Hi this is naveen i tried to place an oder in swiggy on 01/06/2020 it was not placed but amount got deducted twice from lazy pay account. Why should i pay it when i have not received order from swiggy? Also there is no proper response from lazy pay when i contacted them swiggy said that payment was not received by them so i need to contact payment source.

    Hey am sandeep i have do payment of 632rs to lazypay on 18 dec but first it was not got successful so i was do payment 2 time it was ok i successfully payed done it over but this lazypay reclaim the first transaction to the bank and my money was debited 2time and i call to lazypay customer care executive he is telling that to refund my money it will take 10-15 days i have not ordered anything have to purchase anything i have just done payment to lazypay u have done a mistake claim 2 time i have to wait for 15 day why

      My bill was 1518/- and this amount was deducted this morning (3 december 2019). After sometime, again an amount of 1758/- was debited from my bank account and now they are sending an email that this will be reversed in 7 working days. I have to clear my payments and because of their technical issue, why should i bear extra charges levied upon missing my other payments? Please instruct them to reverse the payment via imps today.

      I have sent an email but no one is bothered to reply. My refund is also pending and if I am levied for bounce charges against my other loans, Lazypay must be responsible to pay those charges and late payment fees. I have already raised it and sent an email.

        Beware of this company. I am really wondering whether they are legal. Firstly they trapped me unknowingly by making me chose their service. And then they charged by 25% interest/fine for 25 days. Yes, though unbelievable but this is true. The extent of their credibility can be gauged from the fact that the service provider for whom I had made the payment using Lazypay advised me against using Lazypay.

        The modus operandi is simple - they disguise themselves as a payment gateway and then if you do not pay attention then you would have already selected the Pay Later option. That is it - then suddenly you will start receiving messages asking for payment and they start charging fine ever 2 days. The only way to make payment to them is through their website. And you can only make the payment which is inclusive of fines/interest. Now if you want to dispute the exorbitant interest/fine, you can do that but they will keep charging the fine. They call it a business model but in short it is the modern day version of the blood sucking money lenders who used to operate in villages.

        I am completely embarrassed that I fell into their trap, but then I have learnt my lesson. I was lucky that my amount wasn't that big but please think hundred times before you use their services otherwise you will fall into a big trap.
        Horrible customer service! To an extent it can be called fraud. I have been asking lazypay for a detailed account statement for my last bill because i believe they charged me wrong. Every i month i get a call from their representative who promises to send me my bill statement, and then it never comes, until the next month again when i get another call from them. In the meantime they are increasing my late payment fees by the day. There is no customer care and even if i put a message in their app no one calls back. This is cheating the customer by not resolving their query on one side and then going on charging on the other side! Please tell me a way to report this company!

          I have never used lazypay app or have i used their facilities. Today i get a watsapp message saying " i have to pay ₹560 to lazypay for which i'm clueless about. I just found out about this app as i got this message. I have been charged without me knowing using the app and the facility and i'm not ready to pay. Please look into this matter as i was not able to contact lazypay as their websites are not working and i dint get their toll free number or a helpline number.

            I got trapped into lazypay and i am really embarrassed about it. I really wonder whether they are legal. I wanted to pay for my hathway connection.in hathway's website, i selected the lazypay mode as it did give an impression of a payment gateway. I didn't realise that it fleeced me into selecting the pay later mode. The modus operandi is very simple. Entrap the customers somehow and then charge them with exorbitant interest and then threaten them with legal action. They charged me 25% interest for 25 days! Even the hathway people told me not to use lazypay. Looks like an urban version of the blood sucking money lenders.

            My total bill for Zomato order was 280. Lazy pay bill statement is 399. Repeated complaints since a week, bill amount is not rectified yet. And today is my due date.

Y am i receiving multiple msg's....??? Wat proof do u have that you have paid for it...?? And paid to whom??? Stop sending repeated msg's.

              And even if you have paid for me.. On that particular day wen u did payment.. I have not received any msg that lazy pay has paid on my behalf.. Then u r claiming for what money???..

                Lazypay started sending me message to pay 385/- for an order with swiggy. When i asked about there link with swiggy, they mentioned that swiggy uses there gateway for payments. First thing, why would someone else (Lazypay) pay for me or on behalf of my food to swiggy. Order will get delivered after i make the payment online. Where did lazypay come from. Now they are calling me to pay 385 /- and sending me messages to pay as they started adding interest in the 385/- and made it 425/-. M sure this is a fraud. When i tried getting in touch with swiggy for this problem, they didn't have any clue about their existence and advised me to wait while they investigate this case. These fake payment gateways should be banned immediately, they work for pay u. I want lazy pay to stop harassing me or any other customers with their fake trials.

