Super worst service provided by lakme salon, sagour [LITTLE JUNCTION] Yesterday, I went for make up. The LADY attender was pathetic. The owner behaved in a very unprofessional way, misbehaved, rubbish wording was used by both. Such kind of people should not run business & moreover, lakme brand should take care of such things as such franchises are hampering lakme goodwill. I will take this issue to court !!!...

    Dear Sir / Madam, I feel mysel[censored]nfortunate enough to be writing a mail like this to such a brand name. I am a regular user of Lakme products from my teenage time. I love the products absolutely. Due to my satisfaction with the products I decided to visit Lakme Salon which was recently opened in my city - Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Since I have been satisfied about the products, I wanted to feel how is the service provided by "LAKME". As my B'day is tomorrow, i.e., 10th of April, my best friend wanted to gift me a foot spa and facial at a good salon. I did a research and wanted to go to Indulge, Salon in Bhubaneswar, but was very happy to see a Lakme Salon in Bhubaneswar and immediately booked an appointment 6 hours before hand for 2, myself and my friend Shahana, in the evening at 6 pm. I had also informed that I we will have a Facial and a Foot Spa. I reached the Salon 5 mins before 6 pm and my friend reached around 6:10 pm. There came a lady who advised me regarding what facial I should do as I had some dark spots on my skin as a result of previous pimples. After going through your service list... we decided to have a Flower Pedicure which included a massage and was priced at Rs. 650. My friend will have the Lotus absolute facial which was approximately Rs. 1100/- and I will have the ageless facial which was priced at approximately Rs. 1300/-. We actually planned to have the Foot Spa side by side as that was a long awaited dream of ours. Unfortunately that could not happen due to lack of man power. So they said when I will have my foot spa, my fried will have her facial and vice-versa. Little disappointed I was. As we were waiting I was called for pedicure and my friend had to wait for about 10 mins before she could start with her facial. As I was going through the pedicure... I was simply loving it, the massage was brilliant. I loved the way I was pampered by the girl from Manipur...named Aavi so something don't clearly remember. Cant thank her enough. While I was still in the pedicure... I felt something was wrong. The entire crew was gathered at a place and I think there was some shortage of manpower or something. I could understand they were talking about my facial which was still due. I thought... may be they will not be able to perform my facial and will tell me to come the next day or something. Still curious I waited for my pedicure to finish which lasted for more than an hour till 7 : 45 pm. Very satisfied with the results I was called to move to the next journey by the same girl who did my facial. Being pampered so well at the first phase...I was super excited for my facial as my expectation went quite high. I was taken to a room where I changed my clothes and started waiting. I waited and waited... no one came. then came the lady who when I had entered the salon advised me regarding what facial I should do. She told me to lie down and I was still surprised. Time was around 8:05 pm. As she started doing the basic clean up... I could understand she is not a facial lady as her hands were not meant for doing so. Of course this was not my first time in a facial and I can understand how a facial hand feels. She did the cleansing part... and as I was not feeling satisfied I was bound to ask her what about the girl who was to do my facial. Then she told me that she was doing the regular basic steps and the other girl is coming. To my surprise she also did not even know how to switch on the steamer. As I waited again for about 10 mins... came in another girl who was to do my facial. She came in started with my facial. While going through he procedure, she told me that, when I come next time... I should book an appointment first before coming. Surprised again... I said I had booked an appointment in the afternoon already for two people. She said .. Oh did you ? I said yes. So she advised its better if you book a day in advance. I said its fine. so she put on the steamer went out came in and again started with the massage and stuff which lasted for about 10 - 12 mins. Then she put a gel on my face and left the room exactly at 8 : 30. That means my basics started at around 8:10 and the I waited for her and I desperately needed to use the washroom. I decide when she come in I will tell her that I needed to go to the washroom and when I come back she can finish the facial procedures. I waited and was becoming restless. She came in at about 8:40 pm and I saw another girl who came in. I told her I desperately need to go to the washroom. So she said let me clean up and then you can. She cleaned up my face and started applying something which felt like a face serum. She told me I can go to use the washroom as the facial was OVER. Yes... IT WAS OVER. SHOCKED... SURPRISED... I AM FALLING SHORT OF ADJECTIVES... A Rs. 1300 facial which did not even have a massage of 13 mins. The entire procedure was over in less than 30 mins. Disappointed when I headed to the counter and the lady who was supposedly the owner asked me how was the facial. I could not control myself and clearly asked her whether a facial should take only 20 - 30 mins. A basic clean up should be around 40 mins with a 20 min massage, so accordingly a facial should be atleast for 1 hour. Again comes the first lady... who very nicely explained sing I had previous acne problem I should not be given a long massage and it was clear from her body language that she was trying to manage the situation. I was atleast thinking that may be since they did not provide me with good service they will feel bad or guilty and provide me with another session or atleast not charge for the facial. Surprised again... they took there payment and simply said a sorry if I was not satisfied. My friend had decided to do a hair colouring today at the salon... but she dropped the idea immediately after we left. So you have actually lost 2 dedicated Lakme Customers today. Another shocking thing was... we had 2 flower pedicures, one ageless facial and one lakme absolute facial, but the contents in the bill is again different. I will be attaching a soft copy of the bill for a clearer picture. the bill says we had 2 instant repair shots, one ageless facial and one body waxing... HOW RIDICULOUS. IS THIS SOME KIND OF JOKE?     Janpath road bbsr lakme salon my foot. Such a damn ridiculous waste and worst parlour... if anybody wants to go and waste the tym and money thn plz goahead otherwise its just Worst for nothing. How the hell this is still continuing in bbsr. It should close for god shake. They dont even know the manner how to handle a customer how to provide a service. Noone knws anything proprly to do especiallyy straightning and facial. So guys plz dnt waste ur tym. N its rating should be -5 not even 1.
    I thought they must have improved and focused on customers more. Disappointing to know that they are still the same ! Lakme's Brand name is being spoilt... thats all !
    Was the most disgusting place I have ever been too. Not worthy of of being called a lakme salon. The owner are disgusting and don't know how to treat customers. I had 754 points to be redeemed and they refused to redeem because I went there for the first time.That was the last day to redeem my points(21st May 2016). So I thought I would redeem it in Bhubaneshwar.I don't know how lakme can give it's name to such horrible people owning the parlour . The best way to defame the brand name is by giving such people the owner. I wish I had believed the previous reviews.I am a regular customer of lakme salon . These kind of shops should stop and I want the cash back of 400 rs or else I won't mind going to the consumer court

