Hi Team, Greeting of the Day, Last month I have brought Lakme Absolute Kohl Kajal worth Rs.700 from New U, Crown Interior Faridabad but the moment the pack was got opened, the nid of the pencil was broken . I tried to sharp the kajal pencil but again and again the nib was getting broken due to poor quality . I have bought lakme eyeconic kajal in a shop named xxx, sagar-577401, Karnataka. The retailer is selling fake kajal named eyesonic under ur brand name, lakme. But the outer cover has been labelled as eyeconic. people are indulging in fake labelling. when I asked the retailer for repayment, he refused. Then i asked for replacement. He was very stubborn and putting the blame on the dealers and the company. so kindly take necessary steps to prevent this activity...

I am pathetically disappointed by the facial did by the beautician, It was very evident that she was inexperienced. A company like Lakme is so irresponsible was just not accepted. I undertook the service in Ahmedabad (prahladnagar). Secondly, what was even more shocking was that they dint revert back for apologising for the service instead they called me to inform about the discounts and offers, there is no way I m going to Lakme again. if any action is not taken from your side, This time I am very serious that I will have to take some serious and strong action towards lakme.

I got my make up done for my ring ceremony from Lakme-Punjabi Bagh in June & it was a disaster. Neither the make up artist nor the hair stylist were capable enough to do justice to me. In house beauty parlours would have done a much better job then them. The make up didnt even merge into my skin properly & made me look dark despite of the fact that I have a fair complexion. I would not recommend anyone to go for Lakme salon as their make up artists are highly unprofessional & incapable. They dont know the basics of make-up & would spoil your D-day to the core. The biggest blunder of my life till date is that I chose Lakme for my big day & would regret my decision till the end of time. Such Salons should either be shut or they should atleast keep a descent benchmark for employing their make up artists.

Hi I m Dr. Anupama Pathak, resident of Tanda Urmur, dist Hoshiarpur, Punjab .. I am very disappointed with one o[censored]r products .. i purchased from lakme counter at lifestyle ludhiana . this is the first time i have tried lakme lip product ... its is so horrible .. does not stay on my lips at all .. have tried every thing from putting three coats to applying with a base but within 10 minutes it gets removed n leaves very ugly looking powdry patches on my lips .. not only it is waste of my hard earned money it is a big blow to my patriotic feeling that i should use indian made products ... do let me know wht should i do regarding the matter . dr. anupama pathak [protected].

Hi, I have been a regular customer of Lakme Salon kharghar since 4 years, so much that even when i shifted to bandra i used to visit kharghar salon for my services. But last week i went there to my regular guy who cuts my hair and have been treating my hair for 3 years for smoothening as you have an offer on hair services. I have done smoothening for the second time and because i was happy with the look that i got the first time i decided to do it again but when this time when i washed my hair there was no change. Obviously after spending 4K on the service if iam disappointed i would complaint so i called them and told them about this, the guy asked me to come to kharghar and because i was really upset with the outcome i went all the way to kharghar from bandra (2 hours of travelling) to show my hair. But the clever staff at lakme was not ready to accept their mistake and kept convincing me iam wrong. i asked for the same guy to check my hair as i trust him for 3 years now. So, they made me wait for 2 hours (to piss off the customer so that she leaves) just to show him my hair, i waited cus of the money involved. Than that guy very smartly washed my hair with Revival treatment (conditioning used for Spa) and Blow dried my hair (after blow drying anyones hair looks straight and mine is anyways 50% straight) after all that hes telling me my smoothening is perfect. I dint know what to do cus even after being a loyal customer to this salon and spending my time on travelling if i get these smart asses i dont know if its even worth promoting the salon. I work in the fashion industry and i know what looks like what and i did not need any stupid advise which they were giving for free .I was not even asking for my money i was just asking him to help me make my hair look better and do something about the mess that he has done but nobody there was ready to address to my problem so i just walked off. Iam really disappointed with the service that they have provided and i dont think so iam visiting that salon ever again in my life. But iam writing this hoping that you guys will help me get my hair checked at some nice salon so that my money spent is justified and may be they can re do it or do something about the condition of my hair. People in India come to Lakme cus we have grown up with this brand and when you are treated like this at a salon you just feel that all this while you were carrying a wrong image of the brand. I bought lakme eyeconic mascara for Rs 250/- today from Lajpat Nagar market, New Delhi. when i opened the pack i found the bottle completely empty.This is not at all expected from LAKME. kindly look into the matter asap and reimburse my loss.

Me and my mom have been visiting lakme salon in adyar, chennai for doing threading every month .The receptionist over there she doesn't have manners at all. The way she responds to us is too bad. She is telling us to wait in a rude way that too for 20-30min . She is saying i[censored] can't wait she can't help it. And for 55 rupees if I give her a. 100 rupee note she says no change that too angrily and once she send my mom to get change outside. If we say her to take extra 5 rupees if she doesn't have change she is not at all bothered about it. She is not giving the bills also .She is responding in a way as if she is doing that service for me for free . Please make sure you warn her or change the receptionist. Thank you.

I had gone to the Lakme Salon today (1/3/2014). I had gone for a hair trim and the person at the salon has cut my hair very short. I am very upest with what they have done as I had specifically asked for a hair trim but they have cut off a lot of my hair. I am horrified with the results. This has been done against my request..

I had gone to Lakme to get my hair colored and asked them to color my hair in a light brown color, i also showed it to them on the pamphlet which color i exactly want but the man colored my hair very dark and when i told him that he said he had to do it because i had grey hair. If this was the case he should have informed me before coloring my hair. I told him that this looks black and i want it lighter and he suggested that he could lighten it after a week or so but i had a function in 2 days and i had already informed them about it before coloring my hair. Also if i redo it, they would just be adding more chemicals to my hair, which is very bad for my hair.

