I want to deactivate my lazypay account as I'm not using it. I have raised a formal request on 21-Mar-2022 through customer care mail and i got a ticket number[protected] for my request. It's been mentioned in the mail that I'll be getting an update within 24hrs. Till now i haven't got any update. I mailed again twice but no response. Please do the needful.

    Hey I had tried doing payment yesterday but it got failed so today I had tried doing payment but I can see the late fee as 422 and Carry forward fee of rs 350 total rs 822 were charged on me because of yours mistake and now on 19th I had cleared the due of 10000 and late fee 472 but again carry forward fee is applied it's disgusting please wave off them or else I will complaint to consumer court.

      I had cleared outstanding amount and late fee amount but they had charged carry forward fee

      Hey u people are cheating me I had paid the amount the next day with fine but you had applied carry forward fee for me an amount of rs 350 and late fee 472 totally rs 822 it's cheating please clear the carry forward fee i had clear whole due then u should wave off carry forward fee. I will complaint to govt authorities if my issue wasn't resolved....

      My repayment as been done already and seller also refund the amount but still outstanding amount showing more than 200 times called customer care no 1 picking the call, lazy pay fooling the customer and earning the money from customer

        I have received mail from Lazypay to clear outstanding of Rs. 20300/-. But I never been created any account in LAZYPAY. Scam and fraudsters doing such activity.

        Please look into the matter.

          I have paid the amount 716/- on March 6th. However, as per lazypay they have not received the amount. The amount has been deducted from my account already. I checked the bank statement. There is no reversal if there was any transaction failed instance. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction along with bank statement till date for your reference.

            I have a Lazypay account where 2 transactions have been done for 17000 and 13000 respectively and now since I dont want to pay it in EMIs i have written multiple emails to share the final repayment link however there is no response even after writing them more than 10times
            Once i received email mentioning you will be charge foreclosure charges etc etc and if you agree then only link will be shared however even after agreeing the links arent shared yet and after that one agent wrote email pls find the link but link wasnt given in the email
            poor and disgusting service and zero concerns seen for customers issues
            I have also visited the office address given on google which belongs to Andheri Mumbai however there is no such company available

            Pls check and help imediately
            i am worried that if i pay full payment after that with such a poor delayed responses how will it get updated and not sure whether they will still recur charges from me or not..?
            So making full payment is also found to be risky

              Having spent 4057 rps on LazyPay, i got an outstanding bill amount of 7600 plus. Their call centres don't work and when I called another local number listed, their call centre personnel tried to get me to download a remote access app - which is another huge red flag especially for those who don't understand tech. When questioned about the app, the man conviniently hung up and never answered again. I have written to them seeking clarity on the breakup and they keep sending back a breakup which doesn't add up to their bill. This app is definitely fleecing people in large numbers and what's more concerning is that they aren't available for any sort of complaints or conflict resolution.

                  I have done a rent Payment on paytm using my lazycard, but my transaction was failed in Paytm app, and my money deducted from my card, after it i have raise a query on lazypay customer service, but i have not receive any resolution from your team,

                  * i am trying to reach you via customer helpline number - [protected]
                  * also sent too many mail to - [protected]@lazypay.in
                  i have also contacted to merchant about this transaction and they told me that he wouldn't recieve any amount from lazypay .

                  but my problem was not solved .

                  and today i will recieve a mail from lazypay mentioned ( your lazypay account is blocked, pay the due amount to reactivate your account)
                  and i am so depressed when i see it. because it is not my fault, its totally fault of your company .

                  **And i will clearly Mention that i would not pay any extra charges or late fee for this Transaction** because it is not my mistake and i am not resposible for this .
                  You should refund my money into my lazycard and have to remove all late fees and extra charges from my account.

                    Hello Team Lazypay!

                    Are you guys planning of resolving the issue of the payment link not working.
                    Your team is sending me reminders of the payment due and have BLOCKED my account, all without resolving the issue, which is, mind I remind you, totally Lazypay's onus! Nobody is working on resolving the issues and I'm constantly getting calls multiple times from different executives talking rude, even on Sundays!

                    This is horrible service! Resolve this ASAP.
                    I never want to using this service again. And I'm not paying a penny extra than I owe. Give me a number where I can reach you.

                          3rd March was due date for LazyPay outstanding. I have setup Auto Debit so ideally LazyPay should have debited my account on 3rd. On this day, I sent reminder also to LazyPay in afternoon. But they intentionally dis not debit my account so that they can charge interest and penalty. I have been chasing them for refund but they are not answering. I want my money back with compensation.

                            till no responce form lazy pay side . when iam sendng details with transcation id's . they are not taking serious on client's amount. Due bills are seding ontime u have to outstanding like this, but they are not looking on failed transcations.

                                I started using lazy pay last month on 21st and made transaction of amount 1700 approx. Later repaid at March 1st, as they mentioned no further charges if it paid it on time . Now I see total amout of 3155 approx. To be paid back and trying to contact lazy customer care no response from their side .

                                  I feel extremely unfortunate to be a part of this fintech revolution (BNPL). This is more dangerous than the Russia-Ukraine war. I belong to a middle-class background, fell for the cashback trap laid beautifully by you people. Only when my home loan application was rejected due to poor CIBIL score owing to your organization. I realized the biggest mistake of my life. So this is a humble request to kindly shut down my lazy pay account remove, all my KYC data from your records permanently, and most importantly remove this consumer loan from my CIBIL records. I have paid my all dues related to this account.

                                    I'm a user of lazypay made a transaction on 28 of February 2022 of rs 1500 with scan and pay feature but the money gone debited at that time and payment gone into pending mode I tried to call them but their service not available so I drop a mail to them and register a complaint regarding this transaction. 1 day after I got a message from them that the transaction was successful but when I checked it's not confirmed the merchant didn't received it still facing the issue but didn't get any kind of positive response from lazypay.
