Hi I am rakesh and my registered mob. No. is [protected] with lazypay.in . I have written several time to lazypay. But the are replying same.not satisfied with the replies. I am unable to deactivate my account. It is showing active in my cibil. So no other lender company is nog lending me loan.
. They have also given me a mail regarding deactivate confirmation, but still is open. Kindly close this as soon as possible.

    Hi i am rakesh and my registered mobile no. With lazypay.in is [protected]. I have complained several times to close my account. But still it is open. I have mailed several time on lazypay email but still it is open. Sir, I would like to request you kindly close my account as soon as possible. Because it is affecting my cibil.

                I had closed my FD of Rs 4, 000 on 04.05.2022. But it has been almost a month and I still haven't received the FD amount. The customer care executives only give excuses and do nothing. I have called them 10 times atleast.

                  I initiated Fd closure 25 days back till now i doesn't receive my money back in my account. In app they tell that only in 7 days money will be credited to your account. I try to contact them by mail and customer service number but I doesn't get any response back.
                  I need my money very urgently please help.

                    May month lazy pay due was not auto debited by lazy pay side, i am not noticed customer care executive call me on 14th may asking to pay amt with penalties, i said that i have sufficient balance in my bank account why its not auto debited, he said that i reduce penalty and he sending me link for pay 2884, i paid on same date

                    The above payment was not updated in app i asked why not updated he said that no worries sir its updated, but 16th may another executive call me and using abused words to pay, i informed already paid but he not accepted and he asked to pay again with penalty, so i paid again with penalties 16th may

                    After paid updated in app, collection agents tell 1 amount will refunded in bank account but as still now i am not get any payment,

                      My name is Ritika Hardasmalani
                      And I have a lazy pay account with ya'll since March 2022 where I got a credit limit of Rs 60, 000
                      The credit card and all of that is fine but

                      On april 7 I created a FD of Rs 15, 000 with LazyPay
                      And on 28th April I urgently required funds so I initiated a closure and closed the FD
                      The limit decreased from 75000 to 60000

                      But today is 28th May 2022, not a single rupee has been credited back into my account.
                      I am really in urgent and dire need of funds and Its my own hard earned money, I just want it to be refunded asap!!!

                      I have put multiple mails, feedback mails and complaints but no one responds.
                      I have called on the helpline number multiple times but all they say is that someone will get back to me but no one does.

                      THE ONLY RESOLUTION AND JUSTICE WILL BE ME GETTING MY FD OF AMOUNT OF RS 15, 000 ASAP INTO MY SAVINGS A/C

                      I ALSO HAVE A TICKET RAISED WITH YA'LL[protected]
                      Please someone look into this and get me the refund Please!!!

                        This is to bring to your notice I created an FD of Rs 10000 on the 12th of April 2022 on LazyPay. I closed my FD on the 3rd of May due to some financial problems. They asked me to wait 15 working days to get the amount credited. Since it has been many days more than 15 I haven't received that amount. It is still showing closure initiated. They have stopped replying to my emails and the support team is giving excuses and asking for further time to investigate the issue. I am in a problem I need money on an urgent basis.

                          I did a transaction on 4th May'22 on IOCL of Rs. 973.00 IOCL has been refunded the amount which has been processed the refund on 5th May'22 . This payment has been made through my LazyPay Card. But after several request they didn't credit the amount. And also they increased my credit limit but without any intimation within two days they again decreased the limit.
                          Requesting, kindly look after the matter.

                          Regarding limit we understand your concern and would like to inform you that we've our algorithms in place to determine the credit limit to be availed by our users. We'd suggest you to keep transacting on our partnered merchants and this might increase your chances of availing a credit limit.

                            The Lazypay amount of Rs. 815 was required to be paid on due date of 18th May. I paid the amount through Net Banking - ICICI bank on 18th however LazyPay failed my transaction and now harrassing me with Daily Late fees and calling in

                              Emi paid but still lazypay app showing not paid

                              The lazypay app is having so many bugs, the option to pay emi is not working and when I tried reaching customer care, no proper resolution provided. My due was on 5th May 2022, somehow at the final attempt, it worked through UPI and I have paid my due on date but still the app is showing that I have not paid my emi with added penalty as well. I have sent multiple mails with transaction successful screenshot but no response from customer care....

                              On 9th of April money debited twice from lazypay account for dunzo transaction which dunzo not received... its almost a month still my money not refunded ... its Rs. 2374 twice total is Rs4748 they didnt give me refund ahd harassing with so many calls for bill payment

                                Made lazypay repayment using UPI amount 7638.36Rs on 1st May 22, but it got failed towards lazypay and deducted from bank.

                                Made txn again to avoid late fees now it got sucessful and updated towards laypay.

                                Now amount deducted twice but updated only once. Bank is saying that we didn't get any response from merchant side chargeback so we can't refund you and LAZYPAY team is saying that we have received payment only once.

                                After passing 17 days Both Party (Kotak bank and Lazy pay) denying for payment. Now i am helpless.

                                Lazypay Compt no.. 15140637, Kotak Dispute no. 1-[protected]

                                These payments were done using BHIM UPI and i raised dispute with BHIM as well but didn't get a single response from there side

                                lazypay team- If customer fails to pay your dues in time than you charge a huge amount from customer. Now can you clarify why you are so slow in refunding my amount .
                                during this statement period i will pay only the difference amount deducting 7638Rs till the date you are not resolving my issue
