We ordered a product named Universal music bluetooth headset stereo (order no.:LO5732558) on Latestone.com. We received it yeaterday and found it to be a damaged one. The bluetooth does not get connected to our mobile phone. So we wish to return it. So we contacted their customer care but their response was worst. They put our call on hold and we waited for them to answer. After waiting for more than 10 minutes the call ended and nobody answered...

I received a Smart Watch with Camera for Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016) vide LO 5539198 but the same was not charging. I returned the same vide Pickup Receipt[protected]/Paired (LO 5539198). I have not received it's replacement so far.
