13/07/2015 order number SO497449 order placed on 08/07/2015 received order on 11/07/2015 on 12/07/2015 spoke to their customeer care executive simran she said by monday or teusday (13th july 2015 or 14th july 2015) reverse pick up will be done and request for refund called their customer care over 60 times no response i have asked them to arrange a reverse pickup still not done

        Hello, I brought the Mobile cover on 06-july-2015 and same day i return the Order L1686239 . They open a ticket #839618 and without providing refund now close the ticket. They are nothing then a cheater. Please don't buy any thing from them they can took your Mooney and will not refund it. I never seen such cheap online buying in my life.             Dear Sir, One no. PTron Bliss 16800 smart power bank purchased against order ID: L1633849 dated 25.6.2015 vide your Invoice no. POT-378966 dated 25.6.2015, delivered at A-102, TCIRD campus, Thapar Univeristy, Patiala on dated 2.7.2015. We have charged the PTron power bank fully before any use, but it is not giving any output to the devices i.e. not charging any mobile or tab. The power of the Ptron remains on only for 10 sec [approx.] and then automatically shutdown. Again the power is pushed on it remains on only for 10 sec and then goes off. It is not giving charging current during on period of few sec also. So, it is requested to kindly resolve the issue or replace the product immediately.               they are making me wait when ever i call they are saying wait for 5 working days sir you will get your refund but till now i have not received the refund still and i have the proof of recordings and they have my debit card number, cvv and expirey date of my bank and trying to deduct amount from my account, due to insufficient balance tey could not deduct and they also said me to maintain minimum balance . i have the recording of them and the number from which they had called is [protected]

It has been three weeks and money has already been debited from the account. confirmation message was recieved on my mobile on 23/06/2015 at 12:10am CCA ref no[protected]. Two tickets have been sent to them latest being ticket no 819399.. Their customer care number is either switched off or does not answer... I have screenshot proof of all the procedures including order and complains on the ticket system they provided . www.latestone.com is really taking customers for a joy ride..                           I placed an order for PTron Storm 16800 mAh Smart Power Bank for Rs 999.00 vide Order #L1651396 on 29th June, 2015 . There was no update about the shipment and hence I raise a ticket on May 07 2015 (Ticket #765380). But I have not received any response yet.                                   I had received a a Ezcast Andriod TV adapter (Order No. L1586716). The product was faulty and raised a ticket no. 378846 and told me that they will arrange to pick-up the product and would provide me a refund for the same. On 26th june the product was returned and they received the product but after sharing my bank details on (30th june) to them by mail they said that they have lost all mails due to system problem and i sent the mail again with my bank details. I have been trying to call them on their call center no.[protected], but no one is answering the calls. i've even sent them mails on their support desk id and they are no bouncing. I'm attaching the copy of the courier slip which was provided to me when the product was picket up.                                     Vide my order ID L1199748 dtd 2/3/15 Your invoice POT 104895 dtd 2/3/15 I have purchased the subject wireless router on line from you as per your invoice for Rs 899/- With in a period of 4 months it has stopped working and hence I am not been able to use the same. I request you to kindly replace or repaired the same to my satisfation. I am unable to contact you on the phone no on the invoice nor the phone number mentioned herein.                                       I have ordered Ezcast Andriod TV Adapter (Order ID : L1586716), but the company delivered a faulty product and it was not working. I registered a complaint with the company (ID: #378846), I called the call center of the company and was told that our representative will come for pickup, once the pickup is done tell us. Then I called the company and asked to send the bank details and also a scanned the copy of the AWB slip. I sent them the required details and have not received any confirmation or information regarding my re-fund. I have been try to call their call center on[protected], but no one is answering the call.
                                      I have again registered the complaint on their website and was provided the ticket no. - 250737.

                                      I'd like this problem to be resolved and a refund should be given ASAP.

                                        I have ordered brown flip cover of Samsung galaxy note 2 on 6th june 2015, but your company delivered black flip cover, I send email to your company, you replied that our representative will come for pickup, once the pickup is done tell us.
