I bought bluetooth earphones for my iphone but those are not suitable for my phone and voice also not clarity. So please kindly refund my amount by returning earphones back. I would like to buy a new suiatable earphones for my iphone....

In this device there is no bettery backup and we have to keep continuous charging then only the device will be on so i no need that type of device's and that sunglasses are not attached properly it falling down. I think for this device it will be a bluetooth botton and call receiving botton for this device such type of buttons are not there i will problem to operate. So please refund me....

I bought a wrist watch from your latest one.com by online.. My order id is ms6397290. I regretfully inform you that the watch i bought from yours not working from the day one. I am very unhappy that i also registered my complaint on your instagram official page. But all in vain. So finally i registered this complain. So pls look in to the matter. The return policy of latestone.com is worst.
I ordered a watch from latestone.com, the mrp written on that was around ₹4500 and they were offering it in ₹599 + ₹49 delivery charges. But the quality of the watch is so cheap and it is worth of ₹50 to 100 only according to me. They claim that user can return the item if the user found the item's quality is not good but now they are saying that you have to send the item through...

What is this what is your responsibility damaging product is not returned why are the reason tell me it's not use all customers...

I had purchased a watch for rs 348 on 22 aug 2017. But when i received the watch it was not working. So i complained to the website to which they sent a person for return of watch.
Till date i have not received the amount which i have paid.

Sir, my order id lo6448588, ordered on 9/23/2017 and received today on 9/26/2017 is not functioning and as per your policy any product ordered on great sale is not refundable and the big question is who will pay back my amount and if not refundable you have to check the product twice while dispatching. Your lossing the credibility.. Sending a video of the product......

Have purchased the wrist watch by latest one online app the product was totally different as ot was shown in pictures. Had complaint on the very next day. But still waiting for resolution. Please look into this and help to get it resolved.

As this is a reputative brand i am prospecting a positive result from your side.

I had talked to your customer service rep they had committed 2 times but both the time it was failed to deliver. I asked for refund or speak to senior but the ans is 15 days for refund and 48hr to speak with seniors.
One of the best service i got here, please ask your executive ambika and nalini to don't give false commitment, and 2special executive rajesh and shashi speaks as they own this company, while asked to transfer to seniors...

This is the first time i have ordered a product and i got your shipping just now,
I am impress with on your fast service but,
When i open this shipping, watch glass not shown as clear as new..
Its observe 1 big scratches on back side of glass and another at the base of dial..

I am not satisfied with this type of product.

Pls help in replacing the product with new one..

The quality of this product is very bad and the entire body i is made of plastic and also there are some scratches on the watch.
