I have purchased Lenova K2 note music edition on 29/10/2016 and mobile is not working properly,
battery drain off complety after 30min usage, its heat up quickly, application not working properly hangs up.
Went to lenova service center in vizag gave complain n showed bill of purchased date and they booked complained but they simply updated software and gave it back to us keeping it for 10days, we used the mobile again same complain 2nd time went to service center gave it to rectify they promised they wil change motherboard and also battery after 10 days we went n took the phone again same problems. 3r time gave it to service center again and asked them if they have changed motherboard and battery no stock available so they cud not change and repair it, there system show nothing they have done and returned to us, asked them as we have received faulty device will they replace they simple said they wont replace, neither they repairing the product nor exchanging the phone.
Its not our fault, its manufacturer fault that we got faulty product and neither they rectifying the problem neither replacing it .

    Hi, i am from Neemuch (M. P.) & Ihad bought lenovo k3 note from flipkart and after 6 months it had a charging problem. The mobile phone does charge fully even after 12 hours and it also had socket problem, so i thought to go to lenovo care but there is no care in our city, not even in nearby cities.
    So, there is need for LENOVO CARE in NEEMUCH (M. P.), INDIA.

      I have opted for the lenovo festive offer which consists of 2 years additional accidental damage protection and 10000mah power bank. Payment of the same was confirmed on[protected]. But till date i have not received the adp certificate nor the power bank. The team says the power bank is dispatched but it is delivered to some other person.

        I gave my phone (Lenovo zuk2 plus) for repair at b2x flagship service centre in jayanagar bangalore on 3rd december. (Rma# soin[protected]).
        At the time of giving the phone to the service center, they told me that it will be serviced within 7 days. Till now they haven't provided any feedback on the repair. Since 2 weeks i m calling them and even today they still have no idea how many more days it will take. Saddest part is that the phone is in service center more days than with me.

        This is very bad service support provided by lenovo team and i am already informing all my relatives and friends to never buy lenovo product. This will be definitely shared in all the social media networks.

          To Lenovo mobile company.

          I am using Lenovo vibe X3 mobile. I was done software update then it started having many issue ...Battery consumption is more. Fingers scanner is very slow. Hanging issue. Automatic restart issue. I am thinking I have just kept 2000/- in dustbin. Not sure why you guys are not fixing the issues. If you are unable to provide support stop selling phones. Don't make foolish to people.

          I know there is no importance of writing all these, you guys are not going to do anything. Even though I wanted to say try to win the trust of customer with 0 defected product or 0 defected software.

          A poor person can not have more money to spend on more mobile if one is not working then buy other.

            I have purchased a mobile phone in July and the battery problem is came after one month I went to the service centre they sad that they will call me after repairing but they don't call me i went to the service centre again then the gave me the phone they repair some parts and after that the problem is still plz help me Lenovo I used your Rohini services centre.

                Lenovo Dahisar Service Center (Onwe Mr. Ravi and Neelu) Pathetic service and just cheating with consumers

                Pasting below full story below
                Occurrences:

                This is to inform you about the misconduct, breach of trust, misguidance, unethical and non professional behaviour, false information, cheating, harassment, fraudulent activities and much more which are carried out and experienced in person at the Lenovo Dahisar centre - conducted by claimed owner Mr. Ravi, his wife Neelam and their respective team.

                Gist of activities which are leading me to approach you:

                On 4th Nov 2016, we have given our laptop (details mentioned above) to the authorised service centre of Lenovo at Dahisar for the mentioned problems (related to product issue). The laptop was given by Mr. Himanshu Soni (my brother) by mentioning details of the course of problem faced and other details - few of them: battery getting drained much faster, blot mark on screen and ? mark key which works sometimes and suddenly stops. One of the prominent detail was the password - which Mr. Himanshu had written on their sheet to provide access to the laptop and he also orally mentioned to them incase they need to write as safe. The same was acknowledged by Lenovo team
                On 10th Nov 2016, i.e. after waiting for 6 long days and after repeated calls we understood that there is absolutely no progress made and neither was any remedy provided
                Finally, on 10th Nov 2016, we decided to go to the service centre as we started feeling very suspicious as the claim they made on phone. Few examples - Laptop is completely damaged, Screen will be replaced not battery and after some time vice versa, Keyboard is working normal and no remedy required and after some time suddenly it stops and cannot be replaced and the story went on..
                After reaching the service centre we understood there are many people like us who were in wait and have not received any requisite attention. We asked the attendant about the problem and she just came and gave us the laptop as is, as we had given on 4th Nov 2016 without any resolution or remedy. When asked she mentioned that on 9th Nov 2016 they were calling Mr. Himanshu for password and his phone was not reachable, this we think is blatant lie as we have been calling them and asking for all requisite updates. We also tried asking them to provide us the call brief record of your call details and they mentioned they do not keep any
                Post some conversation we were then made to meet Ms. Neelam (wife of Mr. Ravi - owner) and she repeatedly mentioned that because of password issue they could not do anything for which they took 6 days to figure out and on phone there were other stories. After, some time she agreed that its her fault and she should have taken some actions earlier but they were busy or missed our sales action.
                We asked Neelam about problems and one of the prominent problem of Keyboard where the Question mark key (?) is not working - she mentioned that its accident case and they do not cover and engineer have checked and they cannot replace the entire body as that is not covered. We found this completely false and started asking her how is that possible for just one key which is not working becomes an accident issue or damage issue. They finally called in their engineer and who was highly rude and reluctant to understand the problem. There are few gestures also he made which was highly unacceptable being completely their mistake.
                We started questioning them about why it will be not covered and all they had one answer is its not possible.
                After long discussions, finally, Ms. Neelam had admitted that its their fault and they will replace our each part i.e. LCD screen, Battery and the keyboard and told us to wait and she will put an order for same. After brief time she came out and she mentioned that she has placed order for all three of which keyboard being at her risk and as and when the part will come she will notify us
                Post the assurance from wife owner we left confirming that all the parts will be replaced and i need not worry further. I had specifically mentioned to Ms Neelam to let me know if this is true as i cant waste any more time, however, she did mentioned that she has placed the order and within 7 days all the parts will be replaced as soon as I get my laptop back. Also, they will keep us updated with status for each part received. I also told her can she give me in writing, she mentioned that she has already put orders and not to worry and finally before leaving I told her that we would be trusting on her words and left
                The story did not change, as usual my brother had called up and was received update that two parts are already here (i.e. LCD screen and Battery) and are waiting for Keyboard, on which he told her that once all part comes we will come and get same replaced. Hoping that things were sorted we were waiting in assurance.
                On 13th Nov 2016, Mr. Himanshu received an email from Ms. Anju Choudhary stating the regret of keyboard cannot be changed as not matching some criteria and is damaged and acknowledged by you. Also, again they tried calling multiple times to Mr. Himanshu but there was no response and it was mentioned in blunt way that come and collect in 4 days or they have to cancel respective service order. This is something very serious note as for 10 days they did nothing except fooling us and the mail in which had written just demonstrates how unethical practices are followed at centre. Within few minutes i had to call her and she had transferred call to Mr. Ravi (owner) who without knowing the conversation which we had was asking Ms. Neelam about the updates and then replying to us. He also mentioned that we will not replace and you can do whatever you can as we do not guarantee anything. I also asked that let me speak to Neelam as she was the one who gave me commitment, however, one more lie they told that she was not there whereas in call Mr. Ravi was continuously being heard taking advice from Ms Neelam and supported engineers behind the fraud motives
                On 14th Nov 2016, we finally went to the service centre and Ms. Neelam and Mr. Ravi came and all i told Ms. Neelam that i made her hear her own recording which mentions clearly that she mentioned she has ordered all parts and we need not worry. The reason she gave was more shocking that the audit has cancelled the order and rejected and she cannot do much about it. So, question i asked then why she was all way bluffing that she will replace at her own risk to which there was absolute no answer. As we were already in so much of pressure and loss of time, energy and almost we lost all hopes arguing to someone who do not care about customers we decided to take whatever available and leave. I also mentioned to Mr. Ravi that its very frustrating to go through all this and i am going to put up a complaint for which he was like yes you should. After nearly an hour of wait we received our laptop with may be new screen and battery and unresolved key button.

                It is with so much pain that we buy something that will last good and within a year almost the entire laptop had problem. I thought as a Lenovo brand your authorised centre would have said that since there are so many issues we will replace entire laptop for the trouble which lenovo and team provided but story there was NO SORRY NO APOLOGY, IT IS YOUR PROBLEM YOU TOOK LAPTOP NOW YOU PAY MORE PRICE AND WE WILL KEEP LOOTING YOU.

                AFTER EVEN ASKING THEM PRICE THEY WERE RELUCTANT TO MENTION SAME

                Really ashamed the way things have progressed and i am sure that i will never in my life buy such a laptop and will never ever recommend anyone to do so.

