      A complain was logged at this site on 20th august 2017, for the order id: lo6010368, yet no action was taken from the company's side. No representatives have been sent so that i can return the damaged wrist watch that was delivered to on 19th august 2017.

      This goes to all the people who do online shopping, that do not order any product from latestone.com, as they deliver damaged items and their return policies are even horrible.

      Customer care service is disgusting.

        As i got this watch yesterday, it's not upto my guess, and i didn't like this watch so please get back this watch and give back my money. Its really waste of investing money on this. So i want to return it back, please take it back and give back my money. I totally don't like this smart watch, so i want to return it as soon as possible and you people also refund me as soon as possible.

            In smart watch phone has problem. Watch's battery panel has broken. Today only opened it. Its not working. I don't know what to do. I want my money back. I believed that these companies are honest and they are good people. But its a total waste of money and belief. A piece of advice for others APPEARANCE CAN BE DECEPTIVE. look before you leap.

                Order id. Lo6010368, date of order 8/17/2017. The watch that was delivered on 19/8/2017 was damaged.
                I had ordered for a wrist watch. After the delivery, when i opened the packet, the watch was damaged. The glass of the wrist watch had come out.
                In spite of calling the customer care there was no respond from their end.
                It seemed as the company to be a fraud one.
                Do refund the money or replace the damaged item.

                      High quality earphones metal bass pt ron headphone with mic for xiaomi redmi note (Dark grey).
                      The headphone are not like. They are very bad in play a song also left sided earphone gives less sound as compared to right.
                      Its yours responsibility to check quality of product before dispatch of product.
                      I was refund my headphones one or replaced with new one.
                      If my headphones are not refund in 3 to 4 days i will complaint the grahak seva manch.

                          I would like to bring to your kind attention that we have purchased an mi headphones from your site two weeks back, and was disappointed with its performance. It didn’t even what i expected. It is not according to the standards mentioned in the description it has it couldn't work on a single day (Low sound) we have written a request letter for the refund, but till date we have not got any response. It was a complete dissatisfaction for us. We have made the payment through cash on delivery dated 8st august i would be very thankful to you if you could look into the matter as to why this delay has happened and provide our refund at the earliest.
