I have a lenovo vibe x3, which had an issue with the charging. As the phone battery drained, the phone did not start again.

Since the phone was under warranty, i visited an authorized service center of yours (Technotronics technologies, ghatkopar, mumbai) to get my phone checked. I clearly explained that the phone is not starting and seems an issue with the charging.

The phone was checked by your engineers (Not in front of me), and the diagnosis given by service center was that the motherboard is faulty and needs a replacement. The estimate given was 8000.

Since it was too high, i decided not to get it done.

However, i suspected that the diagnosis might not be correct and wanted to take a second opinion. So i went to a local mobile service center who opened the mobile in front of me.

Firstly, the charging plate was tampered with, and the vibrator was missing from the phone. (Please note, that this was opened first time after i got the phone back from your service center).

Secondly, a simple diagnosis showed that the issue is not with the motherboard but with the charging plate only, as the battery once charged by alternate means made the phone switch on and work absolutely fine. I have got the charging plate replaced in less than rs. 1000.

What do i make out of this experience?

Is it a mandate from the company to service centers to make money by falsely changing parts? Or is it that the service centers are doing this at their own behest?

Please note, that by such incidents you are only increasing the statistics of failures in your phones, and also pissing off loyal customers.

I want to file a formal complaint against the service center, please tell me how to do so.

I purchased a lenovo power bank through Amazon online on first week of Nov. After receiving I see it's not in good health. It's not fully charged and whatever charge that also discharge very fast. I am vary unhappy with ur product.pls do whatever necessary action.

    I have buy lenovo vibe k5 plus before 3 months back.. Staring when i am using mobile the touch was great.. And now when i opening facebook buffering any thing then problem with scrolling & i have checked playing videos also and again same problem. And reading news papers when i am scrolling down then also it creates problem.

      This is selvakumar from Chennai, user of Lenovo a6000+. On 24th Oct 2016 my phone got charging problem to which I approached HCL CHENNAI service center. It's been 40 days since I gave my phone for service but my phone hasn't got repaired. When approached through phone none of the phone is working or responding. So this is my sincere request to take action against respective service center and to return my phone as soon as possible. here iam attaching service center receipt along with this mail.

        I bought the lenevo vibe k4 in june 2016... But from the last one month the phone has stopped getting charged when it is on. I hv to power it off nd then charge it. Moreover it does not work for more than 5-6. Hours after completely charged. Its battery dies all of a sudden.... Wht to do... Its under warranty period... Where to let it checked... I m facing this problem for almost last month

          I purchased my lenovo laptop on 03 Dec 2015. 20 days ago I couldn't see anything in my laptop but it was turned on. I took it to the lenovo center where they diagnosed it as "Dim display error". My laptop is still covered under warranty till 03 Dec 2016. But they said that there is an issue with my warranty and that they would have to email the main lenovo office and get a clarification. I even contacted cloudtail to get a revised invoice for my laptop as my serial number was not reflecting in the invoice.

          I have been constantly calling and emailing but there is no reply after that. They called me again one day and spoke about extending my warranty. I agreed. They told me that I would get an email. But I didnt get anything. Today is the last day of my warranty but still I am not able to reach them. No replies to my emails or calls. I have a travelling job so I cant visit the center.

          It is not even one year since I got the laptop and I am facing this issue with my laptop and the customer service. Kindly replace the part or my laptop. I did not expect this from Lenovo.

            You are not delivering product as mentioned in Flipkart website.

              Dear Sir,

              I have purchased Lenovo Vibe P1m smartphone through Flipkart on[protected]. After finding it very good and have become a fan of this model, I have suggested the same model to my friends, colleagues and relatives and helped them purchase about 7 of them, via Flipkart, subsequently (I would be happy to share my Flipkart account details in case you may like to verify the same).

              Unfortunately, one of them, which was a gift, is having an issue with Ultimate power saving mode button since receipt of this phone. The phone goes into power saving mode and does not come back. We have approached the local Lenovo Service Center four times for resolution of this issue but the problem still persists.

              Please note that the mobile is still under warranty and am looking for getting it repaired or getting a replacement immediately for the same. The details of the mobile is given below: IMEI NO- [protected] / [protected]

              Please arrange for a replacement or repair immediately as it is hampering the connectivity over phone. Lenovo Company no response any this set.

              I am also facing the same problem and lenovo service center failed to fix my issue. I have raised 2 complaints and there was no response from lenovo company. I feel lenovo company is not mature enough to work with customers issues.

