Laced Order No : S0555122 on date 24/07/2015 for mercury coospery fancy diary stand leather wallet flip cover for xiamiredme 1S black Received material on date 30/07/2015. But cover is damage so Logged online complaint on same day . Ticket No : 477816 for revers pick of product. Even after repeated reminders reverse pickup was not done saying datprovided. every time they are asking for my bank details and committing me refund within 5-7 days. I am asking for my refund since last May-15 but till date I have not received it. Now I am planning for consumer court case and I have submitted all this details to my lawyer friend. Waiting for case to file.

I had received an Damaged Ear phones on 28/7/2015 .So i complained to exchange my earphones immediately on the next day itself that is on 29th july 215.we complained it before 13 days still there is no response to my complaint. No one is receiving my calls.frankly i am frustrated by their service. please help me to solve this as early as possible. As i have send my problematic zipper Handsfree return back to the company. Its being 2 months till now but i havnt received my refund back to me. I have complained 9-10 times and sent my account details as well. But they hvnt return my refund of Rs.550. Now I will do some action regarding this company.

Placed Order No : L1492901 on date 24/05/2015 for 2 nos of iPhone 6 covers. Received material on date 28/05/2015. One cover is not as per my requirement so Logged online complaint on same day 28/05/2015. Ticket No : 53302 for revers pick of product. Even after repeated reminders reverse pickup was not done saying that my address is not in serviceable area so I have to sent it back and they will refund me product cost + courier charges. I have sent product back through Trackon Courier Docket no :[protected] on date 16/06/2015. As soon as they received product, they have created new ticket no : 405309 for refund and ask for my bank details which i have provided. All of sudden I am not able to access my both previous tickets so i have created new ticket no : 965472 on date 09/07/2015. Again this ticket is also blocked by them so I have created new ticket no 176405 on date 18/07/2015. Each and every time they are asking for my bank details and committing me refund within 5-7 days. I am asking for my refund since last May-15 but till date I have not received it. Now I am planning for consumer court case and I have submitted all this details to my lawyer friend. Waiting for case to file.

I have ordered a phone case on 2nd July 2015 and paid through my net banking and got an email next day saying that the material was shipped by FedEx courier with a consignment number. But when I tried that number on FedEx site it said wrong number. I didn't get the material till date and I sent several mails and complained on their website but no use. After 3 complaint they replied saying sorry for that and the material will be shipped in today. But nothing happened and I just sent another complain last evening and got an email from them saying that my payment will be returned to my account within 7 days if I paid by debit card, 21 days if I paid by credit card. But there is no information how many days it takes for the net banking. Such a worst service and no customer care number or any phone numbers. Friends, please avoid this online site. It is good for nothing...

After several requesting communications, they told to send the product they will refund the money along with courier charges. Luckily they gave money of the product. but didn't give for courier, even after several requests. They are just saying that they will process within few days. But still waiting... Height of stupidity.

Your reply has received that you will collect it within 7 day but right now it didn't collect. or not your system replied. Your telephone has not picked.

This site is just taking complains and is not bothered to solve any. Evn I hav created 3 tickets and I have not got any response for the same. Ordered 2 mobile covers. Parcel reached me on time. I ordered 2 mobile covers from Latestone.com on Jun 7 L1569820. Received the product in 1 week Out of which one was correct and other one was not.. I requested a refund next day and returned the one which was not correct. Its been more than a month now and there is no contact from them for my bank details for funds transfer. Today I found out that my email ID is no longer valid!. I would request you to please bring down the site as I have read many reviews which are having same problems with this site.

I have placed an order for "power Bank" for mobile and also made payment online.but till date nothing is materialised ;neither update on the status of dispatch nor anyone picking the call.seems this type of attitude spoils the faith of 2 the people going for online purchase. planning to send notice followed complain in consumer court.if not responded. Customer care, pls do attend to customers query. Picking the call and keeping the phone aside doesn't service any purpose. I have raised a ticket for return of the product and ticket number is 721291. My ticket is not attended. My calls to latestone customer are unanswered. If this is not handled properly, i shall share all these experiences on Facebook and whatsapp to al my friends and relatives stating latestone is not a reliable site. Request you to do the needful