      This is a complaint about Lakme absolute silk eyeliner bought from pheonix mall Chennai. I bought this product on 03 April 2015 but when I opened it I found that its nip is not coming out of its twister means the twister has some defect in it. when I tried twisting nip came out of it but I am not able to put it back into it. PFA the attached picture of the same, As the nip is outside the twister I am not able to carry it for replacement or use it cause it might get damaged. Please note this complaint and help me out to resolve this issue, As I believe Lakme is a trustworthy brand hope you would not make me wrong. looking forward for your response. please reply ASAP.

        I had purchased a lakme Eyeconic kajal on 17/3/2015, but unfortunately only on 5 th day o[censored]se, at around 22/3/2015 the product mal functioned as the entire kajal content came out of the nip while normally using it and fell on the floor. I have used this product before, and on the last occasion itself i went on to use it for more than 6 months. I am fully aware of, how to use this product and can assure you that no inappropriate pressure was put on the kajal pen while using it. I strongly feel, there has been some manufacturing error in this particular sample, and wish the company compensates me for this. I am attaching the cash memo and image of the faulty product.

          Customer name- Tanya gupta resident of ludhiana has faced a problem of faulty makeup and has pimples and rashes on her face due to poor quality of makeup and even the condition was so severe that she had to visit doctor . she also faced harrasment in lakme salon sarabha nagar due to overbooking of brides on[protected] . the management and services are very poor and they are not even committing their mistake . Serious actions is expected

            Took LAKME EYECONIC KAJAL frm JP nagar CENTRAL, the outer pack was named as EYECONIC but wen we noticed the name on KAJAL it was EYESONIC when is fake KAJAL. We can't make out wether its original or duplicate because outer pack is same as original one. This is not fair done to customers