                I own a Lenovo laptop which is 1+ year old and the laptop was functioning fine before 2 weeks. I rarely use my laptop and I got extended warranty for it. But suddenly before 2 weeks when I turned ON my laptop, the display is flickering and totally not working. When I approached the service center, they told me that the screen is damaged internally even though there is no external physical damage in the display glass and they said it will not be covered under warranty.

                If a display can get damaged even there is no damage on the external glass, what a low quality display is being provided to the customers by Lenovo.

                I want Lenovo to replace my display with a good one under warranty.

                If any other details required please let me know.

                  I had given my phone to Kyathi communications and they have took 3 days to re installed OS and then mobile was in a good condition for only 3 days and later the same problem. I am not able to communicate with the team from 3 weeks.

                  Hi Varsha, I have already submiitted my mobile with Service center team and they have kept my mobile for 3 days and i don't know what they have done, but the issue still exists. If i go there and submit my mobile again and the issue is not fixed, who will take the responsibility, please let me know. I am not expecting the answers form such a reputed company like Lenovo, (I HAVE PURCHASED laptop and MY WIFE also using lenovo mobile), when it comes to servicing they are least bother about the customers. Who will take responsibility if the service center is failed to fix my issue. Please escalate to your manager if you don't have an answer. Regards, Srinivasa

                    Sir,
                    I use a smartphone of Lenovo a7000a since April 2016. But on 26th October, 2016 my phone was neither switched on not getting charged. That's why I have visited the nearest Lenovo Service Centre On 27th October at Cybernitics Infotech, which is in Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. After they cheked up they told me it was a issue related to mother board, and they need to keep the phone with them, they will returned it within 15 (fifteen) days. So I submit my phone to them. As my phone was in the warranty period, So it would be free of cost.
                    But it was day by day, weeks by weeks neither they call me, nor they have given me any info. So I called them on 17th of November. But they told me they need another 2-3 weeks. But again after I called them on 26th of November. But they misbehaved me on the phone and told me that they haven't received the parts so i need to wait till they call back to me. But they didn't tell me within how many days I may get my phone.
                    And My experience with the Lenovo Customer care was worse more. Even they also telling me to wait, but they cant telling me when I can get my phone. And also I have lost my 1 month of warranty.
                    So my complaint is against The Lenovo Company and also against the authorised Service Centre.

                      My Adopter of Lenovo vibe k5 note is not working and i had submitted in lenovo service center on 22nd November but they have told me that they dont have in stock. they will provide within 2 days as he says . but still i dont have any information. i am requesting you to please provide me sa soon as possible.
                      and the staff of lenovo service center are not cooperative.that service center name is strength services above icici bank shakarpur delhi 92.

                            The Lenovo company is refusing to repair my smartphone inspite of being in a warranty. There is a problem in my headphone plugin slot but the company is not ready to repair it by pretending that moisture has entered in my charger slot. I am not convinced as it is winter season and the charger slot is open and moisture may enter it while using but it doesn't mean that the company should refuse to provide me service.

                              I went to hisar Lenovo care as there was a problem with my charger first of all their attitude was very ignorant and when I said there was a complaint in the adapter they said the problem is in your data cable and because of that they didn't replace the adapter now because of that two of my newly data cable stopped working becaof the faulty adapter please check into the situation

                                I have lenovo a6000 plus and it is not working properly and whenever i try to use the phone it starts working automatically. Sometimes when i try to call from the dialer the buttons are not working and then it starts working automatically. I had this pronlem before also but i was recovred soon before now it happened again and it is not recovering i feel hard also to type the messages because keyboard is also nkt working properly novirus now also i am finding hard to write this complaint please do provide the solution for this.                                   Ever since the day of purchase there has been a battery drain problem. I had visited lenovo authorized service center 4 times. First time they cleared the software. Second time they changed some pin. Third time they changed the motherboard. Fourth time they certified that the battery problem cannot be resolved by them. I contacted lenovo support for further assistance. But they asked me to contact the same lenovo service center again which has clearly certified that the battery drain problem cannot be resolved by them. And they also said that they cant replace the phone even though I have a manufacturer's warranty. Worst Service by Lenovo!!

                                    I bought lenovo g50 before three months from the day of purchase i face a problem regarding battery running out within an hour andnot a single software run on it i want to return it, i gave it to the place where i purchased from but they return it back that it is working properly but i not very much disappoinmented with this laptop, either exchange it from the another model.

                                        Is a waste service center where they do not follow basics.

                                        I have given my mobile for speaker problem, they have repaired and returned in 3 days but with very old battery. I have infomred that the battery is not mine and asked for may battery but they said it is same if any problem please give us we will take care. Again i have given the mobile and i am waiting for more than 10 days.
