Worst service and apps.If there is a due of some amount ...you are already charging fine...But the threatning messages are not the way you deal with customer.If a person is unable to pay the due...it dosent mean they are running away with your money...it may also suggest the person is also dealing with some personal problem wwith finance...Maybe the authority of lazypay can directly contact customer and clarify why he/she is unable to pay...

Please read my review before using lazy pay . I booked movie tickets of Rs 470 using lazy pay credit services. I thought lazy pay was a wallet of gateway to make payments from credit / debit / netbanking but they simply give out credit on mobile numbers. Anyways after one week of my transaction i started getting charged Rs 10 per day for every day. I waited for 3 days and paid the complete Rs 500.

By mistake, i registered on this portal for act. I did not advise them to make any payment but they made the payment for act of rs 808 because, i already paid act for 6 months. This resulted in the duplicate payment and they started sending mail/messages and calling me. I got daily calls from lazypay as need to pay due amount and threatened by saying cases against me.i dont know what lazypay is.

Since 1st week of June i am getting frequent innumerable Phone calls of recorded voice and SMS demanding to remit amount reported to be outstanding Rs 1411/- . Lazypay is unnecessary harrassing regarding some transaction which was never done by them!
Continuous messages and calls - threats to report to credit bureau! I have never even heard of this nonsensical app and suddenly they are harassing non stop to the point that i decided to break connection with my internet provider because lazy pay is using them as an excuse.
Prove it that we owe money to you else get the # out of our lives!...

Ihad no idea what this is. I was cheated badly by lazy pay and redbus. Many people are falling prey to this bloody lazypay services. Pls take severe action againt such fraudesters. A fraudulent transaction on redbus was made on the 4th of may, 2018. The payment was made through lazypay. On receiving a notification on my mobile i called lazypay and redbus to look into the matter. Redbus backed out saying it was not there business.
And lazypay has no complaint mechanism. Inspite of repeated mails they ahve not yet got back to me. The decent thing to do would be to atleast contact the customer and help solve the...

I have never used their service. I probably would have registered on their app/website. I have been getting incessant ivr calls three to four times. Everyday for making a payment of inr444.

This is so frustrating. Can anyone please suggest how to stop this menace once and for all?

Lazypay, payu mobile portal, sends out threats of legal action by sms. But there is no feedback mechanism in their messages for lodging a complaint or raising a query regarding their services.
A few questions.
Is this some kind of nigerian hoax.
Is this a debt trap, designed to fleece the unwary.
Who is payu?
What is this organisation
How authentic is their services.
How secure is their payment...

I have got fed up with this lazy pay
Why you first pay from your pocket, did lazy pay took a confirmation that they will first pay from there account and then they will ask us to pay
Now they are sending the messages of late payment charges at the rate of rs. 10 per day
My bill amount was rs 1152 /- and then a cash back of rs 100 /-
So total it should be 1052 /- and i was willing to paybr...

I have cleared my bill for the month of april by mistakenly two times because of your messages and continuous phone calls. Before sending messages are phone calls please make sure whether the customer cleared the bill are not. Also i tried calling your number to inform but it is not getting connected.

Lazypay gave 412 rs billpay for net and i don't know who used my credentials to pay bill now lazy pay sending alert include interest per day 10rs not an such easy interest now total is 522rs tried to customer care to speak the same no one connecting call and no prior intimation for 10 rs interest now they sms that they will send demand legal notice...

Hi, i have taken an internet service from the local service provider and while doing payment it has enabled lazy pay account. But unfortunately, in the status of lazy pay, it is showing that i have still dues to pay but my amount has already debited from my account and still, i am receiving the notification from lay pay to pay and even they are adding late fees in each reminder.

I got a message and an email today from lazy pay saying i owe them 1200 but i never even used that app or whatever that is. This is the first time i am hearing about that app. This is a huge fraud that harasses people for no reason. Kindly remove this app or whatever this is. I have paid my outstanding amount and the amount is also debited from my bank account. But the amount shows still outstanding in my lazy pay account.
I have order the food from swiggy and choose the payment options as layzpay. But on due date i paid my outstanding amount and amount is debited from my bank a/c but amount is still showing outstanding....

I booked a ticket on redbus but it was a failed transaction. So i got a link on whatsapp that i can still book a ticket and pay later. I clicked on the link but the ticket booked was for some other date.

I immediately had to cancel the ticket. So i get a msg that i need to pay the cancellation amount to lazypay.
