I placed an order for the "high quality earphone metal bass ptron headphone with mic for xiaomi redmi note 4 (Dark grey)", the order id is #lo6163841, but i didn't get any email or sms to the email id and mobile number which was given at the time of placing the order. I request the order to be cancelled and the entire amount to be refunded at the earliest. This definitely looks fishy and i will take legal action if i don't get my refund.
