden MRT station. One of the product I purchased was a 'bronze' jewel eyeliner (the bridal sutra collection) and as it came packaged so I open to see the eyeliner tube. When igot back I opened and saw the word 'TESTER' written on teh product I bought. I WAS UPSET. I wrote a complaint to the Lakme official website and NO reply. I complained to Kunchals and after a long time, I only received an apology and an excuse saying it's Lakme's fault.
I told Kunchals that Ibought the product from their shop and if I got a tester from them, they ought to exchange or send me a new one or do something to compensate. They didn't bother to reply. Because of this irresponsible attitude of Kunchals and Lakme, I would liek to suggest you all be very careful. I feel like I have been cheated.
In fact the service I got was not even near 'good'
The sales rep kept pulling my hand from me to apply lipstick to present colours. No manners, they at least should ask if a customer woudl like to try and not just grab my hand and paint someting on my wrist.
Since I bought a few thousands, I was supposed to get a premiere gift, they didn't give me and in fact after paying when I went to show my bills and collect the products, they forgot to give me one product, which means I paid for 7 things and they gave me six things. Luckily I checked and told them that they have forgotten. I was already upset and to return home to find that one of teh product turned out to be a tester product, I was furious. AND THE WORSE IS THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT! I brought thsi up to all of you because I think it's a good lesson about how unprofessional these sales are and how they so easily cheat a customer through several ways.
Can someone tell me where can I launch an official complaint to the Lakme customer service dept? Pls give an email or someting.

i have been to lakme salon in chennai annanagar i got it done facial, pedicure, hairwash.the service was good the quality of the product they use is local brand.the towel, facialrooms were very dierty.i asked the hair dresser what shampoo is it ?she said swach...but the shampoo smells like sunsilkshampoo. for pedicure they use acetone it is not nailpolish remover.they charged me RS1800 for quality less brand products. the salon name is LAKME the product they use is?

I used to go to Lakme Salon in Brookefield, Bangalore. I took facial package worth Rs 12000. Initial payment I made for Rs 6000.But I was not at all satified with the service.Really their service is no worth for the money.Now I want to get back the money. If I ask them, they say they cannot return the money. Am going to ask once again. If still they make problem, Iam thinking to go to consumer court.

My case is little different from above.
I too took a facial package and paid only half the amount initially.
Thought of making the remaining payment at my next visit.
Unfortunately, on personal grounds am relocating to Chennai. I went to Salon and explained about my situation and requested them to give me back the money.
But they refused to give saying it as company policy. They told either I should make the full payment and take their service or can refer any of my friends to take the service.
I shocked to hear that. Is it the right way of handling the situation? Its not just 1 or 2 Rs to just leave and come. It is near to Rs 6000. Really faced a bad experience. I cannot say in words how much I've got frustrated. I was regular customer for the past 2 years and now I feel bad why I've chosen Lakme and went there? No other means to get back my money?? Please help.

i've purchase a lakme lipstick(129 enrich)worth Rs 225 from durgapur city plaza yesterday on 11.03.2011.and after opening the seal at my home it is found that the stick was broken and the stik is also used.then i took it to the shopee and reqested to change the product but they didn't change it and told they will inform me on next tuesday on 15.03.2011 if it is changable or not.now my question is this if cust take a branded product like lakme and if it is defective then is the product should not changed for the cust satishfaction? so plz help to get back my product in new condition

My wife has purchased lakme fruit moisture peach & plum daily glow moisturiser with sunscreens. effect on skin is good but it gives bad smell which irritates everyone.

I have purchased Lakme peach milk moisturiser from Heritage Fresh on Shivam road in hyderabad. The batch number is 09/10 b026 (bar code number[protected]

I am disappointed to note that the peach used for making this batch is rotten and the bottle is stinking with amine smell(I am a scientist and I know what went wrong based on some analysis). To see this batch material, you have included one free fruit blaster face wash to keep customer attractive to buy.
The smell of moisturiser is so bad, I cannot apply on face and developed rash.

let me know why I should not approach consumer forum for cheating the customer??????

Me purchased a liquid liner from Big Bazar, TI, Indore, bt whn i opened it, it was outdated and dry . Seems "LACK OF FRESH " piece

I had purchased a Lakme Lipstick No 425 shade enrich Satins.After using 1-2 times only the lipstick melted and broke.Although I had kept in a cool and dry place.It came as a surprise for me because I expected good quality from such a well known brand.Can you please suggest me how can I take this complaint further to the company.

I want to lodge a complaint against Lakme Whitefield for the reasons below :
1) They are issuing gift vouchers but they dont accept the same when submitted.
2) Extremely poor customer service. The staff literally starts shouting if you ask them any question politely.
I had an oppurtunity to go Lakme Whitefield salon today at around 11 am and I asked the so called manager ( the only gentleman) that I needed trimming, eyebrows and cleanup. They took me inside and finished my eyebrows and and clean up and at the last another lady came and told me that why I was asking for trimming. I told them that I already told the so called manager about it but however she refused to listen. She told me to come again at 1 pm. So I almost roamed about for an hour and when I went there they did the trimming and after that they asked me if I was interested in smoothening. I said I would like to go for henna instead. Then another of the staff members started shouting at me saying that I was ordering for 1 service after another. Although it was a mistake on their part to let me wait for 1 hour she was shouting at me. Also while making the payment when I tried to submit my gift voucher they were not accepting it.Is this the customer service that I expect for Lakme. I am surely going to lodge a complaint against consumer court as well as spread a word of mouth for Lakme Whitefield.

