I orderd Bluetooth Mono Headset HM1000 High Quality universal bluetooth headset (silver) through LatestOne.com, on[protected] i recevied product by paying 1000rs cash on delivery, since it was not working at all, u cheating customers trust by delivering fake products, its my request to take action on this immdieatly and refund my amount spent on fake product.

All online shopping sites provide a facility that you can track your status from the Internet yourself but latest one do not provide this facility as well as when u have to track your status you will have to call them and we call them every time the tone says that all our representatives are busy at the moment plssss wait till our next representative is present till waiting time there is huge deduction from your balance and it is also not...

The cover i received from you is bigger than the actual mobile size so phone can't fit in case. After several requesting communications, they told to send the product they will refund the money along with courier charges.. Honorable Forum, I just want your help to resolve such dramatic online shopping issue wherein i had purchased 01 back cover of my mobile (Xperia M2) @ 450 Rs From LatestOne.com on 1st of Aug'15, which was received in damaged condition so I logged a complaint on the portal of LatestOne.com for the same & they ensured that I would be receiving the resolution within a week (Complaint Number -826369) but neither resolution received nor anybody...

I have no clue that why has somebody not sued this company of cheaters. They provide wrong and faulty products and never pick up their product back for refund. I am surely going to file a complaint in the consumer court against them. Especially after visiting this site, I feel I have much of the evidence required....
