Hail to the new flagship of lenovo the z2 plus, Lenovo came up with this smashing phone at diwali tine in 2016. I was keen to enter thr Lenovo world and baught this one. But in the end i got most bogus phone of my life.not because of phone specifications but bcoz of Lenovo services.
No offer of Vodafone or airtel for 4g data was their as mentioned by Lenovo, but as a consumer lenovo listened to me and nor amazon was giving a dam as it was product offer.
Phone didn't go well in market but due to this why few have to suffer? I can't find scratch guard for my cell phone. Even from the Lenovo centers too.even Not a single back case or cover is available. F off Lenovo. This is how u treat ur flagships?

The updates are really slow, i got marshmallow out of box but still didn't get any naughat version? Why?
Though the phone is still good and working like charm clap for technology but as per sales and service Lenovo sucks.
Will never go witg Lenovo/ motorolla again.

    My name is Renny R and i am lenova costumer, my phone model no is turbo p1a42 and IMEI no is [protected], I submited my mobile for repair in the service center in Prime cell Alappuzha Kerala on 15/12/2016, its complaint was( Back camera not working and over heat).even today the mobile is not repaired, the service center reply me that they did int recive parts from the company.
    So please arrange the needfull and get my mobile as soon as possible.

      I'm using lenovo vibe k5 . From past 1month i'm facing ringtone sound issue.
      Even with the highest volume of ringtone and notification tone, the sound comes very low. i missed important notification many times .Whenever i got a any massages, i'm unable to get notification of massages due to low voice of notification even at highest ringtone level in settings. i set notification tone with maximum volume. but same issue.

      Please help me to resolve this issue.

      After I purchased one month ago, I am trying to move the application from internal to SD card. I thought I needed big memory size so bought 32gb SD card. but thn also i am unable to transfer to SD card.

        I recently bought Lenovo K5 Note. Now i noticed that it does not have video calling feature through network or Sim. It is ridiculous not to have such basic smartphone feature. I have also updated my operating system, even then option for video calling is not showing. If i knew this fact before, i would never buy this smartphone. Huge no. of customers also reported the same problem on lenovo forum. Yet no action was taken by the lenovo's management. i dont know whether management is sleeping or something else. Being a professional i suggest you to take care of customer complaints on priority basis. Kindly consider the above fact and update the operating system as soon as possible. I am keen to make video calls from this phone.

          I had purchased the laptop on 11.10.2016 through flipkart vide invoice no. F0p7y[protected] which was delivered on 17.10.2016.
          The hdd of laptop broke down on 10.11.2016 and was replaced on 21.11.2016
          Without the os or other software loaded at the time of the delivery.
          I had asked for replacement of laptop but the company and the dealer refused my request.
          Now the wifi system has malfunctioned the battery also drains faster.
          I therefore want replacement of the product.

          I purchased lenovo X2-AP three months ago from snapdeal through online Now since last three or four days it is showing instantly low battery 62% to low battery.what should i do .

            I bought a lenovo k3 note on 11.04.2016 from somya communication, dehradun. My mobile is in under warrenty period. I am facing problem with two keys present at the bottom of the touch screen. These are not working.

            I approach to service centre at clock tower dehradun. They told me that touch screen will be change and they did not have it. They are not changing my touch screen from nov 2016.

            Kindly help me to repair my phone under warranty.

              I submitted my lenovo vibe k5 note on december in margao (Goa) lenovo service centre. It has been 1 months i have still not received my phone. Every week i used to call them and they keep on saving 4-5 days more sir.
              7 days before i mailed to lenovo regarding this the same was there response.
              I would like you to take some strict action towards them so that i can receive my phone.

                    This is in regard that I had surrendered my lenovo phone at lenovo service center at SATYAM ELECTRONICS (Chaitanyapuri branch) on 20.12.2016 with on & off problem without any scratches on the phone (back and front). They have asked me 10days of time for the repair. There after i've enquried about the phone but there was no proper response from lenovo service centre chaitanyapuri. I personally visited the service center on 26.12.2016 to enquire about the status of my phone. The lady sitting in the front desk had said me that my phone is under repair and will be back in working condition.
                    I visited for the second time for the status of the phone after 10days now she says that the phone has LIQUID DAMAGE and the phone cannot be repaired under the warranty. When I received my phone I was shocked to see my phone with a broken tempered glass and the reason for not claiming the phone under warranty.

                    NOTE: My phone was in a proper condition without any scratch on it. Moreover those people have asked me around Rs.8, 000 for repair & also they've taken back the receipt which was been given by them at the time submission of my phone. Moreover don't know why that service center took too long to update my phone status. The phone didnot get in contact with water so how could they mention a false statement (Stating LIQUID DAMAGE).

                    I request you to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

He had asked us to send the bank details .As soon as the payment is credited to customer account he said he will collect the phone from us. please help us to know the gen-unity of the caller.

                    Sir, i buy smartphone in april2016. In eight months first three months my phone work properly and after this it always created problem and three times i visited m/s new tech.Every problem resolved and same problem arises. So when i visit kolkata service centre they do not receive and say that unwanted wiring in your board.
                    Worst service .no one picks the call and it's been 10 days since I have ordered the charger for my phone.Service staff behaves as if they are doing favour for us.will never recommend lenovo because of poor service.accessories are not easily available like other company products.