                I got my pre-bridal treatment done at the Hill road Bandra branch of Lakme salon at Mumbai between 11-13 Jan 2015. I had a horrible experience as I contracted an infection most probably due to wrong technique of the facial or unhygienic instruments. It spoilt my wedding as well as post-wedding days. I had to cover the marks with layers of make-up. As the wedding was not in Mumbai, I could not contact the said branch of the salon until much later. On revisiting the salon again, I got no positive response from the managing staff. They told me that the lady who had done the facial would get back to me later. I just want Lakme to acknowledge my complaint, refund the exorbitant amount I spent on my pre-bridal package. After this horrible experience, I do not wish to ever visit any Lakme ever again and would strongly recommend everyone I know against the same. Attaching a picture for your reference. The lesions appeared at the places where she had scraped during the facial treatment. I am a doctor myself and my dermatologist gave possible diagnosis as herpes zoster or irritant contact dermatitis.                   I wonder without any usage or visiting to Lake salon my points are getting deducted without any prior information.On my last visit my points were 3600 approx. and today my as per the salon manager ( Shivalik, Malviya Nagar) i m left with 231 points only. This has happened 3rd time with me but being a priviledged customer i never complaint about it & today i couldn't stop myself to write a complaints since now i feel I am being cheated for being a loyal customer. Just to Inform you I am frequent visitor of Lake salon from last 8-9 Years approx. You may check my records thru below no. [protected]- Hina Shukla. I need immediate action action to be taken, else I 'll go to media & consumer court too . I have other clients as well who are suffering with the same scenario. Kindly help.

                    I had purchased a 'RED LETTER' shade of Lakme 9 to 5 quite recently. The product when opened smells pungent and also does not stay for more than 15 mins. I had spent Rs 425 on the purchase. I request a replacement of the product from the company.                       I bought lakme eyeconic kajal yesterday. Today when I opened it, I found there is some default in the product. The kajal is not twisting back. And hence the whole product is left in the air and I cannot cover the kajal with the cap provided. Hence the whole product got wasted and I incurred loss.

                        I did hair Smoothening from LAKME SALON, CUNNINGHAM ROAD on 21st August 2014 and paid total amount of Rs 7247 and Rs 1500 for hair repair shampoo and conditioner. Stylist name is YUVRAJ K who did smoothening for me. For almost a month, the smoothening effect was there. But after a month front portion of the hair started loosing the smoothening effect and it started getting curled. And from down it became wavy for which i visited the salon in September 2014. When I spoke to the hair stylist about this, he said this will stay maximum for 4-5 months which is exactly contradictory to what they said earlier. (i was told that it is permanent which atleast means near to 1 year) He started justifying his side telling its my hair texture problem he can't do anything right now.(Didn't he see my hair texture when he said that the smoothening is Permanent, couldn't they tell me that time but No, for them it was Permanent that moment later it was changed to 4-5 months duration with no guarantee) and i was asked to come after 2 months so that if still problem persists they will do the touch up. I never expected such results and false promises from such a reputed brand LAKME...In the 4th month on 27th December i visited the saloon again, because my hair from the front was almost like how it was before smoothening.Touch Up was far, no one in the saloon was ready to accept that it was their mistake, everyone started arguing telling that its my hair growth. But i know the rate at which my hair grows. In my entire life till now i haven't seen my hairs growing so fast in just 4 months, but according to Lakme Professionals my hair growth is fast and the curled hair is the result of the same.They were not accepting that it was the inefficiency of their service or the products.Even then the person who did the smoothening was claiming that this is the 100% smoothening effect done by Lakme professionals .That stylist Mr. Yuvraj k, was behaving so rudely when i said i paid almost around Rs 8000, on spot he said someone to check the database and tell the amount as if i was lying about the amount i paid. He was arguing with me, saying this is the permanent smoothening and we cannot give any guarantee for that, rather, than giving any solution for my problem because they need to do the free touch up if they accept the mistake. He was asking me to show my old photograph, why the hell should i show them old photograph of mine, I went there for the solution of my problem and return for the amount I invested, not to show them my old photograph. And apart from the hair regaining its previous style, I developed the problem of Hair Fall which was not there earlier. In short, I can say that the so called BRAND made the fool out of me. So, be careful before visiting. You will not get the result according to your expectation.

