Dear Sir,

I have purchased Lenovo Vibe P1m smartphone through Flipkart on[protected]. After finding it very good and have become a fan of this model, I have suggested the same model to my friends, colleagues and relatives and helped them purchase about 7 of them, via Flipkart, subsequently (I would be happy to share my Flipkart account details in case you may like to verify the same).

Unfortunately, one of them, which was a gift, is having an issue with Ultimate power saving mode button since receipt of this phone. The phone goes into power saving mode and does not come back. We have approached the local Lenovo Service Center four times for resolution of this issue but the problem still persists.

Please note that the mobile is still under warranty and am looking for getting it repaired or getting a replacement immediately for the same. The details of the mobile is given below: IMEI NO- [protected] / [protected]

Please arrange for a replacement or repair immediately as it is hampering the connectivity over phone. Lenovo Company no response any this set.

I am also facing the same problem and lenovo service center failed to fix my issue. I have raised 2 complaints and there was no response from lenovo company. I feel lenovo company is not mature enough to work with customers issues.

    I own a Lenovo laptop which is 1+ year old and the laptop was functioning fine before 2 weeks. I rarely use my laptop and I got extended warranty for it. But suddenly before 2 weeks when I turned ON my laptop, the display is flickering and totally not working. When I approached the service center, they told me that the screen is damaged internally even though there is no external physical damage in the display glass and they said it will not be covered under warranty.

    If a display can get damaged even there is no damage on the external glass, what a low quality display is being provided to the customers by Lenovo.

    I want Lenovo to replace my display with a good one under warranty.

    If any other details required please let me know.

      Hi,

      I had given my phone to Kyathi communications and they have took 3 days to re installed OS and then mobile was in a good condition for only 3 days and later the same problem. I am not able to communicate with the team from 3 weeks.

      I need my mobile issue should be fixed immediately or let me apply for the warranty.

      Hi Varsha, I have already submiitted my mobile with Service center team and they have kept my mobile for 3 days and i don't know what they have done, but the issue still exists. If i go there and submit my mobile again and the issue is not fixed, who will take the responsibility, please let me know. I am not expecting the answers form such a reputed company like Lenovo, (I HAVE PURCHASED laptop and MY WIFE also using lenovo mobile), when it comes to servicing they are least bother about the customers. Who will take responsibility if the service center is failed to fix my issue. Please escalate to your manager if you don't have an answer. Regards, Srinivasa

        Sir,
        I use a smartphone of Lenovo a7000a since April 2016. But on 26th October, 2016 my phone was neither switched on not getting charged. That's why I have visited the nearest Lenovo Service Centre On 27th October at Cybernitics Infotech, which is in Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. After they cheked up they told me it was a issue related to mother board, and they need to keep the phone with them, they will returned it within 15 (fifteen) days. So I submit my phone to them. As my phone was in the warranty period, So it would be free of cost.
        But it was day by day, weeks by weeks neither they call me, nor they have given me any info. So I called them on 17th of November. But they told me they need another 2-3 weeks. But again after I called them on 26th of November. But they misbehaved me on the phone and told me that they haven't received the parts so i need to wait till they call back to me. But they didn't tell me within how many days I may get my phone.
        And My experience with the Lenovo Customer care was worse more. Even they also telling me to wait, but they cant telling me when I can get my phone. And also I have lost my 1 month of warranty.
        So my complaint is against The Lenovo Company and also against the authorised Service Centre.

          My Adopter of Lenovo vibe k5 note is not working and i had submitted in lenovo service center on 22nd November but they have told me that they dont have in stock. they will provide within 2 days as he says . but still i dont have any information. i am requesting you to please provide me sa soon as possible.
          and the staff of lenovo service center are not cooperative.that service center name is strength services above icici bank shakarpur delhi 92.

              one week before i bought new lenovo vibe c A2020 model mobile. when i insert simcard and make a call to someone. i can hear their voice very clearly but they said your voice is very low volume so i adjust my call volume but after that same problem come i can't increase my call volume. i think there is a problem with Mic. Please tell me what can i do?

                The Lenovo company is refusing to repair my smartphone inspite of being in a warranty. There is a problem in my headphone plugin slot but the company is not ready to repair it by pretending that moisture has entered in my charger slot. I am not convinced as it is winter season and the charger slot is open and moisture may enter it while using but it doesn't mean that the company should refuse to provide me service.

                  I went to hisar Lenovo care as there was a problem with my charger first of all their attitude was very ignorant and when I said there was a complaint in the adapter they said the problem is in your data cable and because of that they didn't replace the adapter now because of that two of my newly data cable stopped working becaof the faulty adapter please check into the situation

                    I have lenovo a6000 plus and it is not working properly and whenever i try to use the phone it starts working automatically. Sometimes when i try to call from the dialer the buttons are not working and then it starts working automatically.                       Ever since the day of purchase there has been a battery drain problem. I had visited lenovo authorized service center 4 times. First time they cleared the software. Second time they changed some pin. Third time they changed the motherboard. Fourth time they certified that the battery problem cannot be resolved by them. I contacted lenovo support for further assistance. But they asked me to contact the same lenovo service center again which has clearly certified that the battery drain problem cannot be resolved by them. And they also said that they cant replace the phone even though I have a manufacturer's warranty. Worst Service by Lenovo!!

