With reference to 6th cited, it is to inform that again our mobile handed over to M/s Sri Balaji Technologies, Vijayawada on 18.11.2016 on the request of the above Service Center vide Service Order No.SOINO[protected]
Dated:18.11.2016 for rectification of charging defect. (Copy of Service Order attached for persuasion)
In this connection, it is to inform that the said mobile handed over to Ms.Vimala who is representative of your authorized service center on 18.11.2016. In turn, she says that the mobile will be returned within two days on rectifying the defect and promised me to inform the status time to time accordingly. But no message/call have been received from the Service Center till to date and moreover they are switched-off their mobiles. In view of this, today i am approached the Service Center for asking/knowing the status
of my mobile. The representatives of the Service Center are says about the status of our mobile that they are checked the battery position and find out to replace the new battery in place of existing battery, but no use and identified another problem of mobile is Sub-Board problem. In view of this representatives of Service Center are says that they have ordered the indent for supplying Sub-Board from the company, but the same not yet received from the company. Now they are promised me that to return the mobile within 03 days, on rectifying the defects.
Under the circumstances explained above i request you to pursue the matter about whether is the Service Center ordered the Sub-Board in connection with my mobile or not, because the doubt arises me on the performance of the Service enter which faced by me previously. Please take necessary steps in this regard immediately and inform the factual status of my mobile, as i am suffered a lot in this issue for last two months.