                I've been charged for some transaction that isn't done by me. And on calling their customer service centre for support and verification, there's no one entertaining my calls. Each day they are charging me 10₹ for not paying the amount now.

                Hi I also faced a similar issue. I never use Lazypay for food order. One sudden day they send an sms and email to pay 545 for swiggy order. When i contacted customer care and informed the same they are telling transaction is successfull. when i contacted swiggy they have confirmed that there was no purchase from my account.

                Apologise for inconvenience. Can you please share the swiggys confirmation on email to investigate. In case it is not paid by you then you have to file an FIR as it is digital fraud. Please file FIR and email both swiggy confirmation and FIR to [protected]@lazypay.in.

                  I made a payment on swiggy via lazy pay and my bill was rs. 325 but instead they sent message to pay money and i told my wife blindly to pay them and they sent a link to pay rs. 788, and i checked everything and it was lazypay fraud and my wife did paid it..

                  Its a fraud app and founders are totally fraud... Never going to use this service again and im going to file an official complaint against them.

Only once you enter the otp in the payment page, the transaction is processed and confirmed. Also, after every successful transaction email and sms notifications are sent to you.

                    Please ensure that you never share your card number, cvv, pin, otp, internet banking user id & password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and payu will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                          I have been charged with inr 814 on 27 sep 2019 on lazypay for a zomato order which was not made by me and it is not there in my zomato order history as well. When i raise a complaint to the team regarding this they reply saying that all transactions are processed via 2 step authentication which is confirmed by the otp sent on the registered mobile, but i have never received any otp on my phone not for this transaction nor for the transactions i actually made.

                            The lazypay people have issued warnings and they are constantly calling me over tickets that i had booked on bookmyshow. The bookmyshow portal canceled the tickets and i had to buy fresh tickets directly from inox by paying them. Now lazypay is saying this is not their concern (Exact words) and they are asking me to pay them nevertheless and get in touch with bookmyshow myself. They are saying it is not their job to get in touch with bookmyshow. What kind of extortion is this???

                              On 9th sep 2019, i thought of ordering food from freshmenu using lazypay payment. I did get an opt from lazypay but due to some technical issue the order was not placed. I tried ordering again 2 more times but the order was not placed due to some technical issue from lazy pay side. But on all these transactions lazypay added inr 219 x 3 times jus because i received otp but the order was never placed or the actual transaction never happened. I raised issue with the lazypay team via email but they never bothered to help me or respond to my mail even after multiple reverts. My lazypay account still shows that i have to pay them inr 800 + (219x3). Lazypay is doing digital fraud by charging the customers for zero transactions. Please take strict action against these kind of online money frauds.

                                On 16th and 18th august, i made 2 payments of rs. 231 each to lazypay. The transactions failed from their end but my money got debited. I inquired from bank but was told that the payments were successful. Till date lazypay has not been able to resolve it. They have stopped replying to mails, they don't have a customer care number and their executives keep calling and harassing me to make payment with late payment fee. I have also mailed them the bank transaction numbers but they have not bothered to resolve it.

                                  I have been getting overdue message past 2 weeks even though i cancelled my order on the same day i.e. on 9th July, 2019 and the merchant confirmed that the order has been cancelled but since then I'm getting warning messages from lazpay. It's not my work to contact the merchant but it's lazypay's task. They are now giving me warning that my financial liability will have negative credits. By the way, for what reason. You think people are fool?
                                  Stop spamming message or I'm going to lodge a harrasment complaint against lazypay.

                                  Hi Mr. Kartikyan,

                                  I would like to make it very clear to you that Lazypay is an application designed to cheat professionals. Their customer service is of course the worst. Let me share my worst experience with Lazypay:

                                  They promised a personal loan of Rs. 30, 000/- took advance ECS slip (that too with 5 year validity) & never disbursed the loan till today!! They even debited charges for no reason & started misusing the ECS slip for other payments. I was forced to make my tagged bank account inactive & will soon close the bank account to avoid misuse by Lazypay. I will also close the Lazypay account permanently.

                                  You will notice that Lazypay does not mention its address / phone nos in any of their mails. Even their senior management is not at all bothered to address / solve genuine problems of customers. So there is no point in arguing with these unprofessional guys when the app itself is designed to cheat professionals, which the senior management staff know very well!!

                                  Knowing very well that the fault lies on their end, Lazypay guys would harass you, pointing at you! Please take strong action against them & delete your Lazypay account at the earliest. Also, please warn all your contacts never to deal with Lazypay.

                                  I have an account in Simpl & they are the best. They do not charge you unnecessarily, never make any fake promises, never harass you, etc. Their customer service is also very good. I suggest that you try Simpl.

