This is to inform you that I have already cleared the lazypay statement for Rs. 1243 through netbanking on 18th October 2020, as was the due date for same,
But on 19th October 2020, morning, I found out that the same amount of Rs.1243 has been auto debited from my saved bank account again towards lazypay.
Please find the attached statement for my bank account where the same amount has been debited twice on two consecutive days.
This should not be happening at all as the moment I paid Rs.1243 on 18th October 2020, I got success message as well on my registered mobile number.
Kindly help me refund my money back to my account as soon as possible.
