I have ordered a phone case on 2nd July 2015 and paid through my net banking and got an email next day saying that the material was shipped by FedEx courier with a consignment number. But when I tried that number on FedEx site it said wrong number. I didn't get the material till date and I sent several mails and complained on their website but no use. After 3 complaint they replied saying sorry for that and the material will be shipped...