I recently purchased LAKME Absolute, Forever Silk Eyeliner from 'Shoppers Stop' Mulund West for Rs. 450/-. This is the first time I am using Lakme Eye product. When I used it after purchase, my eyes started irritating and watering throughout the day and also nose started watering. I thought something was wrong with me that day and did not use anything for my eyes for next 15 days. Recently again on Diwali day I started using the same and found the same symptoms and was sure it was due to use of Lakme Eyeliner pencil. This has never happened to me before with any other products(Meybelline and Biotique Kajal) as I have been using eye products since last thirty years.
Paying Rs. 450 for eyeliner pencial was hard for me but nonetheless bought the same thinking it is okay to spend little more for precious eyes. Kindly advise me what can be done in this case?

I Ramandeep and Harman both took Hair Rebounding cost Rs 7000 from Asim and AAbit from Sec 18 Noida Lakme. It doesn't seems rebounding have done They destroyed the hairs completely and burn the hairs and misbehaved with us.All the time they said will check it out and give you treatment but not given.Lakme is not giving any value to customers.They said hair expert will call you and help you out but one month pass no body called me.I had called them lot many times but they dont respond.I request you to refund my money back otherwise i will go to consumers court..I am irritated and dissatisfied with the Service of Lakme.I request you to refun d my money..The address of Lakme is below

I bought a Lakme lipstick no. 529 of Rs 250 and an Eye conic Kajal of Rs. 199 B.No. AB 09/12 from "Fancy jewellery, Shagun Cosmetic, Aditya City Centre, Shop No. B-G-43, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Unfortunately, the lipstick was broken from inside as soon as I opened the seal and the Eyeconic kajal was dry. I am a regular consumer of Lakme products but this time I was very unhappy and unsatisfied. I went to the shopkeeper but he denied to help in this case.

So, kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and provide me help in this case and provide me justice.

i have purchased lakme eyeconic some months back from sardar bangle store, sadar bazar at ambala cantt, when i came back home and opened it the kajal stick didnt came out...next day i went back to the shop and complained the shop owner he took my kajal note down my number on my kajals cover and said me that he will complaint to the company and will try to change it...but he didnt did anything i asked him 5 to 6 times but he keep on giving excuses...i asked him to give my defected piece back, but he dont have it now...its very disappointing to have such a bad experience with so called LAKME brand that is known for its quality...now i switch to maybelline and its great...i expected that the company will exchange its defected pieces but it was not like that...i hope such a prestigious brand should do something in such cases.

I have purchased a lakme kajal three days back(28th feb, 2014) cost of rupees 400. that day I have applied it and got a irritation in my eyes. I thought its may be because of my tiredness. Next day one of my friend and me again applied this and both o[censored]s have faced irritation with watery eyes and our eyes became red. We have consult a doctor and he told us not to use that products may be it has some bad chemicals in it. I am so much disappointed. i want my money back. Please help me with this. Lakme — destruction of skin after facial

I had gone to the lakme parlour kanpur sarvodaya nagar...After facial my face had many red scars I am not going to step in that parlour again because all this happened just 2 days before my marriage and now I have to stay on medicines. I want a strict action to be taken.

once i visited to this place horrible experience i have taken appt for facial, pedicure at that time power was not there, these people convinced me n i have done my services with the time of 1hr 20 min.thenpower has cum in between i asked the person who was setting at cash counter( nepali girl )to make bill she refused to give bill becoz some internate problem, n its newly opened they were facing so many problems like power bill was not paid power person was asking for bill to pay intime every customer was there n all staff was new, confused.finally i have not recieved my bill its not the problem with the staff, but the training should be giving before starting the salon n make all arrangements like generator etc before itself n the service quality was pathetic i advise they shd take experienced staff at higher levels to handle all these issues wat i have seen practically

I have visited to lakme salon in Indiranagar, the manager told me the they have a bridal beauty package and the beautician so called speciality will examine my skin and suggest .
Beautician said that they have a very good " luminous(forgot the real name ) + 2 rituals " skin whitening and spot reduction package that cost 4550 /-
she started the facial not even testing my skin type, I even asked her she said I can see that your skin is dry, whereas My skin type is Combination type after the facial, she applied moisturiser as she was in a hurry, my skin looked good .
I was asked not to put anything which is a common protocol for facial . Next morning When I woke up I saw my skin I looked like It had got tanned, I had no idea why my skin suddenly started looking like this . The spot in fact were more highlighted than earlier that is before facial .

Then I went to parlour after 2 days, I told to the manager everything, she said that the beautician is on leave today, also said that she will call me, which as all know she never called back . I am planning to go back to the parlour again and ask for refund .

Don't get caught with these big brand names, they are all cheating people . Try and follow to have a balanced diet and, yoga and breathing exercise
