    I had ordered Shiny Luxury PU Leather Flip Wallet Case For Google LG Nexus 5 with Diamond Magnetic Flip Button (Gold) .The colour does not seem to be the same as shown in the photograph in site . I need to exchange this .I have raised a ticket #854233 in Latestone.com for the same issue .There is no response yet . There is no valid contact number for customer care service for this company.Looks like it is a fraud company, but people are getting cheated easily and no action is taken against these frauds and they continue cheating people .

      I had odered a MICROMAX A250 CANVAS TURBO Flip Cover Universal Designer Case Eiffel Tower dated on 18.06.2015 which I have received on 19.06.2105 at 2.30pm. And paid Rs.399+49=448/- to the Aramex Courier Man as per conditon. But the Product is faulty, too much small in Size than Mobile Phone, also Very poor quality. Which it not Usable.         I have returned the ipad cover back to latestone.com two months back. As the cover is of shorter than my ipad. The company has promised me that they will refund the amount and asked me to send back the parcel on my own expense. I did that. Yet i have not received the amount back into my bank account. Moreover Customer service is worst, they are not even picking up the phone call.

          I ordered Flip cover for XOLO q1000 opus and received defective one; damage from inside also quality is very low not as per the expectation. I raised complaint regarding it and after 18 days they revert that reverse pickup is not possible at the same address where they delivered the packet. I couriered it and they have received it on 19/06/2015, I mailed them the courier receipt but till not no response from their side.

              I ordered for a back cover for moto g2 and when i received the consignment it was not matching the model. I opened tickets to inform and got a msg that it will be picked up in 9-11 working days. but it is already 3 weeks and nobody is bothered even to reply the msgs sent. I FEEL THIS IS A TYPICAL 420 COMPANY. PLS DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THIS AND LOSE YOUR MONEY.

                  I have ordered a smart phone flip cover for xiaomi mi4i model on 7-6-2015 and pay the amount by online banking. I received the delivery after a week but when I opened the parcel, there's a flip cover of Samsung Mobile. I called their representative on the given number and he assured me as soon as I send them a photos of wrong delivery, they will resolve the issue. But its almost a week now and neither any actions have taken nor theie phone are answering. Highly disappointed by the approach from LatestOne and their representative.

                            We have purchase mobile flip cover named as in title from LatestOne.com. Our Order Number is L1490713 and we received through AWB No[protected] delivered on[protected]. When i received the item it is fit to my mobile, but the problem in the flip cover, it makes my mobile inactive while in the cover. when, we removed the flip cover then it is working properly. i think the magnet in the flip cover make the phone inactive. so, we request to kindly refund the money to us and please take the product back, because it is defective product. For your information we are not providing any bank details, we only need our refund by cash. you can check your product at the time of giving the refund to us.                                 I Have Purchase Mobile Back Cover From LatestOne.com. When i receive the item i found it defective.I Complain through procedure and they promise me to pick the product back and refund my money on 25 may.But Till date they is no response by them, i call to much time and mail also and finally i m hassled.Please do the need full for my amount refund by this fraud company.

                                  I have placed on order for few accessories worth 1997.00 vide hdfc credit card transaction on latestone.com based on a huge full first page Ad in TIMES OF INDIA Hyd edition. I got sms that my order # L1551021 was successful and my CCA Ref no: was mentioned as[protected].Times of India is also morally responsible in entrapment of innocent readers into this fraudulent online activity. Please raise your voice to create a transparent and accountable online commerce platforms in India. Severe Punishment should be imposed on such fraudsters.This website is said to be launched by PALRED ONLINE TECHNOLOGIES LTD headed by Palem Srikant Reddy of banjara hills Hyderabad. But this may not be true as he is a well known technocrat with reliable brand such as Palem Leathers etc..I hope this will become an interesting case study of how not to run E Commerce and how not to be trapped by such tempting & false promising Advertisements.

                                    Even after so much complaints registered here still he is doing his fraudulence business without any problem. More and more peoples are cheated daily by Lateone.com. Still no action. My Order id is L1511467, I have ordered a flip cover on 1st of Jun 2015 and I have not got my order till date 12th Jun 2015. I have requested for a refund 5 days before and no answer for that too. How can such a fraud company run in this country without any legal issues. I request all customers to file a case against this company in Consumer Court.

                                    The y called me and said they have processed my request for the refund and the amount will be credited into my account within 2-3 days and they will share the UTR/Transaction number also asap.
                                    Any way I am waiting for the issue to be solved.
                                    I think they are trying to resolve the problem.

                                      Hi, I booked an order on Latestone.com on 5th June & paid full amount already. Order was confirmed on the same day & the order no. is L1554662. I received the order confirmation mail also. I kept waiting till Tuesday but there was no update about further processing of this order, I registered a complaint on Tuesday (9th June) with complaint no. #111153. Still there is no update, neither on the order status nor on complaint status.
