Dear Sir,
One no. PTron Bliss 16800 smart power bank purchased against order ID: L1633849 dated 25.6.2015 vide your Invoice no. POT-378966 dated 25.6.2015, delivered at A-102, TCIRD campus, Thapar Univeristy, Patiala on dated 2.7.2015.
We have charged the PTron power bank fully before any use, but it is not giving any output to the devices i.e. not charging any mobile or tab. The power of the Ptron remains on only for 10 sec [approx.] and then automatically shutdown. Again the power is pushed on it remains on only for 10 sec and then goes off. It is not giving charging current during on period of few sec also.
So, it is requested to kindly resolve the issue or replace the product immediately.