I had taken an appointment for 3:30 even after waiting for half an hour I was not taken care of whereas the people coming after me was taken as they were regular customers. after half an hour I was told i will be taken in for the appointment but not in the room, where i will be transferred later since no room was available as of now. such in adequate people

I am Namrata from Lucknow, and I have purchased few Lakme salon coupons worth Rs 500/- each from taj Online http://www.tajonline.com However, today (December 7th, 2013) the Alambagh store is not accepting the coupons saying these have been discontinued from their end. After much argument, I had to pay in cash and leave. Two of the coupons are expiring on December 31st, 2013 and other two in June, 2014. I request you to take any action on this.How can Lakme not accept any coupons, which are already in market and the conditions show that it is accepted in all stored including the Alambagh store. I went to this salon for facial before my marriage. As I did not have enough time I went just before the day of marriage and the lady/coordinator at the salon told me that as I do not have much time before the marriage I need to go for Skin Lightening with Gold Collagen facial (I don't remember the exact name) and that is the facial which they normally do for all the brides. When I enquired about the quality & impact of the facial on skin, she said that it is a pure organic facial and will bring excellent glow to the skin and will not create any problem at all. As I do not have much of an idea of advanced facials I believed what the lady said and went ahead for the facial. They have started the facial without even doing the basic skin test mentioning that this an organic facial and will be suitable for all skin types. My skin started burning after she applied some cream, I mentioned the same to her but she ignored it saying that it is common. But finally when the facial is over and I saw my skin after an hour my face is full of rashes & scars. Even the skin on the face peeled-out at few places. When I asked about the scars the lady and the supervisor of the store gave me some cream & tablets and told me that there is no problem and the scars will disappear by next day. But ultimately the scars were there for almost 10 days and I had to attend all my marriage events with the scars and all the photos show the scars on my face. Whenever I see my marriage photos now I see scars all over my face and could not even show the photos to my relatives & friends. I am just hiding them from everyone. Being one of the most reputed & premium salons in India this is not at all expected from Lakme. They should not be so careless about the customers that too for a bride just before the day of marriage when they are charging so high rates. They just spoiled the biggest & most important event of my life. There is no way I could fill the loss. They charged me Rs.3225/- (without taxes) just for the facial alone and did not even give any concession. It’s been more than a month since my marriage ceremony; I could not write about this initially as I was busy with other marriage events & celebrations. But thought it is better late than never so writing it now. Request you to look into this and take some action, so that other customers will not suffer in future. Hope that at least in future they will be careful and will not repeat this kind of things. i bought lakme absolute precision eyeliner for Rs. 400.i bought it thinking i should buy product of a good company especially when i'm buying something for my eyes.it was written on the pencil that it is waterproof.it is neither water proof nor smudge proof.started smudging after 5 minutes of its application.a drop of water fell on my eyes and it was all wiped off.To top it all i started having burning sensation on my eyelids after its application which futher proves that the claim that it is opthalmologically tested is wrong too.
i'm so disappointed.i just dont believe kareena kapoor is endorsing it and claiming that she uses only lakme products.i'm never gonna buy another lakme product.

I purchased a Lakme lipstick no. 529 of Rs 250 and an Eye conic Kajal of Rs. 199 B.No. AB 09/12 from "Fancy jewellery, Shagun Cosmetic, Aditya City Centre, Shop No. B-G-43, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Unfortunately, the lipstick was broken from inside as soon as I opened the seal and the Eyeconic kajal was dry. I am a regular consumer of Lakme products but this time I was very unhappy and unsatisfied. I went to the shopkeeper but he denied to help in this case.

So, kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and provide me help in this case and provide me justice.

Hi, I am a doctor. I have been regularly using lakme 9 to 5 toasted brown color lipstick since 3 years. However, now it is replaced with absolute range and the toasted brown available in it is much darker as compared to previous. Could I get the original 9 to 5 toasted brown lipstick anywhere? I would be very grateful if you could help.

I have purchase a lakme product "lakme EYECONIC KAJAL" on 03.03.2013 from Greater Noida. I am regular consumer of this product and also very concerned for it. I have a doubt on it's originality for which I have cross checked with your web site and found some mentioned discrepancy.

As per web site: It is thinner body and brand band strip color and product detail are in same color.

As per my product: It is thicker and brand band strip & other written detail are in different color but most important part is white written letter"LAKME" had been wipe off within this time.

My Grievances:

Your show-rooms are not available around me so I was force to buy it from a General Show Room. My request is that kindly clear my doubt or do the needful.

I visited couple of times when the salon opened, I was going their for the brand and with the trust on their products. I was ignoring many things about their services until one day.

I went to do a pedicure done for which I took appointment 2 hours before. When I reached I was asked to sit for 20 mins with an explaination that the former customer came in late hence. The staffs were eating on the front desk. which appeared bad.
After waiting I went inside to get the service, the staff came and asked me to dip my feel and have put the timer on for sometime which she failed to mention, it was for 15 mins, I was keeping patience. Then finally the machine stopped itself and the water was cold, it was already 20 mins I was idle, then I had to call someone to notice. I was not happy and I complaint at the desk. I ignored it.

I went for facial, I was given a very disturbed service, either their was someone knocking the cabin door, or ladies talking aloud on the next cabin. To my surprise, at the end of facial I was given a face pack for 30 mins and no body turned back to the cabin I had to call the board line to send someone. I had mentioned the lady that I am a very restless person please do not leave me alone for a long time and I was very very upset.

I then decided to walk out and never get back. It was awefull...
Not at all pleasant, very bad and unprofessional staffs../. very very bad... I will never step inside Lakme for that mater any branch in India and outside. Because if you cant keep up your standard then you are compromising. I am not paying for compromises!