                So my unrealised questions -

                Why is the authorised centre not capable of answering simplest of questions
                Why do they provide wrong information to customers
                Why do they commit and then turn their back
                If there are serious problem in Laptop, does not as a brand Lenovo should replace the Laptop or is it that all defect were shipped?
                Why are we kept in question mark situation and have to come down to service centre to just ask any questions?
                Endless calls needs to be made to their Service centre just to find the status? why?
                After spending such a hefty amount of Rs 50, 000 is this what service we will be getting?
                How do i confirm the parts which has been provided will last for at least one year post warranty. As that what needs to be happen?
                Even after having onsite engineer support, why is customer being harassed to do the remedial actions from his place?
                Why is there no clear norm of when will engineer visit in case of on site?
                What does accidental warranty cover?
                Is keyboard on key not working is accidental or damage warranty? if Yes, where is the documentation?
                Are all the documentation available on public domain?
                Why are T&C of coverage not provided by you while purchasing?
                Why do your marketers say that engineer will come to your doorstep in case you face any issue?
                So many burning hidden questions and no answers for same?

                Will be stopping here but will require what further actions you will be taking and what is the course of remedy which will be provided in this case for my laptop.

                Please note:

                I will not be visiting any of your centres, as this has being a nightmare experience, in case you further expect me to go to resolve my issues.
                I HAVE ALL THE RECORDING AND CALL RECORD PROOFS. Here, I am attaching the voice recording of Ms. Neelam mentioning that her commitment of all three parts which will get replaced.
                Do let me know if you would like to have all the recordings and proofs of above mentioned pointers and will be happy to share all one by one (note - file size for few are high)

                I would like to hear from Lenovo team about remedy which would be taken within next 7 days i.e. on or before 1st Dec 2016 (being bit lenient unlike Ms. Anju, Ravi and Neelam) who had provided us only 4 days.

                If I do not receive any remedy and actions within mentioned time frame, which i believe your team will be taking, then unfortunately, i will be putting my case to the Consumer court with all records as well as on the public domain with all respective proofs.

                Thanks for taking out such a precious time to talk to your team only to understand how you can put the customer in trouble.

                In the call i had clearly mentioned to attach all proofs which you just decided to have a paper, a serious question, I DO NOT HAVE THIS SHEET and your service center has given me some other sheet, HOW DO YOU HAVE ORIGINAL?

                Anyways, after writing clearly about how we have taken for ride, you came out having no inquiry done at your end the harassment i faced.
                You also mentioned that all the orders were itself ordered the next day and again failed to attach any proof.

                Its really no crying aloud our grievance to people like you.

                    I submitted my lenovo vipe p1 on 23rd oct'16 in kanpur lenovo service centre. It has been 2 months i have still not received my phone. Every week i used to call them and they keep on saving 4-5 days more sir.
                    7 days before i mailed to lenovo regarding this the same was there response.
                    I would like you to take some strict action towards them so that i can receive my phone.

                            I had given my phone for repair at a service centre in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 26th November and still haven't received it yet. At the time of giving the phone on the service center the official told me that it will be done within 3 days but its about 1 month now and still they have no idea as to how many more days will it take. Really disappointing and poor service..

                            I will never ever recommend to go for this poor product and poor service Smiley Sad

                            And the worst thing is if you ask the status of your mobile, service center guys will asked to his colleague to return your mobile and suggest to go to local shop for repair.

                              *Detailed Information*

                              I would like to draw your attention towards my problem, as I, Sumit Sharma
                              R/o Rohini, Sector-7, Delhi-11085, had purchased a new Lenovo smartphone
                              LENOVO VIBE P1 TURBO(GREY) whose IMEI no. [protected] and
                              [protected] Amt. 17600/- from a shopkeeper named SHREE BALAJI, based at
                              M2K shopping complex, Invoice No.: SB /16-17/1750 and dated
                              [protected]:09PM).

                              *Problem:*

                              1.) After using for 2 months, I was facing following problem with this
                              mobile

                              *a)automatic switch on in every 1-2 min. gap because of this increased the
                              battery consumption also, *
                              *b) Touch Finger feature also not working *.

                              I had visited to your service centre at M2K complex itself and soon after
                              visiting one more problem aroused, * Touch Screen Problem (after touching
                              anywhere website on automatically)* After waiting about half an hour they
                              told me there is some inside damage of the part and need to change the
                              motherboard of the phone cost around 8000/- to 12000/-

                              Now I would like to pay attention here, If my phone neither fell down
                              anywhere nor any damage sign visible on the body, then how it is
                              possible to get damage in internal part of the mobile without any harm.

