On 28/8/2017, that product was not working one side ear (Headphone one side), please replace with another one or refund money.

A complain was logged at this site on 20th august 2017, for the order id: lo6010368, yet no action was taken from the company's side. No representatives have been sent so that i can return the damaged wrist watch that was delivered to on 19th august 2017.

This goes to all the people who do online shopping, that do not order any product from latestone.com, as they deliver damaged items and their return policies are even horrible.br...

As i got this watch yesterday, it's not upto my guess, and i didn't like this watch so please get back this watch and give back my money. Its really waste of investing money on this. So i want to return it back, please take it back and give back my money. I totally don't like this smart watch, so i want to return it as soon as possible and you people also refund me as soon as possible.

Don't go with latestone.com, it's a fake, i ordered redmi bluetooth hands free, they are selling worst handsree in the name of redmi..
Latest one.com is providing the product in the name xiami redmi, coz redmi is good quality product. And price is also more... I was looking redmi product, but other product it's xmate product not xiami product, i realy fed up...

In smart watch phone has problem. Watch's battery panel has broken. Today only opened it. Its not working. I don't know what to do. I want my money back. I believed that these companies are honest and they are good people. But its a total waste of money and belief. A piece of advice for others APPEARANCE CAN BE DECEPTIVE. look before you leap....

Order id. Lo6010368, date of order 8/17/2017. The watch that was delivered on 19/8/2017 was damaged.
I had ordered for a wrist watch. After the delivery, when i opened the packet, the watch was damaged. The glass of the wrist watch had come out.
In spite of calling the customer care there was no respond from their end.
It seemed as the company to be a fraud one.
Do refund the money or replace the damaged item....

I applied for combo watch product from your website but I dosen, t getting any product till now from your side. So can you inform me the update or status will i get these or not.ok...

Its yours responsibility to check quality of product before dispatch of product.
