              I had purchased one htc back cover from www.latestone.com, which i wanted to change. they asked me to return the product so that they can initiate the refund.                     I had online ordered Sony Xperia M2 mobile cover and paid 399 Rs. on-line on 4th July 2015. My order number is #L1677285 and CCA reference No. is[protected] Even after months I did not receive any product or any notification. I raised many complaints but they did not respond. Finally one day they called me and said they will be refunding my amount but till this date I did not get a penny back, neither they take any pain to contact me again. I already raised the complaint earlier but the guts this company have. Without ever contacting me, they declared the issue has been solved and closed the ticket.

                      They called me and asked my bank details, I gave them and i was put to hold for 5 minutes and the call has cut.

                      I try calling them again, now the mobile is switched off.

                      I doubt whether it is a fake call for getting my bank details.

                      I wonder why they are asking my bank details, even they need only nationalized bank and not private bank.

                      They are asking debit /credit card number with the expiry date.

                      Lot of other complaints shows that, they haven't take any action.


                      Is there any way to charge them legally for these online fraud..

                        I had ordered (ORDER NO. SO902492) an apple i phone 5c back cover on 18th october at 0100 am. Till now ther has been no information regarding the delivery status. I had placed another order (ORDER NO. SO902361) which i had cancelled within 5 minutes of placing it. Till now there has been no confirmation from the e-commerce site regarding the refund status. Tried calling them several times, after 3-4 minutes of IVR message the call disconnects on its own. I could speak to the customer representative once in which he assured me the cancellation of product and that he'll send me a confirmation mail regarding the same but that hasnt happened till date. Expect a speedy justice. Thanks

                          I ordered an IPAD COver on 27th sep 2015. They delivered a damaged product. The Customer care was not ready to register the complain first. Nor was ready to give an email id where i could register a complain. After a lot of hassle they agreed to register the complain and to refund. But only on words. I have been calling them since then almost every single day. A different executive has a different and silly excuse for not able to process the refund. They are giving different excuses each time. #1 - first executive(Nikhil) tells me that since i made the payment through a credit card, i do not need to provide with any account details. After 10 days they ask me for my account details. I provide them with my Net Banking account details. Now they have two of my account details.Last week, They asked me to wait untill monday which is yesterday. I waited untill yesterday and called again today to know that they need another account detail. I do not understand what is missing in my account information that they have. Upon asking the customer care executive, Swapna, She says " I do not have an update". How many account numbers do i have to provide them? And today again they are asking me to wait until next week. This is CHEATING. They are only giving excuses and dodging with the refund date. No refund received till date. I want them to refund my amount and compensate for all the calls that i made to them and the frustration that i am facing in dealing with them.

                                Just the same issue for my iPad 4 cover, it doesn't fit at all, sent the images. Latestone claims the below, is it not ridiculous to say that the product was under offer and sending a different product which is just a thrash? Just to remind you Latestone, every ecommerce site is selling on offer, not just charity.

                                  Order Number: FS839600 Name: Krunal Patel Order Date: [protected] I ordered two mobile covers (COD) from their website. I got an email stating that I will get the product in 5 - 7 days. The product price was 199rs for each. i am trying to get an update on tracking status since days. I give a call everyday and talk to multiple people to get an update on the tracking status. All they answer is it will be shipped today. Yesterday dated 14th Oct I spoke to a guy who said the product is shipped and is with the courier guy. Today early morning i got an email from their customer care that i will have to reorder it as its out of stock. When i checked the products on their website it was in stock. One of the product price went high[protected]. I purchsed it when they had a sale. Now they want me to pay them 399 for the same product that i ordered at 199 and reorder it. I tried my best to get an update or cancel the order however what i get is the concerned department is not their. all they say it will be shipped today.

                                  the issue was not resolved right away but I got the problem resolved...I got a call from the company and was told lie that they had shipped the product but due to the courier company it was delayed. When i contacted the courier company with the tracking details they said they never got the details from the company. They got worst service and people just lie. thanks for the support from the consumer forum.

When I open the box I found the cover was of different phone. I raised complaint regarding it on same day i received the order and after 8 days they come for return pickup and told & provide the link to provide bank details for refund now I fill the form on 18th September 2015 with bank details I received the mail that you will be refunded with your amount within 8-9 days but till now there has been no refund whenever I call them they say by today evening you will receive your amount but there is no refund till yet.