                              Ok, then I decided to get it repair through MMM Insurance(Rani Bagh, New
                              Delhi) and submitted it to the shopkeeper (SHREE BALAJI - Mr. Dev)on 26th
                              Sep.'16.

                              Insurance person intimated me there is more problem in this phone, hence
                              repairing cost now will be more than 12000/-. I asked them to provide my
                              phone with complete rectification or provide me a New Phone against the
                              same. But Since then no one update to me about the same neither Mr. Dev is
                              picking up my call nor Insurance persons.

                              How could be callous attitude towards any customer from the renowned
                              company. Now, Requesting you to please get my phone back or provide
                              me replacement of this mobile.

                              *Now-a-days I am also promoting not to buy any phone of Lenovo Make, even I
                              got success to convince 3-4 peoples for not to buy Lenovo and they have
                              purchased Motorola phone also. This is just an update.*

                              No reply yet received from their side. By mistake I have clicked on the Mark as Resolved, but no any reply yet have received from nowhere.

                              If there is reply receive, please guide me how can I access and do the proceedings.

                              If the customer support has been notified, since then no call or any message had received from their side.
                              No any information received from their side.

                              I have no any chance have left to put a case against them.

                                I am purchasing a new lenovo zuk z1 space gray cyanogen qs mobile on dated 09/10/2016 nowgong (M. P.) bkd distt - chhatarpur. This mobile is a not sport is 4g mobile signal, and 4g data and this mobile is heng per day some times. I am very puggeled please urgent help me. Then i will go to consumer form,
                                I have bought my new lenovo mobile online. This is a 4g obile but i can not run jio sim in it propirly. When ever i strat using it the phone hang i can not do vedio call or run any app properly. Where i shuled go to show my phone? Kindly advise me otherwise i will go to cosumer form

                                  I bought a lenovo ideapad on 28-oct-2016 from lenovo world at ttk road, chennai. The laptop has not been used a single day. Initially the laptop did not boot, the lenovo service center diagnosed it as a mother board problem. I had to wait for 10 days for a service engineer who disassembled the laptop and diagnosed it as a os problem and left the laptop in a dysfunctional state.

                                  The laptop was handed over to the service center the very next day. I had several communications with lenovo head office in bangalore; infact escalated to to their ed for support. However apart from assurances and misleading statements (Like os media stuck in customs etc) i had not received any commitment. According to the service center, the media has been received twice but on both occasions, they have been unsuccessful in getting it work.

                                  It is 50 days, full money paid, not a single day o[censored]sage. Appalling service from lenovo who seem take customer for granted. They are not agreeing to provide a replacement and also not returning the working laptop

                                  I want this issue to be escalated to highest levels and ensure immediate action

                                    I want to complain about my phone model name lenovo k4 note. The color of the screen changed to yellow on the left side of the phone. Moreover, phone is consuming too much battery after upgrading to marshmallow and hanging problem too. so please resolve my problem as soon as possible. M mobile phone is under gurantee. I had buy this phone online from shopping website amazon.

                                      I submit my two smartfon for software service issue around 1 month ago. No one give me status of my handaets till now. I visit 15 to 20 times but nobody respond me and listen my problem. Receptionist not attend a single call when i dialed 104 times continuesly. They are really irresponsible, unprofessional and careless about their job and work. Plz do something for your brand value, ethics and service policy of lenovo.

                                        Hi All,

                                        i bought this Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile phone from the flash sale in May 16.
                                        After the use of only one month, this phone start creating so much trouble for me .
                                        Firstly there was network issue.This phone was not able to pick up any network.
                                        Service center people changed the motherboard, saying it won't cause you any problem.
                                        But real problem started just after that.It started getting switched off in every 2-3 hours by itself. And then frequency increased by getting switched off soon after it starts.
                                        I went to service center again because that was the only solution provided by lenovo helpline people.
                                        I visited the service center on 25 Nov 2016. and they asked me to submit my phone.
                                        that's what i did. According to their estimate, that should have taken only 3-4 days to repair my phone.
                                        But after 20 days (today 16 Dec 2016 ) i didn't get my phone back.

                                        I trusted Lenovo and this is how you shattered my trust.In last 6 months this phone has created so many troubles for me.
                                        Now you people tell me, what i supposed to do, Should i take this matter to consumer court, or you guys will provide me some better solution.

                                        I am attaching the Invoice and service center slip.

                                        Waiting for a reply.
