I had given my phone for repair at a service centre in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 26th November and still haven't received it yet. At the time of giving the phone on the service center the official told me that it will be done within 3 days but its about 1 month now and still they have no idea as to how many more days will it take. Really disappointing and poor service..

I am purchasing a new lenovo zuk z1 space gray cyanogen qs mobile on dated 09/10/2016 nowgong (M. P.) bkd distt - chhatarpur. I bought a lenovo ideapad on 28-oct-2016 from lenovo world at ttk road, chennai. The laptop has not been used a single day. Initially the laptop did not boot, the lenovo service center diagnosed it as a mother board problem. I had to wait for 10 days for a service engineer who disassembled the laptop and diagnosed it as a os problem and left the laptop in a dysfunctional state.

The laptop was handed over to the service center...

I want to complain about my phone model name lenovo k4 note. The color of the screen changed to yellow on the left side of the phone. Moreover, phone is consuming too much battery after upgrading to marshmallow and hanging problem too. so please resolve my problem as soon as possible. M mobile phone is under gurantee. I submit my two smartfon for software service issue around 1 month ago. No one give me status of my handaets till now. I visit 15 to 20 times but nobody respond me and listen my problem. Receptionist not attend a single call when i dialed 104 times continuesly. They are really irresponsible, unprofessional and careless about their job and work. Plz do something for your brand value, ethics and service policy of lenovo....

i bought this Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile phone from the flash sale in May 16.
After the use of only one month, this phone start creating so much trouble for me .
Firstly there was network issue.This phone was not able to pick up any network.
Service center people changed the motherboard, saying it won't cause you any problem.
But real problem started just after that.It started getting switched...

Murali krishna my mobile touch doesn't working perfectly i take my mobile to lenovo service center which is located at visakhapatnam at seven hills road upstairs of sangeetha mobiles the person who is working at center was talking rubbish language and vurgal language he is showing his personal ego on members who are coming to service center for complaints... On those members also he is also talking in that way he is not giving minimum...

Hi i visit the south x service center new delhi my lenovo k 4 note mic not working they said it will take around 7. To 10 days i said it's just a small part what kind warranty you are giving if customers not happy wid your service just a small part.

I purchases lenova k3 note in march 2016. I am surprised to observe that the battery back up is not lasting even for 5 hours without internet, if internet is on the back up is only for 2 hours. This may be unique with my device or else.

I bought my mobile lenovo vibe p1m june 2016 via flipkart . accidentally my mobile slide my hands and damage small in side corner. my handset in 1 year warranty. So please help me and give a ans my phone warranty or not .i want to repair my mobile handset because my mobile speakers are not working properly. Lenovo a6010 heandset auto restart without any touch 20 times and more times in day and es specially at evening more time restart. We went to service center three time in three different week but problem is running. And not satisfied answer.
Mobile under warranty period (Purchased on may 2016).

I have brought lenovo all in one dextop..
After 1 week of purches, my monitor get white screen. I have called at service center.. the service person came and open my dextop and without doing amythng he gone away. He left all dessemble part are as it is. Very baad service.. ryt nw i cant start my dextop even i cant pack that dextop . There is one complaint is pending in Lenovo service center banglore for my lenovo vibe k5 Gold screen replacement.
I have visited lots of time to center and they always gives me that part is not aviable and give me different-2 dates.

This is not fair, they should do it with faithfully and repair is with in limited time period.
