Detailed Complaint

I purchased Lenovo K6 Power on his first sale from flipkart on 06-Dec-2016.
The product received by me on 09-Dec-2016. The following issues i faced:
1. The phone automatically restarts twice.
2. On using Earphone, volume automatically increases/decreases.
2. On 20-Dec-2016, i was in a mood o[censored]sing all features of this phone, i.e fingerprint sensor, VR Mode, and selfie from fingerprint sensor.
The finger-print sensor prompted me error "Enrollment not completed. Fingerprint enrollment didn't work. Try again or use a different finger ". Even-though selfie from fingerprint is not working.
As 10 days replacement policy of flipkart is over, the phone cannot be replaced by flipkart.
I called the Lenovo care and they provided me the steps to resolve it, but it not worked. Lenovo care suggested me to visit nearest Lenovo Care Center.
On 24-Dec-2016, I visited Lenovo Care Center. As per them there is a hardware issue with my phone.
My question for Lenovo, is that type of product sell by Lenovo to their customer without doing quality test. Because after paying Rs.9999, still customer is not satisfied.
I just want the team to replace my handset as i don't want any repair on my new phone.
