I had talked to your customer service rep they had committed 2 times but both the time it was failed to deliver. I asked for refund or speak to senior but the ans is 15 days for refund and 48hr to speak with seniors.
One of the best service i got here, please ask your executive ambika and nalini to don't give false commitment, and 2special executive rajesh and shashi speaks as they own this company, while asked to transfer to seniors their answer is senior not available call tomorrow and check if they are available, this is the language they use, bloody #.
I[censored] fail to deliver on the said time mentioned by you then why it takes 15days for refund.
It is your fault and it should be done immediately.
I need to know when it would be done.
I request you pls provide me your address i will bring a lock for you free of cost to close this service, so others won't be fooled. You fraud company and # people working.