                            Is a waste service center where they do not follow basics.

                            I have given my mobile for speaker problem, they have repaired and returned in 3 days but with very old battery. I have infomred that the battery is not mine and asked for may battery but they said it is same if any problem please give us we will take care. Again i have given the mobile and i am waiting for more than 10 days.
                            Poor center does not replay

                              Ticket number btc55288. I've paid the money they requested still i haven't received the package. They sent a mail stating issue in locating the address. I even replied it giving alternative address. Flipkart/amazon deliveries are happening daily without any issues but i don't know why lenovo couldn't deliver this to my address.

                              They are not responding to any mails of mine sent to lenovo btc offer.

                              They are not even lifting calls on helpline:[protected]

                              Kindly give me a solution on this.

                                Lenevo s 60a model mobile was purchased in aug'2015 with specification mentioned below. It says yes for 4g/lte but mobile is not supporting 4g network. This was not checked earlier as 4g was not working over here in patna. But now since 4g has launched over here, i have found that this is not working. I have talked to customer service center, patna and they have told that 4g will not work on this model. This is a kind of cheat made by company. Kindly provide any solution.

                                  I purchased vibe k5 note on 9th november 2016, i liked this phone very much, good sound quality, very good display, phone looks premium, but i was very disappointed when i came to know that this phone does not support video calling. Even in markets under rs. 5000 phone has the video calling feature,
                                  I have spent rs. 11999 for this phone because i trust lenovo but i am not satisfied with lenovo, video calling is the basic feature for a 4g phone, your are requested to add this feature in lenovo vibe k5 note via ota update,

                                    I had purchased laptop model g 50-80, with sr. no. pf0iy10j on 11.10/2016 through flipkart. the machine was delivered to me on 17.10.2016.
                                    It stopped working suddenly on 10.11.2016, a complaint was lodged with you under service order no.[protected].
                                    Accordingly your representative visited me and inspected the machine and informed me that the hdd has to be changed and the data cant not be retrieved.
                                    Being a tax consultant i had transferred data to the machine and added new data to some of my clients files. as a practice i take external backup only at the end of day, my data was still on the hdd.
                                    I am handicapped without the laptop as i am unable to perform my day to day work.
                                    I need a replacement of machine and retrieval of the data on the machine.

                                      Not at all responsibility taken by service centers
                                      Lenovo k5 note/ poor quality, Android is stopping. And also service center is not taking any responsibilities . Sad part is that, mobile brought just 1 month ago but I am struggling at service center since 25 days .

                                      Please give me replacement of this mobile.. I am totally disappointed because, it showing Android stopped aftr 5 days of purchasing only

                                        In this connection, it is kind your notice that inspite of several reminders your authorized showroom have returned the mobile to me on[protected] without rectifying the defects on taken more than one month of time. due to this i am suffered a lot. again on noticing the defect it was discussed with the representatives of your authorized service showroom on the same day. but they have not responded in this regard is becomes violation of consumers act. it leads to take appropriate steps through court of law for justification in this regard. necessary copy of invoice and lenovo service order are here with enclosed for perusal.
                                        Under the circumstances explained above i request you to take necessary action against your authorized service showroom i. e m/s sri balaji technologies, vijayawada and issue necessary directions to me for what i am do in this juncture.

                                        With reference to 6th cited, it is to inform that again our mobile handed over to M/s Sri Balaji Technologies, Vijayawada on 18.11.2016 on the request of the above Service Center vide Service Order No.SOINO[protected]
                                        Dated:18.11.2016 for rectification of charging defect. (Copy of Service Order attached for persuasion)
                                        In this connection, it is to inform that the said mobile handed over to Ms.Vimala who is representative of your authorized service center on 18.11.2016. In turn, she says that the mobile will be returned within two days on rectifying the defect and promised me to inform the status time to time accordingly. But no message/call have been received from the Service Center till to date and moreover they are switched-off their mobiles. In view of this, today i am approached the Service Center for asking/knowing the status
                                        of my mobile. The representatives of the Service Center are says about the status of our mobile that they are checked the battery position and find out to replace the new battery in place of existing battery, but no use and identified another problem of mobile is Sub-Board problem. In view of this representatives of Service Center are says that they have ordered the indent for supplying Sub-Board from the company, but the same not yet received from the company. Now they are promised me that to return the mobile within 03 days, on rectifying the defects.
                                        Under the circumstances explained above i request you to pursue the matter about whether is the Service Center ordered the Sub-Board in connection with my mobile or not, because the doubt arises me on the performance of the Service enter which faced by me previously. Please take necessary steps in this regard immediately and inform the factual status of my mobile, as i am suffered a lot in this issue for last two months.

                                        I have given my under warranty Lenovo Yoga s11 laptop for repair. Now it's more than 3 months service center cant resolve the issue and gives me only next date commitment for repair. My service order no. o-SO# [protected]

                                        kindly look in the matter and help me to get resolution.
