Hi, I ordered ipad2 case on 27/11/2015 (Order Id- SO1076552) through latestone online. Till date i didn't get my item. When i contact CC number it always says busy busy busy (Default recorded voice) and communicated through mail they will simply copy paste the same draft version says "will follow up with shipping team and tell you the status". They dont even compose a email...request you to dont dont dont use LASTESTONE site at all. They will surve one week with our money and cancelled our order. Thanks, DCB

    I received j7 case which doesn't suit my phone. It is not matching with the phone . It's impossible to charge the phone and connect ear phones when the case is fixed. Lodged a complaint about cancellation . Till date no action from latestone . Invoice no : pot - 809588 dated 28/11/15

Before 10 days ago this company called me and say they cancel my order and refund my money within 5 days but still now this company didn't refund my money but cancel my order ...why?                 I have ordered a mobile cover from latestone.com and i the cover eas really bad. I called customer service so they asked me to courier the cover on the same address from whr i hve received it frm.. After courier i tried caling them to give them tracking number but the customer support lines are always busy and nobody responds. It's been many days and nobody turned up frm thr team about my issue. I want Exchange or my money back . kindly look at my issue.

                      I have placed an order in Latest One with the Order Number: SO912005 on[protected], for an Amount: Rs. 199.00, for the product "PTron Gold 1 5 Meter HDMI Male PVC V1 4 Cable 1 Micro HDMI Adapter Combo" and received the confirmation of the order on the same date.

                      After passing 10days, i have raised a request with ticket number: 723622 with latestone regarding the status of the placed order, then they said that the order is not available so they cant deliver the product. So i requested for the cancellation of the same and initiate refund for the paid order on[protected].

                      Now it was already been passed 20 days from my cancellation date and the amount was not yet received and i was really fed up by calling the customer service number [protected] and sent many mails but there is no response from them.

                      I have really wasted my time and amount for contacting them.

                      How can we trust LatestOne.
                      Received a call from the executive of LatestOne on 23 Nov 2015 at 14:46 and telling that the refund was delayed due to the return of dispatched product which was dispatched from warehouse on 16 Nov 2015.

                      How can the order will be dispatched on 16 nov 2015, when the order was cancelled on 03 Nov 2015(dispatched the product after 13 days from the date of cancellation). It looks really funny.

                      Also, as per the communication from him, he is telling that the amount was credited in my account today at 8.34am, but now the time is 14:56 and even now my account was not credited with the refunded amount.

                      Also, I have paid the amount of Rs 199/- to latestone on 22 Oct 2015 and now it is 23 Nov 2015, which passed 30 days (1 month) and i have made several calls to you and really wasted my money and time for making you calls and sending mails. Who will pay the cost of the Interest of the money for this one month and the charges of the calls i made to you.
                      I dont want to waste further money by making a call to your worst servce center and the issue has to be resolved here.

                      I got the amount credited for 199 yesterday evening around 1900hrs.

                      I have paid the amount of Rs 199/- to latestone on 22 Oct 2015 and now it is 23 Nov 2015, which passed 30 days (1 month) and i have made several calls to you and really wasted my money and time for making you calls and sending mails. Who will pay the cost of the Interest of the money for this one month and the charges of the calls i made to you.

                                  I ordered a product from this website, and then when I received this product, it was the wrong one. I asked for a refund for my product and returned the product under all the conditions. I was asked to provide my banking details i.e. My bank account number. And I was told my refund would be done in some days. It's been more than 2 months and now whenever I write/call the company, I get no response. My calls are blocked, my emails go unanswered.                                       I am Shanthi and I order a Motorola Moto E Flip Cover worth Rs.249+49 Delivery Charges so total=Rs.298/- from LatestOne and my order number is SO939038. I received the product on 31/10/15 and I did Cash on delivery, paid Rs.300/- and when I opened the cover I found that they have shipped someone else's order and it was order SO939144. I immediately called on[protected] and told them about this. They said they will initiate reverse pick-up in tow days time and then no one came to pick-up. I then raised a complaint in their website www. latestone.com and my ticket number was #811889. Without resolving my issue they have closed down the complaint ticket number in their website. They told they have arranged Aramex and now Aramex is playing hide and seek game for picking up the product. When i called Latestone they tell me to send it through courier and they say they will refund the cost of product plus the courier charges. But when i logged here I see so many people complaining about the similar things and I think this company is fraud and making customer fool. I want the LatestOne to resolve the issue and arrange for reverse pick-up and give me back the money I paid for the product without further delay. They want them to pick the same. When I called Aramex they are evading saying they will pick-up today, tomorrow for the past 5 days. My pick-up number with Aramex is K133603 and LatestOne is not arranging even after shipping wrong product. They say if i need refund pr process then I myself have to spend money to courier and then only they say they can refund. Why they should ship wrong product? It is their duty to do the reverse pick-up and refund the amount i paid Rs.300/-
