I bought a tronite bluetooth smart watch from them 2 weeks ago with order id#SO675581. I saw this watch ad on facebook, and I got tempted to have it on my wrist. This was my first purchase from them, product quality wise I had no issues however I was not happy with the battery life. This watch has 350 mah battery and not sufficient for my use so I decided to return this product and have my money back. So I called their customer service and asked to log a ticket for refund. One good thing was they didnt ask my bank details over the phone, they mailed me their refunds online link which I think is safe rather than giving details over the phone. I filled that form and submitted and also returned my watch. I was thinking that it would take 2-3 weeks like other online shopping websites however I received 100% refund within a week to my surprise.

I have purchased one product on 28 may 2016 order no so2007542 this product delivery time was under 5 days but it did not deliver right now.
I speak to customer care 2 times he told me every time that this product out of stock it will be deliver next 4 day but when i purchase this product when it was in stock so why not delivered on time

I have purchased a blue tooth wearable smart watch for smartphones ios andrios (Black) watch order no: so1996903 order date 26/05/2016 tax invoice no: pot 1380435 seller paired online technologies pvt ltd. New delhi. Even though the order recived on 3.6.2016 i am return yesterday night only to town and opened the parcel. When i on the watch it is not working. Please make nessary arangement to take back the prodect and send the money to me.

Received the product but not working, no picture is seen thru lens when fitted to mobile phones.
I think this may not be suitable to all mobiles, pls take back your product and pay me rs 2999/- at the earliest possible.
Pls ask your customer care executive to call me, so that i can explain in detail.

A monthback ihad ordered vr headset. It was received in damagad condition. Reverse pick up was done.Inspite ofrepeated emails after furnihing bank detail refund is yet to be received. Again i have given bank a/c details for second time. Why ther is so much of lethargy in refundthe company only acknowledges emails with out any action, the customer care department is also not responsive. Hi i Purchased earphone from Latest one once i got that ear phone it was too bad and also damage and loose as well so i complaint for return so they sent their Delivery Boy and picked up my earphone but it has been 5 days i don't get my amount which was given to Latest one.com Through COD.they don't Even reply when they will return my money . i want to take a action against them ASAP.

I had ordered a WIRELESS BLUETOOTH STEREO HEADPHONE HANDS FREE NEACK BAND HEAD SET, which i was delevered today 02/06/2016, & it is a defective item, it doesn't work, tottaly not working the moment i unplug it from charger it doen't show anything. i want it to be returned immeidiately.when it is plugged in for charging it is on and the moment i unplug it it is not working. i want this product to be rfeturned immeiadetly. as soon as possible.

I ordered a tempered glass screen guard for samsung galaxy j5. The date of ordering is 29th may 2016. I received the product today on 2nd june 2016. I opened the packing and the tempered glass was completely broken. Not a scratch, but almost broken into two. I tried to file a complaint on their website but every time i tried uploading the picture of the damaged product, a pop up says "file error". I have not been contacted till now. The number given on the website doesn't work. I tried calling 'n' number of times but i get forwared to a voice mail and the call gets disconnected. I got another number from the courier company and no one is picking up the phone. Other times its busy. No response from the site to the complaint. And fresh complaints can not be filed.

Dear concern,

I purchased ptron ultra pill wireless bluetooth speaker (Order no. So1737674) from latestone.com website as the product was defective
When received so i requested them for replacement but the request was declined and asked to opt for refund request for which complaint was raised from my end on 23.04.2016 against ticket no. #841781 but after the reverse pick-up they are not responding to my e-mails and phone calls they are not refunding my money for returned product. I have been following up for almost 2 months which is utter non sense service this guys are giving. They should close there business as they failed at extreme at same.

First they deny replacing product when returned aren't processing for refund.

Please solve this matter at earliest as this is pending since long time.

This is the worst ever experience i have ever had in online shopping.
The helpdesk number never answers.

but this was not in working condition so i requested for return.and on 29/04/2016 i returned it and fill bank details in refund form on 08/05/2016.
But till date i don't get my money back.Please do something for this faulty company.and solve the problem..

I have order one 3 Port Samsung USB car charger 5V 2 1A and 1 OA for Samsung smartphones tablet white on 20/05/2016 and received it on 28/05/2016 . As soon as I open the parcel it was not matching with the order I have given ( I order 3 Port Samsung USB car charger 5V 2 1A but received nokoko - KO-15 ) . When I Complain to customer care executive told me, you have to return only in 3 day according to the return policy but till now 3 days not completed so why I cant return the product .
Please replace the product or refund the money as soon as possible other wise I will go for legal Action.

Its been more than month i got pissed of with your service shall i file a case of fraud against you guys.

Smart watch which was purchased doesn't works for callling purpose without the bluetooth and I also don't have any mobile device with blue tooth facility so its of no use to me. product has been collected from my door step but money has not debited to my bank acct

I received a faulty device, mrp was also manipulated on box its less, higher amount 3099/- was charged to me. Same day i returned item & requested refund. Its been more that 1+month.In spite of various mail exchanges there is no refund or credit points. This is the worst experience i have ever had in online shopping. The helpdesk number never answers. The above order was placed on may 17, 2016 via the online company website named latestone.com for a a290 micromax mobile cover costing rs. 119 and i have paid the money online. For the past 10 days there was no response and when i contacted the company via phone, they said the product was out of stock.

If the product is out of stock, then why was it displayed in the website for sale???

The representative who was speaking on behalf of the company said they will refund the amount within 7 days. I am looking for my money to be immediately refunded without further delay. This is one of the worst customer care services i have seen online.

And the telangana contact number which is displayed on website they are also not giving any services and they are speaking in Telugu
Company should provide proper service as they have improve sales
