    I have made the payment of 700 Rs from lazy pay

    below are the details.

    Payment amount: 700.00
    Transaction id: LPTX[protected]
    Transaction Date: 17th January 2021
    Bank/ Wallet Name: Lazypay

    the payment was for DishTV and below is the response from the DishTV.

    As per our telephonic conversation on xxxxxxxx, relevant information
    regarding payment has been shared with you.

    As per our accounts team, no transaction found with provided details so
    request you to kindly get in touch with the respective recharge
    outlet/merchant for further clarification.

    And lazypay is also not responding over this.

    One of them is lying regarding the transaction.

        These are very unprofessional. Someone used there services and didn’t pay to them. And unfortunately I bought a new SIM with same number. Now they are giving me hell. Just because the phone number is matching with me, they call everyday thrice and ask me to pay. I keep telling them I am not that guy and bought a new number. They listen nothing. And guess what they asked me for SIM verification confirmation, this is their brainless team. How would I have the verification number. New phone has been bought. And on top of that why (WTF) I should give them any proof. Useless lazypay

          I am receiving 200 calls and messages in an average every day from lazypay customer support team n harrassing me to make a payment for which I do not recall of having done any transactions.

          The people who are calling do not have any details of who they want to talk to, when was the transaction made, what kind of transaction it was, and on which platform was it made. They are in turn asking me these details.

          Am.fed up with these calls and messages n request u to take strict action against these spam calls and harassment calls n teams

            Hello,
            I have not purchased. Anything through lazy pay and I've been charged without my knowledge and daily I'm getting calls even though I don't know why I'm charged of,
            This is not how you treat your customers.
            I've raised a complaint but I didn't receive any response from their side and this is making very difficult for me because they are just looting,
            I want this issue resolved asap or I may need to take some actions.
            This is a total fraud forcing customers to pay for something they didn't buy and not informing them about it.
            Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              I am pay amount 3000 rs by lazypay app to google pay. Amount is not recieve in bank or google pay.

              I am follow this process for payment:
              Open lazypay pay and go to scan section below i see some apps i am select google pay Lazypay find auto merchant id : "[protected]@axisbank " i am enter amount and confm pay but amount is not recieve. Amount successful debited in to Lazypay. I am disscus with lazypay help but they said trascation successful our side i am also disscus with google pay they said not update in our system this trascation or trascation id.

              Note a bank transfer using scan and pay option is not allowed and is void. Lazypay does not allow such transactions and it shows you have attempted such activity numerous times. Further we advise to email [protected]@lazypay.in bank statement from date of transaction till date to address ^Team Lazypay

                Guys need help
                Regarding LazyPay
                Maine 2019 mai kuch transaction keya uska outstanding amount 2123 tha to maine use upi ke thru pay keya apne bank se but payment failed hogaya aur amount debit ho gaya mere account fr maine again same amount ka payment keya upi ke thru wo sucessful ho gaya..
                Maine apne bank mai complaint keya jo transaction unsuccessful huya tha uske leye wo to unhone ko refund kar deya..
                But lazypay app mai transaction update nahi huya then maine complaint dala lazypay mai to kuch din bad unhone payment update kar deya..
                But suddenly abhi kuch din bad lazypay ka email aya ke apka jo amount tha wo apke bank wo charge back kar deya apka ye amount outstanding ise pay kare aur call bhi aya maine kaha maine ye already pay kar deya tha 2019 mai to ab mai kiu karu unhone kaha wo to chargeback kar deya maine kaha jo failed huya tha wo charge back huya jo sucessful uska kya unhone kaha bank statement email karne maine sab kar deya but koi response nahi mil raha bar bar ye keh rahe hai hum check kar rahe etc 15 days ho gaye but koi solution nahi mila per day late fee bhi laga rahe hai usme 12 rs..
                Guys kya karu smjh nahi aa raha hai pls help..

                  Dear Sir/Maam

                  My Loan is finished in Oct'20 and I have paid all EMI's but still I have received recovery notice and calls as well, I am chasing lazypay executives through calls and mails but not get any response I am totally harassed to chasing their peoples, I have been following since August 2020 but no one can answer of my complaint
                  I get a call just to pay the installment, which is already over, no one is due.

                    Harassment and Threat

                    I took a loan from LazyPay and I have closed one loan of 25, 000/- and I have made a payment of another EMI as well. After making all the payment I am getting an harassment calls from LazyPay Legal Department which is managed by "Riddhi Mehta". I am getting threat calls from different numbers that they will send people at my home to harass and they harass me by putting vulgur comments. They are doing this intentionally because I am a girl....

                    This is to inform you that I have already cleared the lazypay statement for Rs. 1243 through netbanking on 18th October 2020, as was the due date for same,
                    But on 19th October 2020, morning, I found out that the same amount of Rs.1243 has been auto debited from my saved bank account again towards lazypay.

                    Please find the attached statement for my bank account where the same amount has been debited twice on two consecutive days.
                    This should not be happening at all as the moment I paid Rs.1243 on 18th October 2020, I got success message as well on my registered mobile number.
                    Kindly help me refund my money back to my account as soon as possible.

                          Lazypay has no customer appreciation. I have been a lazypay customer paying bills worth 5000 and more thru them. But due to covid issues, it is becoming a lil constraint for me. All i had asked them is to wait till i get my payment and to stop calls yet every single day, the ivr would connect to a random representative and the poor person has to be getting the yelling. My only request was to have patience yet they didnt regard this. This has been 3rd such instance so i have decided to cancel myself from this app and not to recommend anyone to use it. I am very dissappointed with the service given during these difficult times and i hope this is taken to the court as well.

                            I had loan account with lazypay, i like to pay full amount but there is no way to do so in app and in portal. They don't reply quickly or there is no customer support phone no to complaint. They do charge unknowingly even paid before emi date.

                              When i visit google pay i got notifications on google pay from lazy pay to repay the due amount.I done repayment of lazy pay due amount from google pay.The amount is deducted from bank account.But when i visited lazy pay, it had been showing to repay dues and the amount is not paid.But amount is already deducted from bank account.

                                Lazy pay has double charged the outstanding by auto debiting twice from my account. They have done this in the past too. Now they are not refunding the excess amount and not replying to the tickets. The customer care number is also not working due to covid.

                                  I am receiving many calls from Lazy Pay for the last few weeks from [protected]/[protected] stating that there is an outstanding bill to be paid to Vodafone. I checked myself with Vodafone and there is no such outstanding. I have warned them several time to stop harassing me but they are not heeding to my warning. Sent an official mail to Vodafone and Lazy Pay with a warning and if they don't stop I have no other choice rather than to file a FIR and followed by legal action against this company.

                                    Horrible customer service! To an extent it can be called fraud. I have been asking lazypay for a detailed account statement for my last bill because i believe they charged me wrong. Every i month i get a call from their representative who promises to send me my bill statement, and then it never comes, until the next month again when i get another call from them.in the meantime they are increasing my late payment fees by the day. There is no customer care and even if i put a message in their app no one calls back. My bill was to be around rs. 3000 and when they called me they said it rs.6500. Ever since i have been asking them for a bill statement, but they are not only not providing me that, they are also not reachable for months together before a new person calls again. And when i ask them, they just hang up and i cant call them back! And they are going on charging me rs 10/- per day for not paying. This is cheating the customer by not resolving their query on one side and then going on charging on the other side! Please tell me a way to report this company!