                                    I don't want lazy pay to auto debit my account... Inspite of repeating this again and again i am getting an auto debit message. Also i have sent my signature verification as advised for instant loan it's close to 25 days... Nobody responds... It is always showing awaiting verification status... I am really upset with lazy pay... Either solve all my problems or close my account

                                    Lazypay guys are Frauds. They make false promises stating they will give you Personal Loan, take your signed bank ECS slip well in advance, as done by other banks. But soon after your ECS slip gets approved, they will start Auto Debitting other payments there. In other words, they play this trick to trap you! If the auto debit fails, they will charge penanty & keep on disturbing calling / sending SMS. Lazypay / PayU is the Most Unprofessional Company in India. They don't even mention their full address or phone nos, which gives a serious doubt on their source of fund. All the innocent victims hope it shuts down very soon.

                                    For all postings by innocent victims, they reply to send a mail to [email protected], which responds very late with nonsense statements that auto debit needs to be cancelled by your bank. Your bank manager would tell that for all digital payments, cancellation needs to be done at source that is by Lazypay / PayU. Lazypay staff are rude, no ethics, unprofessional, etc., which clearly reflects their senior management. Please spread the news all over India to all Professionals that they should never deal with Lazypay & become their victims.
                                    When you mail a simple question to [protected]@lazypay.in asking them "Why was the Fake Personal Loan offer given to me initially before signing & approving the ECS slip?? ", they have no answer, which clearly indicates that they are big frauds & purposely tempted you with the fake personal loan offer in order to take control of your bank ac or auto-debit & trap you. Your bank manager & other senior staff would definitely agree that Lazypay is a fraud organization which keeps on fooling & trapping innocent professional people across India.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been using lazypay since few months.

                                      About one month ago, i received a flash message upon opening their app stating that i am eligible for a personal loan of rs. 30, 000/- & i need to submit the signed ecs form. They also deducted rs. 118/- from my bank account without my permission.

                                      Till date, they have not disbursed the loan amount. I now understand that they played this trick to tag my ac to theirs for auto debit of other normal payments.

                                      There is no phone number or direct call option in their app. The only option is to mail. After 2 days, they reply that they cannot cancel auto debit from their end & my bank needs to do it.

                                      My bank manager & other seniors have made it clear that they cannot do it at their end because whoever initiated the ecs (Lazypay or their bank) needs to cancel it since the loan was not disbursed..

                                      I have mailed lazypay back stating that either they need to disburse the personal loan immediately or cancel the ecs (Refunding rs. 118/-).

                                      To conclude, lazypay is cheating lot of professionals through various means. I am sure lot of people have been cheated by lazypay.

                                      Never deal with lazypay.

                                      I have already sent several mails to [email protected] regarding the issue.

                                      They now smartly state that the signed ECS slip for Rs. 30, 000/- was taken not for a Personal Loan!!! They don't even state what for it was taken & why the charges for Rs. 118/- were deducted from my account without my permission. The credit limit is also not raised to Rs. 30, 000/-. They also state that the ECS cancellation has to be done from my bank, which is 'utter nonsense' as per my bank manager (who clearly stated that the ECS cancellation should be done from your Kotak Mahindra Bank. Mumbai branch).

                                      It is interesting to note that none of your mails show the complete address & phone numbers. Moreover the reply to our queries come late, normally after 2-5 days.

                                      I have replied back to either disburse the loan of Rs. 30, 000/- immediately executing the ECS or else refund my amount Rs. 118/- immediately, cancelling ECS.

                                      Your team (contacted through mail as well as through phone) keeps on sending the same old reply that auto debit has to be cancelled from my bank, which is utter nonsense as stated by my bank manager & other senior bank staff. Unlike olden day cheques, digital payments need to be cancelled at Source by Lazypay / PayU & not from the customer's bank.

                                      I had availed several personal lons from banks & NBFCs giving such advance signed ECS slips for auto debit of EMI. The loans were disbursed immediately & EMIs auto-debited monthly till all loans were closed. NOCs were couriered immediately as soon as the loans were closed.

                                      My simple question asked as to "Why was the fake Personal Loan (that too a flash message) offer given & signed ECS slip was taken in advance?" has no reply. This itself is a clear proof that the fake personal offers are given by Lazypay to clients in order to trap them by tagging their bank accounts for misusing.

                                      The worst part of Lazypay is that there are no senior responsible people to understand & solve such issues.The company is full of dirty unprofessional saddistic guys who have great pleasure to harass professionals by cheating them, calling & harassing them continuously, sending sms, etc.

                                        I payed 3009 to act fibernet using lazypay.
                                        After a month I had a bill of 3500 which I payed..
                                        That I used lazypay for a month amounting to 1500 something and I got my 3009 refunded from act fibernet..
                                        So I have extra 1500 in my lazypay account which is displayed in my account, but I am not able to use lazypay anywhere.
                                        So basically lazypay owes me 1400 something that I am not able to use
