Transaction failed from lazy pay side but amount got Debited from my account ...again i paid the due amount but still didn't get refund
Bad experience Help ASAP...

I have made a transaction in Petrol pump but the amount didnt reached the merchant hence the refund was initiated but yet I haven't received my credit ..please solve the issue...

Have a lazypay account and i have sent mails to lazypay for deleting the account and remove the documents.but they are only deactivating the account and telling me to sent mail if you want to reactivate the account.but i have sent mail to delete the account belongs to me.they are not valuing the customer request.they are just storing our personal details and forcing me to continue on lazypay.i want lazypay to completely delete the account...

Since from the day I used dunzo i started getting calls from LazyPay asking to pay the bill amount which i'd already to paid to dunzo in cash.
Informed the same to the customer care team over call so many times but still I am getting the calls from the customer support team.
Escalated the issue to lazypay higher hand Mr. Vishal even that did not work, dropped many emails saying that i've already paid the bill amount even received...

My Merchant (Hathway) gave me the LazyPay link and asked to pay Rs.471 on or before April 18, 2021. When i try with that lazypay link on April 17, it was throwing me some error. So i decided to pay to the merchant directly. I paid and informed my merchant as well. Lazypay customer team called me and i informed the same to them too. They asked me to send email confirmation about the same with paid screenshot. I sent an email with my merchant...

I had paid lazy pay bill through online and error msg popped up saying transaction failed, amount was neither debited from my account, then again i tried this time also I got same error msg as transaction failed but amount was debited from my account.
Then I tried once again to make transaction as it was my last date to pay bill and last transaction was successful.

Twice amount was debited, debited amount transaction...

On this [protected] lazypay has been registered, by my husband, with my aadhar kyc Ramya, aadhar[protected].
My husband is misusing my card, as the mob num [protected] sim is in his name, he is getting OTP, and he is accessing money. Till now he took 3.5L loan and 1 lakh credit, still there is 2L limit.. i kindly request u block the 2L available limit from ur side. He is not listening to me, he is going on using. This way, if he doesn't...

On April 13 at 9:55 am. 2031 amount was deducted from my account. I never used it any where. I don't no how it is debited from my account...

Due to failed transaction amount has been refunded by merchant (IRCTC) such refund details has been attached. Company (Lazypay) is not issuing my refund from almost 1 month....

I booked through BookMyShow, paid via my cc, now lazy pay keeps sending me messages and 10 calls a day .
I asked them to send me their email address so I may file a complaint and show proof of payment, but they refuse to share email saying they cannot share email details via msg !

But they keep sending me messages non stop with payment and interest charges...

On date 30th march 2022 suddenly i have got a message from lazy pay that they have paid 2400 rs to payu payment from my behalf and that amount has been added to my account. And bill was generated. Automatically otp came and amount deducted. As soon has i received this message. I called and make a complaint to lazy pay regarding this and my case id was 14203824 and they assured me it will resolved soon. But no action was taken. After due date...

Someone has used my account and now they are calling me ten times a day....

I made a transaction of rps 15500 to NAVRANG AUDIO VIDEO P LTD on 10 April 2022

However the payment is debited from my lazypay account & its showing that the payment was successfully transferred to the marchant account but marchant told me that they not received any payment from Lazypay & they also shown me their bank details & statement also but the transaction of 15500 rps was not transferred to their account.

My EMI for the Xpress loan was Successfully Done but in App Showed its pending when I reached to call center and the team there is no correct response, they told me to send a bank statement and I sent it more times but there is no response from the team and they are saying they didn't receive the payment but when I reached to Bank they told that this transaction is successfully complete they told me to reach to vendor,...

I noticed that someone has paid Rs. 250 from my lazy pay account without my permission, I don't know how it is done, Kindly help me on this and sort it out....

I made my due payment of 731 to LazyPay on 8th March 2022 at 12.04 pm . They denied to acknowledge that payment. I shared all the proofs of payment done to them . But they continued harassing me . I shared RRN number which is[protected] shared by my bank to them . But looks like it is a practice for LazyPay that take the amount from customers and keep on denying .After so much harassment I again made the same payment on 30th of March 22....

I have completed the KYC also but I’m not getting upi for the scan and pay option
It’s saying you are in queue for past 6 months….
I’m not able to do any payments through lazy pay...
