Lazypay gave 412 rs billpay for net and i don't know who used my credentials to pay bill now lazy pay sending alert include interest per day 10rs not an such easy interest now total is 522rs tried to customer care to speak the same no one connecting call and no prior intimation for 10 rs interest now they sms that they will send demand legal notice

They are sending blackmail emails pls do any action regarding this although I agreed to pay principle amount with out interest

    Hi, i have taken an internet service from the local service provider and while doing payment it has enabled lazy pay account. But unfortunately, in the status of lazy pay, it is showing that i have still dues to pay but my amount has already debited from my account and still, i am receiving the notification from lay pay to pay and even they are adding late fees in each reminder.

    I have connected with my internet service provider and the representative told that we have already received your payment nothing to panic about reminders. But now lazy pay sending notifications to take legal action... What the #.

    I have no dues but still, they are showing dues and adding lates fees (10 rupees on each day).

    Please help even customer care or helpline number are not working.

    I know i have no dues and transaction successfully has been done from my account but still what wrong is going on!!!

    I made a payment through lazypay for a swiggy order. I got charged completely for my order via net banking. It's say lazypay, you can pay later it I got charged completely for it. Everyday I get calls and mails and SMS too to make the payment for the same though payment done.

      I got a message and an email today from lazy pay saying i owe them 1200 but i never even used that app or whatever that is. This is the first time i am hearing about that app. This is a huge fraud that harasses people for no reason. Kindly remove this app or whatever this is. I tried calling the customer care number but it is always busy. I am not going to pay for something i have not used.

        outstanding amount paid but its still shows outstanding

        I have paid my outstanding amount and the amount is also debited from my bank account. But the amount shows still outstanding in my lazy pay account.
        I have order the food from swiggy and choose the payment options as layzpay. But on due date i paid my outstanding amount and amount is debited from my bank a/c but amount is still showing outstanding....

        I booked a ticket on redbus but it was a failed transaction. So i got a link on whatsapp that i can still book a ticket and pay later. I clicked on the link but the ticket booked was for some other date.

        I immediately had to cancel the ticket. So i get a msg that i need to pay the cancellation amount to lazypay.

        So, first, it was a wrong ticket booked by the app and then they are harassing me to clear the outstanding dues.

          I used lazypay for swiggy order on 14th March 2018. Once payment failed and 2nd time it was successful. But lazypay charged twice I have written multiple times to swiggy and lazypay. Swiggy already confirmed only one order successful and they didn't receive 2 payment from lazypay. I have provided all details to lazypay buy they refuse to accept and make customer to run for their software bug or their cheap tactics to earn quick money.
          Worst customer service please restrain from using lazypay. They keep on sending reminder for not paying and charging fine but not bothered to resolve the issue.

            I salute the team behind on giving approval to list lazypay as a payment gateway segment when u chose to pay through credit card.
            I tried payment to dvois communication (Ion broadband) and when i selected credit card i found lazypay along with payumoney, citrus. I found it as a new payment gateway and proceeded with payment but later realised it is not a gateway.
            I urge the officials to list lazypay along with debit card, credit card, internet banking. It can never be listed under credit card payment gateway.

              Tried to pay my tikona bill on 19/Feb/2018, the transaction failed.
              Lazy pay STATUS is reflecting the transaction as successful with payment id: LPTXID[protected], BUT THE PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED TO MY TIKONA ACCOUNT. DESPITE MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS, ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. PLUS EXCEPT EMAIL NO MEANS OF BOOKING YOUR COMPLAINT.

                While paying the bill there was offer to get 20 percentage cashback in laypay wallet. When we did not received the cashback we raised service ticket for same. It mentioned to resolve in 2 working days. But all waste they did not even respond the mail even after following many time. I thought not to use this worst lazypay service. Below are auto ticket reference numbers which were raised but did not got any response from them
                Ticket no. 01833885 & 01904795 & 01846931
                I was unable to make payment on due date because of some error they are now imposing penalty of RS 10 by each day which was not mentioned dere on their site.
                I have tried to contacted for many times on their customer care no. [protected]
                Many times but they are not responding on their respective mentioned no.
                I ordered food in foodpanda and paid Rs.625.92 through lazypay. But the foodpanda order got canceled due to the payment nor processed (Clearly not my fault). But lazypay is asking me to pay the money (Why should I pay?). I tried to reach to lazypay. But there is no proper way to contact them (No customer care contact details mentioned on their website. They are not even registered in JustDial). Now lazypay is saying that their legal team will send a legal notice to me for not paying the money.

                I was trying to book ticket from Redbus and got a message from Lazypay in my mobile to book the ticket. Once clicked the link it booked ticket for a wrong date, I immediately tried to cancel the ticket but Redbus did not allow to cancel.
                So I wrote to customer care and no response, now Iam getting message to pay for the wrong ticket on which I did not travel at all and daily Rs10 is being charged as penalty and also threatening to provide my details to CIBIL. Very worst service, I requested for call back but they never called nor the customer service number is picking the calls.
                I've paid my usage money nd payment was successfuly. Money got deducted from my account but it doesn't show up in citrus app.

                  I have done a transaction on Jan 7, 2018 through Lazypay. However the transaction was failed.

                  From then my lazypay account shows that as outstanding amount. I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@lazypay.in.

                  Whenever I send an email I get a auto response with the ticket number that they would be contacting within 2 working days.

                  Even though it was few weeks, no one had contacted me back.

                  Moreover I am receiving multiple reminders to pay the outstanding amount. Even with the penalty.

                  There are three support tickets opened with Lazypay till now.
                  01807189, 01837054 and 01905558

                  Lazypay has transferred the amount of the failed transaction to the Bill-desk of broadband. It would have been a better thing if that could have taken place within a week or two instead of taking a month to resolve. Thank you "Consumer Complaints" board.

                    My ticket was not was not booked but the in lazy pay profile was showing is transaction successfull please check it and deduct an 116 rupees amount from my wallet again i did the transaction it is succefful please check the time 12 02 minutes or was not done and the next billing was done please do it as soon as possible due to my amount was deducted from my page

                      I have not orderd through lazpay account still i have getting calls from lazypay to clear the outstanding balance this is unfair for people who have just made the account and i was out of town how am i supppse to ordr from zomato choosing lazypay i would like you to getbit resolve as i am getting calls again and again this is irritating for customers like us who never do such things...

                      I am getting continuos calls (Atleast 15-20 calls per day) to clear lazypay balance on my both mobile numbers - [protected] and [protected].

                      I had never used lazypay but only registered once. I dont know what balance they are asking for.
                      More surpriseinly, they are increasing 10rs fine on that balance everyday.

                      Please help me in getting out of this.

                      Same issue. They are a bunch of cheats. On calling their customer care, they just keep telling you that they have made a payment on your behalf but don't provide any proof. Planning to raise a formal complaint with the police.

                      The block their payment servers and expect us to complete the payment which is not possible since they hv blocked the payment page.And each day they increase the money and threaten the customers
                      Worst i booked a bus through it but never used it even i wanted to make the payment but their pathetic servers they force you to make payments
                      i am gonna file a complaint against them in consumer forum
