During transaction got error and they deduct the amount and it is not refunded and didnt add wallet also,

i faced the problems more than 4 times, i lost 2300Rs !!!

I tried to contact customer care but no numbers open for customers.

I sent out email and I didnt get any solution. I have read this issue happened to many customers.

I will not use the application further as transactions are not safe.

    Request a refund

    During transaction got error and They deduct the amount and it is not refunded and didnt add wallet also, im facing the problem more than 4 times, i lost 2300rs!!!

      I paid7535 to paytm business of one merchant and after that i
      cancel my purchase and merchant refunded 7535 but payment notshown in lazy
      pay..kindly check screenshot

        This is regarding my recent transactions on lazypay n the merchant is ajio

        the transactions ids are as follows
        1)txn[protected]
        2)txn[protected]

        both the transactions failed but the money got debited from my lazypay account on 22 march 2021

        since the refund isn't yet reflected i contacted merchant regarding this issue

        nd they stated that "the refund is initiated on mar22, 2021 itself and they even provided reference numbers for the refund..
        ( pszwu6eis2eeuireucx17t3g and psw2sqfis2eeu3yv9ph6tmbg ) these are the reference numbers for the refund..

        So the issue lies with lazypay... They havent yet reflected the refund on my lazypay account

        they are trying to collect extra amoun from me by hiding the refund

              I wrote them several mails reminding them to refund, earlier they ignored my request. Later when i wrote the same to consumer helpline, started replying instantly. However they don't want to refund and want the user to pay the amount in their reply it was stated that issue will get resolve in 48 to 72 hours.
              It is clear why they asked for such time because either my credit score will be impacted or else that is how they persuade user to pay the dues for which he is not responsible

              In their replies they accepted that refund was completed by the merchant's side, but its lazy pay which cause this delay on theor part. Because they don't want to refund, whereas sending reminders to pay the same. Which i think is quite unfair

                  Hello,
                  My refund of rs 1079 has not been credited yet but the merchant is co firming that it has been procesed from their end.they has also send me the screenshot of the same.
                  Order date was 10th feb, 2021
                  I even tried to email you but their is no response from your side

                    I've been trying to contact them for a refund related issue.3500 Rs has been refunded from flipkart( also confirmed by lazypay customer service)and lazypay saying, solving your problem please wait when I talk to customer service and this is happening from last 1 month.
                    I don't know what will i do next. They are irritating me, only gives reply but no solution.

                        I have been trying to contact them for a refund related issue. I had done a transaction of Rs. 7800 on Feb 12 2021 with txn I'd: TXN[protected]; Merchant has cancelled the order and refunded back the source on feb 12 2021 itself but it's not yet reflected back to the lazy pay wallet.

                        i haven't gotten the refund yet at first they told that it will take around 7-10 days but it's been almost over a month now and no action from their side has been taken. I've been trying to contact them by sending mails but i have got no response for the same.

                        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir,

                          My credit limit is of 10000. On 24th March 2021 while paying to a merchant the transaction has gone pending as well as after this transaction my credit limit is showing 0. The transaction has gone pending. How much time do I have to wait for this transaction to be successful.

                          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. I am in urgent need for money.

                          Just now I got a number of a customer executive from consumer complaint websites while I was reading all the compalins about lazy pay. I tried contacting her in whatsapp and she told that your number isn't registered with us, but when I gave her a proof that this is the only number that is registered she's just not reply my texts anymore only opening my text and seeing and leave as it is.

                          Below I have attached all the screenshot of the chat that I had with her.

                            I made a transaction of Rs 5000 on 17th march 21 to a merchant but amount has not been credited yet into the merchant account. And there is no way by which i can contact lazypay: no helpline number no email id.

                                      I am getting calls from lazypay claiming that they have paid my utility bill & I must pay them back.
                                      I had sent them a photo of my bank statement showing that I had paid the bill using my debit card & the deduction is clearly visible in the bk statement. Any bill can only be paid once. So, if the bill payment deduction is visible on my bk account, then they are extorting me to pay them by threatening me with dire consequences.
                                      Although I have sent the copy of my mail to RBI (cms.[protected]@rbi.org.in), there has been no action.

                                        I have ordered from flipkart and done partial cancellation so i should get the refund and it must be shown on the lazypay app. The merchant already sended the refund but lazypay is not reflecting it to my account. I requested call back from them but they didn't called back.
