[Resolved] Latestone.com — Received ptron android box is not working | |||||
Hi Admin, Two complains on 2 different orders on same product. 1. i have ordered ptron android pc box and paid through my credit card but after few days when i havent received any updates on shipping i raised a ticket no#785256 in reply i got a ph call from customer care saying that i need to share my cc transaction details as in there database payment is showing that it has been paid through paytm. Thus i shared the details but no reply. Order no# SO1883406. Need refund. 2. In the same customer call i was advice to book a new order through COD. I ordered the ptron box order no is SO1918493. When i recevied the ptron courier i was surprised to see that the box has been kept in some other camcoder box and box also seems to be a second hand box. No user manual and also it is unable to power on aswell. Totally frustrated by the service of thus latestone.com site. Wants to return and want to refund for both.
