    We understand your concern however after NPCI directives, we are not allowing new users to initiate KYC. Users who have already initiated their KYC before NPCI directives are allowed to complete their KYC.

      I took a loan from LazyPay for the sum 70000 rupees in 2019 for the tenure of 2 years, my loan term is coming to end in the next 3 months which means I have completed 21 months out of 24 months. But now I find discrepancies in the loan tenure when I checked on my Lazy pay app instead of showing 24 months now it’s extended by 2 months without explanation, which is currently showing 21 months completed out of 26 months and that’s totally incorrect. I’ve tried contacting lazy pay customer service, i get a response stating the office is currently closed, they can be contacted via email, I’ve been writing numerous emails for explaination and rectifying the issue, but no one from seems to be bothered in resolving the issue. Not one response I’ve heard from Lazy pay yet!!!

              I paid 3288 for my loan through lazy pay wallet money was deducted but the payment failed so the merchant has refunded the amount to my lazy pay upi but lazy pay has not updated it yet .please update my refund to lazy pay account other wise i have to go to higher authority

                I pay my outstanding every month on my due date. I was asked to pay 347rs by April 18th for 1-15 April. I paid 347rs on 18th.
                I ordered food on 19th April cost 137rs paid through lazypay. I thought of paying this amt by 2nd May (due date).
                But when I went to make payment, it asked me to pay 650rs without explaining how.

                Since then I'm mailing lazypay. I've attached all my transactions screenshots but they are not replying. I've sent reminders to their email as well.

                They keep on charging late fee and getting 4-5 calls daily and they are asking me to pay 850rs now including late fee. This is so much harrassing.

                  I’m not a customer of LazyPay at all - never used the app in my life... Never even heard of them before they started harassing me...

                  They have somehow gotten hold of my number and now they call me continuously... The harass you by calling you multiple times (easily upto 10-15 times) per hour... You cannot even block the number... because they call you using IVR software bots generating different numbers everytime... Even...

                    Deletion of lazypay account

                    I have a lazypay account and i have sent mails to lazypay for deleting the account and remove the documents.but they are only deactivating the account and telling me to sent mail if you want to reactivate the account.but i have sent mail to delete the account belongs to me.they are not valuing the customer request.they are just storing our personal details and forcing me to continue on lazypay.i want lazypay to completely delete the account...

                    I am complaining about foreclosure of loan account

                    On[protected] i have tried to purchase medicine in medlife using lazypay APP, But after looking at the delivery period i have just canceled the purchase, but from yesterday i am getting contniuos messages from lazy pay team about deducting the same amount 988/- from my card/Account.Kindly gothrough this do reply with clarity.

                      Lazypay people are saying that i had done a Transection but i don't know how i have never heard about this payment and payment done without my concern. How?

                        Some fraud had taken loan on lazypay app by using my adhar card n pan details n not paid the loan .now that loan is reflecting in my cibil n my cibil score is too low bcz of tht negative account.

                            Made a payment of 2500 to paytm merchant account at 10.17 Am On 2 may 2021 and the merchant intiated a refund at 2.14 Pm at 2 may 2021 still not got the refund reflected in my lazy pay account. I have attached the screen shots of the transactions of payment and refund orders.
                            The payment has said he refunded the amount and has been reflected to the payment account. Please help me to solve this issue. My LazyPay number is [protected]

                              Lazypay has debited 1679 from my account and increases my credit limit. I had not asked for the same and I did not use lazypay but still amount has been debited.

                              Since I have received no response from your end after sending a dozen mails on your email ID requesting you to refund the amount and delete my account, I have decided to use the extra credit. My request to you is to delete my account after I use the extra credit.

                                I made a payment of 2000 to a Paytm merchant, and later on he refunded me the money. But the app isn't showcasing it, as if it was never refunded. I even reached out to Paytm support, and was told the refund was successful from Paytm's end, and it is the Lazypay committing a fraud.

                                I WILL REACH OUT TO ORGANIZATION THAT DEALS WITH THESE FRAUDS, LEGALLY.

                                  My Wallet is [protected], [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I have taken two wheeler policy from Policy Bazaar using LazyPay Wallet and Transaction was failed at Policy Bazaar website and I had approached the Policy Bazaar team and they told me that they had sent a refund amount when the transaction failed within the minutes.

                                  However, LazyPay team has not refunded the amount to my wallet, proof of Refund statement from policy bazaar is attached. LazyPay team is not responding and resolving this issue even after I had disputed it for one month.

                                  Please let me know if you need any additional information and help me in this regard.
