On 9th of April money debited twice from lazypay account for dunzo transaction which dunzo not received... its almost a month still my money not refunded ... its Rs. 2374 twice total is Rs4748 they didnt give me refund ahd harassing with so many calls for bill payment

    Made lazypay repayment using UPI amount 7638.36Rs on 1st May 22, but it got failed towards lazypay and deducted from bank.

    Made txn again to avoid late fees now it got sucessful and updated towards laypay.

    Now amount deducted twice but updated only once. Bank is saying that we didn't get any response from merchant side chargeback so we can't refund you and LAZYPAY team is saying that we have received payment only once.

    After passing 17 days Both Party (Kotak bank and Lazy pay) denying for payment. Now i am helpless.

    UPI txn ID[protected] &[protected] debited from Kotak Mahindra bank xxx5270

    Lazypay Compt no.. 15140637, Kotak Dispute no. 1-[protected]

    These payments were done using BHIM UPI and i raised dispute with BHIM as well but didn't get a single response from there side

    lazypay team- If customer fails to pay your dues in time than you charge a huge amount from customer. Now can you clarify why you are so slow in refunding my amount .
    during this statement period i will pay only the difference amount deducting 7638Rs till the date you are not resolving my issue

      I am not aware of lazypay, I have not purchased anything from lazypay even then I am receiving threatening calls and messages.

        They have made my account frozen for no reason.
        I'm trying to contact them. They are telling fraudulent activities against my account, which is not true. They are simply blocking my account.

          Hi, @Lazy_Pay deducted 2157 from my bank account but not giving refund its been more then 5 days call centre ppl disconnect my call saying we cant help.             I had paid lazy pay bill through online and error msg popped up saying transaction failed, amount was neither debited from my account, then again i tried this time also I got same error msg as transaction failed but amount was debited from my account.
            Then I tried once again to make transaction as it was my last date to pay bill and last transaction was successful.

            Twice amount was debited, debited amount transaction was once failed and other successful while processing transaction.
            Now as process the failed transaction amount should be reversed back to my account.but till today i am only following up for refund from bank and lazy pay, but the funds are not reversed in my account.its almost 50 days i am following up for my funds .In bank record the transaction reflecting as successful and for same transaction in lazypay record it's reflecting failed

                  Hi,
                  I got a express loan from lazypay, the problem is the EMI is not getting debited and I dont have an option to pay my EMI in the app/ website. I am getting the SMS with the link to pay my EMI. But when i open ., it says link is expired . After 10 -15 days a person calls from Pay U i think, telling me to pay the EMI in the acc num he is sending. I am paying late fees because of this almost 900 RS late feed i am paying .I cannot able to connect with the customer care .they are not responding to my mails too.

                    I have made a transaction in Petrol pump but the amount didnt reached the merchant hence the refund was initiated but yet I haven't received my credit ..please solve the issue

                        Have a lazypay account and i have sent mails to lazypay for deleting the account and remove the documents.but they are only deactivating the account and telling me to sent mail if you want to reactivate the account.but i have sent mail to delete the account belongs to me.they are not valuing the customer request.they are just storing our personal details and forcing me to continue on lazypay.i want lazypay to completely delete the account and my remove all the documents from there data base

                          Since from the day I used dunzo i started getting calls from LazyPay asking to pay the bill amount which i'd already to paid to dunzo in cash.
                          Informed the same to the customer care team over call so many times but still I am getting the calls from the customer support team.
                          Escalated the issue to lazypay higher hand Mr. Vishal even that did not work, dropped many emails saying that i've already paid the bill amount even received the reply saying that they've received th payment. I've also received the confirmation emails from both Dunzo and LazyPay.
                          Sent the screenshot and emails to Lazypay also but still am getting hell lot of calls asking to pay the bill amount and this is disturbing my personal life as well as professional life.
                          Please take this complaint and resolve as soon as possible

                            My Merchant (Hathway) gave me the LazyPay link and asked to pay Rs.471 on or before April 18, 2021. When i try with that lazypay link on April 17, it was throwing me some error. So i decided to pay to the merchant directly. I paid and informed my merchant as well. Lazypay customer team called me and i informed the same to them too. They asked me to send email confirmation about the same with paid screenshot. I sent an email with my merchant bill attached. But still everyday they urging me to pay the amount via Lazypay. I sent customer care (Amar Gautam from LazyPay Support Team) so many email responses but still they telling the same which is ridiculous.

                                  On this [protected] lazypay has been registered, by my husband, with my aadhar kyc Ramya, aadhar[protected].
                                  My husband is misusing my card, as the mob num [protected] sim is in his name, he is getting OTP, and he is accessing money. Till now he took 3.5L loan and 1 lakh credit, still there is 2L limit.. i kindly request u block the 2L available limit from ur side. He is not listening to me, he is going on using. This way, if he doesn't pay, i am liable person. So treat this [protected] transactions as report/ spam. I dnt have [protected] number with me, so I can't block from my side... Do something from ur side, as such he should not do further transactions..