So, i visit lenovo service center for replace, they tell me that your warranty was not acceptable for battery damaged. So, please accept my complaint and tack further step on lenovo.                                 I purchased a lenovo yoga 500 laptop in october 2016, during the time there was a festival promotion offer going on. I bought 2 year additional warranty and 2 year additional adp, and lenovo 500 bt speaker at offer price and paid the amount on november 10, 2016. I got a confirmation email on november 11, 2016 that they have received the payment and i will get the 2 year additional warranty and 2 year additional adp warranty certificate within 7 working days from date of payment received and lenovo 500 bt speaker within 21 working days. On november 17, 2016 i received the warranty certificate. However on november 29, 2016 i received an email stating "due to unavailability of stock, your goodie has not been dispatched yet." till december 12, 2016 i didn't receive any communication from lenovo, so i emailed them asking the status from my dispatch. On december 13, 2016 i received a reply "sorry for the delay, your goodie will be dispatched within 3 working days.". On december 19, 2016 i followed up and got a reply "sorry for the delay, your goodie will be dispatched at earliest.". Today its december 28, 2016 and i still haven't received any communication regarding the dispatch of lenovo 500 bt speaker. If lenovo cannot provide goods to its customer, why do they provide false promotion. Please help me with the situation.

                                  I Amol Shende, purchased Lenovo Zuk Z1 (white) Mobile Handset through Amazon on 19/5/2016, the time I started using the mobile am keeping on facing the problem mobile do not support 4G, it use to get restarted by itself.Then I gave my mobile to Lenovo service center people, they said that handset is not 4G enabled and after few days they said that they changed the mother board and tried again, now the mobile get restarted again by itself .they said problem cannot be rectified because its the handset problem.They also said that already four peoples handset have faced the same problem.Its almost 25 days they have not rectified the issue.
                                  Now my major concern is with the Lenovo company guys is, I bought this mobile by looking its features which was updated but now according to me which is absolutely false, this is irritating a lot.My mobile is of no use.My concern is now please return my money back.

                                    I have purchased Lenovo K6 Power smarthphone on first sale by lenovo on flipkart on 06-Dec-2016 which deliverd to me on 09-Dec-2016. Being bought a new brandnew phone, i tested fingerprint sensor on phone, which is not working and prompting error enrollment not found. Also on using earphone, volume automatically increases/decreases. Sometime phone also restarts from own.
                                    Which crossed 10 day purchase return policy.
                                    The must go quality test before selling it to customers. I am having issue on it. And it is not fair i will go to Lenovo care and make repair of phone being buy new phone.

                                    I purchased Lenovo K6 Power on his first sale from flipkart on 06-Dec-2016.
                                    The product received by me on 09-Dec-2016. The following issues i faced:

                                    1. The phone automatically restarts twice.

                                    2. On using Earphone, volume automatically increases/decreases.

                                    2. On 20-Dec-2016, i was in a mood o[censored]sing all features of this phone, i.e fingerprint sensor, VR Mode, and selfie from fingerprint sensor.
                                    The finger-print sensor prompted me error "Enrollment not completed. Fingerprint enrollment didn't work. Try again or use a different finger ". Even-though selfie from fingerprint is not working.

                                    As 10 days replacement policy of flipkart is over, the phone cannot be replaced by flipkart.

                                    I called the Lenovo care and they provided me the steps to resolve it, but it not worked. Lenovo care suggested me to visit nearest Lenovo Care Center.

                                    On 24-Dec-2016, I visited Lenovo Care Center. As per them there is a hardware issue with my phone.

                                    My question for Lenovo, is that type of product sell by Lenovo to their customer without doing quality test. Because after paying Rs.9999, still customer is not satisfied.

                                    I just want the team to replace my handset as i don't want any repair on my new phone.

                                    Looking forward for Positive feedback.

                                      For the last few days system was running very slow. Too much time was taken while opening a file or folder. Even computer starting time was also few minutes. Yesterday computer started but on opening any thing curser started moving endlessly. Today Computer did not start. Wireless Keyboard also not responding since many days, we are using another keyboard.
                                      Now my computer is not working at all.

Also PC hangs from time to time we need to restart the PC. Some times printer software are not supported giving problem then we need to open the CPU cover, remove the RAM and reinsert it at its place. PC every time hangs and CD drive also not working properly.

                                        Hi there,

                                        this is to inform you that the service center at rohini is full with cheaters, i went there to repair my phone, the guy sitting over inspected it (lenovo K5 note) and said its mother board is damaged and I have to pay Rs. 9000 to repair it, he asked me if i am interested to sell my phone then he can purchase it for Rs. 2000, the same phone i got repaired in Rs. 400. Sim IC was damaged.

                                        Who is responsible for the misguiding the customer is this the company policy or the person sitting over there is a cheater.

                                        IMEI no. is [protected]. now the warranty of my phone has also expired just because of the lenovo staff. They are greedy and cheaters. They didnot tell me the facts. I dont know why you keep this kind of frauds with you.

                                        please suggest what to do. otherwise i will take some legal action.