                          i had bought Lakme Youth Infinity Skin kit which contains day, night cream serum and fash wash 15 days back from ahmedabad and used that product for only two days and i could see my skin getting red and started getting pimples on my face, my complaint is why couldn't you add the skin type details on the label so that its clear for the consumers that is it suitable for there skin or not... seriously how could you people miss out on such basic details .. i bought that product which is worth 2199Rs and i can't even use it now cause it gives me pimples and the money i spent on it is of total waste... my email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com.in Pls do somthing, i also put compalin on lakme site ...i spent so much on it ... please get back to me on my email regarding my concern Thanks

                            I purchased this lakme Absolute matte Lipstick, 047, Classic Rose. The advertisements and internet description of the prodicy says that its a long lasting lipstick, ref: http://www.lakmeindia.com/product/lakme-absolute-matte-lipstick. I would really like to know what does long lasting mean here as it did not stay even for an hour. I did not eat anything nor drank anything and still its gone like I have not applied anything since ages. Its a disgusting product. I will raise a serious complain this product if I do not get an answer to this. Why you are making fool of the customers for a small price. If people can pay Rs. 500 then they can pay a little more too for a good quality. Its such a shame that a big brand like Lakme is fooling customers for such a small amount of money.

                              I shuchi, customer of lakme punjabi bagh, new delhi. Its been 6 years that i have been visiting Lakme for services. Recently a new manager with the name of SHARMITA CHAUDHARY joined the punjabi bagh branch. My first conversation with her was not at all professional. She conversed with me as if she owns the salon and the customers are just nothing for her. She was very rude with me. I told her to talk politely but she did not. Today i.e 6dec 2014 i visited the parlour around 5 pm to avail a service. After getting the service done when i went to get the bill she said " apna phone number bataiyo zara" as they require number to check our details and take the bill out. Knowing how she is i kept quite and gave ger my number. After giving the money she said "mere pass change nahi hai, main tere points redeem kar rahi hoon". To which i said that without my permission you cant redeem my points, as i will avail a better service against the points in future. And then she shouted at me that " main kuch nahi kar sakti, main to points hi redeem karke payment lungi" . I asked her to talk properly with her customers and she again shouted at me and said " you shut up" . I told her that this will be my last visit to lakme and she said " i dont care you come or not, its better that you don't come. I asked her to keep the money that i have given and I don't need change. This female manager of lakme is very argumentative, arrogant, big headed, conceited, inconsiderate, thoughtless, grumpy, manic, spiteful..etc.. I am falling short of words. Delhi is not short of salons. It was just out of a bond with the staff that i was visiting only lakme for 6 years but this was my last visit to lakme salon. Further i would also ask my friends and relatives who are constant visitors of lakme, to stop taking services of any lakme salon.

                                i had bought Lakme Youth Infinity Skin Firming Day Creme a month back and used that product for only two days and i could see my skin getting red and started getting pimples on my face, my complaint is why couldn't you add the skin type details on the label so that its clear for the consumers that is it suitable for there skin or not... seriously how could you people miss out on such basic details .. i bought that product which is worth 699Rs and i can't even use it now cause it gives me pimples and the money i spent on it is of total waste... my email ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in please get back to me on my email regarding my concern Thanks

                                  Lady on a Reception in Lakme Saloon was really pathetic towards Customer's .She was being extremely rude to Customers. Parlour doesn't even have a facewash and it seems they are perfect in transforming Bride with Fair Complexion into a Bad Face filled with shiny and bad makeup . They proudly say that same bridal makeup they do for everyone, doesn't matter whether face is fair or dusky or black. I went there for my Sister's Wedding Makeup and I had to literally fight with them to make the Makeup light else they really made a mess with my Sister's face. I won't recommend anyone at least in Bareilly to go the same parlour.

                                      I had bought a eyeconic kajal in the month of august and I am not happy with the product as it promises it is smug proof and stays on eyes upto 12hrs but trust me as soon as I board the bus and reach my office by an hour then I can see my eyes turn black because of this smudging.
                                      I have a complain that If they can't fullfil the promises they should not fool people. Better they take this product back from me.

                                        I bought a Lakme CC Cream from Rakamari stores(phone no.[protected] Kolkata .Your appointed skin analyst named molly handed me a Bronze shade while I am very FAIR.She didnt even tell that there are two shades OR ANYTHING !!! When we complained regarding the same she said the BEIGE isnt available.
                                        Thus I can clearly find out that this is a case of clear STOCK CLEARANCE AND CUSTOMER CHEATING.When I said that this is customer cheating she said "you didnt say it was for you " she was very rude and said"you can even complain if you can and i dont have much time to talk to customers".I am highly disgusted by the service and dissapointed with Lakme Team.
                                        I WANT A REPLACEMENT WITH A CC (BEIGE)
