I brought toy on 14 feb 2021 in flipkark payment using lazypay. Now i returned the product they have refunded to my lazypay account but still its not added to my lazypay account. I have attached the purchase details and payment details for your reference.

        My amount was debited while I paying amount due 2000 it's showing failed after 2days paid the same amount. But 2000 rip not refunded my bank account we are contunes trying to bank they are saying amount 2000 successful with merchant..before that they are asking mail proof asking icic bank in lazy pay after they are provided compliant.

        2nd issue now,

        I paid 500 rip scan through paytm..with second they are refunded my last transaction till not get 500rup in my lazypay account

          Hi,
          I have taken a Loan from lazy pay and that is closed in last bill which I paid in Feb month after that I have not done any transaction and I have received confirmation through the mail that my loan closed successfully here I have below issues
          1. If the Loan is closed why it is not updated in CIBIL even after the dispute raised and shared in detail with the lazy pay team
          2. Without any transaction why the new bill is generated.
          3. By showing covid as the reason there is no one to answer to landline and even Twitter and Facebook

            The refund hasn't reflected in my account till now.

            Not yet. I have contacted them on 1st April. There's no resolution till now. However, before a week they confirmed that they have received the refund and it will take sometime to reflect. Till now, nothing. Will escalate the issue in a day or two.

              I made payment on 26th February 2021 of Rs.6828 money got deducted from my bank but lazypay application showing failed. I checked with bank and they provide me detail that payment successfully credited into beneficiary account with refence number. After that, I emailed twice or thrice but problem not resolved. On 1st March 2021. I repaid amount rs.[protected]+2500+1828) again through UPI and written emailed to reverse my previous payment which was failed on 26th February. There is no response from lazypay side. Please refund my money. I attach all the documents in the given image box.

                I made a payment of Rs. 3106.05/- with transaction ID TXN[protected] against my LazyPay account on 26.02.2021. You have confirmed over email that you have received the payment . However, the amount is still not reflecting on the app. and you keep charging me for late payment. I have raised multiple queries regarding this and you have closed each one of them without any resolution.
                Kindly resolve this.

                  I had made a transaction from lazypay upi on nearby.com of Rs.1252 . Later on I cancelled the service and I was issued a refund of the same amount on the same lazypay upi id. The refund was processed by nearby.com on 14th February 2021 and it has still not been credited. I have been provided with the refund reference number from nearby which is[protected]. I have mailed lazypay customer service several times regarding why the refund has not been credited but they have replied once with a irrelevant answer saying "your transaction at nearby.com was successful" they are not providing any information regarding my refund. It seems they are intentionally not responding.

                    On 26 Feb 2021 my due amount Rs.851 got debited from bank and I received successful message from Bank but in their portal they are showing as failed transaction.Hence I enquired Bank and got transaction number for successful amount debited as well and emailed them from 26 Feb 2021 and still From Lazypay there was no response and they blocked the account and stared calculating their penalty.

                        On Feb 12th 2021, I made train ticket booking through Confirmtkt app and made payment using Lazypay app of Rs 1549/-. Amount was debit from Lazypay account but train ticket was confirmed. And requested for refund from Confirmtkt" they told that refund was initiated successfully ". Still have not received refund amount of rs 1549/-.Confirmtkt gave me ARN no[protected] and asked to check with bank. And also I have mailed Lazypay regarding this refund issue. They aren't giving proper response. And I have cleared payment to lazypay. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I have attached Screenshot for your referenc

                          I made payment on 26th February 2021 of rs.1839 money got deducted from bank but application showing failed.I checked with bank and they provide me detail that payment successfully credited into beneficiary account with refence number.After that I emailed twice or thrice but problem not resolved. On 28th February I paid 1839 again through UPI and written emailed to reverse my previous payment.which was failed on 26th February. They emailed me said that your payment successfully credited on 28th February and give me new transaction no.which was second attempt payment transaction number. After providing all details they did not reverse my payment. What kind of service they giving to consumer.

                            I have paid lazypay bill amount via Phonepe - UPI, UPI transaction was successful and also phonepe claimed that money is received to Lazypay merchant successfully but still lazypay application is showing transaction as failed and money is deducted from my bank account.

                            After raising multiple tickets, no one provided single update and all mails are automated mails. They don't care about customer and will simply eat your money.

                            Don't ever use lazypay and it's total worst company I have ever seen.

                            Lazypay customer care : This is my last request to process my refunds immediately or else I will file legal case against you.

                              I have transacted Bajaj fineserv app using lazypay card. The transaction was failed but money got deducted from my account. The transaction date was 28 December 2021. The transaction vale is rs 934. The refund amount was not credited to my account. I have contacted regards this with Bajaj fineserv app. They have informed us that the have not received any amount for this transaction and the amount still in your bank side and inform to contact bank regarding this. Kindly check this issue and refund the amount. They too lazy to solve the issue. I have done a lot of emails to the team no updates

                                With reference to the concerned subject matter I would like to highlight that Team Lazypay has been continuously harrasing me over issues related to some recharge payment of just 500 odd rupees made in 2019 accirding to them but I dont have any knowledge regarding it, still due to repeated calls, texts I did went to the link and tried to pay the amount repeatedly as shown in the screenshot and it shows payment cannot be done or payment failed. So please kindly register my complaint against lazypay for repeatedly harassing a Reputed Public Service Commission Officer

                                As per the record there were two transactions processed on 22 and 23 Jan 2020 towards vodafone. However was not repaid till now. Has attempted to repay however it is failing at bank. Customer has used the service previously since 2019. If the customer is not aware advise to file an FIR and send a copy to [protected]@lazypay.in and the support will investigate.

                                  We don't know anything about the lazypay app till Jan 15 when we started getting messages about some due amount. We haven't even downloaded the lazypay app then how can we used their services. The amount in the messages got increased from message to message. Today we received a call from the customer service saying that they represent lazypay and things. Please look into this matter soon as we are getting irritated otherwise we will be going to the law enforcement soon.

                                    I made a transaction to HEALTH AND GLOW through lazypay they saying they’ve not got the money but the transaction is successful please send me the proof of the transaction which is debited in my account and the transaction ID pls cancel the transaction I have already made a cash payment I have the emails which the regional manager is got back to me and from the customer care from health and glow for poof

                                      I have already cleared all the payment with regards to the phone bill but still, I am receiving messages stating avoid to lose your credit scores by paying your dues.

                                      Even with telephone compliment, I have raised the same point and it never resolved. They are not updating their system with the latest inputs

                                        Have an outstanding balance with Lazypay . it is around ₹5000 . i have already informed them so many times since the beginning of this year that i will clear it on 31/01/2021 . they are still sending me Spam smses. they exceeded their limits when they sent me 30-45 smses in a minute. i have already spoken to so many collection agents since jan 2021 and have clearly told them that i will pay on 31/01/2021. they are still calling me and sending so many spams sms. the most atrocious incident was today when an agent called and kept on sending smses for an hour. in a span of 15-20 mins, that collection agent sent 550-600 smses. +[protected] this is the number from which i got. call. name is Rahul Tripathi and stays in Nalasopora. he abused me and threatened me when i told him i wont pay. and thats not it, he entered my number in various e commerce portals like flipkart snapdeal and medlife to send OTPs and harrased me. i told i wont pay as he was continuously sending spam smses . he harassed me by calling again and again and kept on sending smses. i would like to pursue this issue legally. i will not be paying anything due to this incident. i want to ensure legal action is taken against Lazypay and that collection agent too.
