My Lenovo Smartphone Model A7010348 had gone faulty and was deposited in authorised service centre on 2-1-2017. The Job Card No is SOINO[protected] and IMEI is [protected]. They have given 06 Jan 2017 as expected date of delivery. It is 09 Jan 2017 and the phone has still not been repaired. Every time I call the service center they ask for three or four more days to repair the phone. kindly do it on priority.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want to get the warranty cetificate as the hard disk which was given to me in diwali offer is not working and i want to et it exchanged as soon as posible so kindl help me immediatly as i guess the date of warranty is about to get expired in one two days so please help me please and revert asap

When I should start the mobile data unfortunately, process com.android.phone has stopped. They have taken an advance of Rs 1000/- and had given 04 Jan 2017 as expected date of delivery. It is 09 Jan 2017 and the phone has still not been repaired. Every time I call the service center they sak for two more days to repair the phone.

          Lenovo Vibe K5 mobile is worst i never seen, I bought this phone all with problems.

          Bought phone on march 2016, immediately faced problem with battery and heating issue.

          Somehow I managed till 4 months with same problem, I found battery is not charging so I took service center and they gave after 20 days.

          Later again in 1 month, sim is not detectable and I went back to Service center.
          They took another 1 month to repair. They changed entire setup of phone with new mother board and new IMEI numbers.

          Later I used for 1 week and went back with another problem, phone restarts automatically.

          Again they gave my mobile after 2 weeks.

          I m feed up with Lenove product and service centers.
          Still battery problems and restart problems occurs every time.

          I asked to replace the phone but they disagreed and I kept a side.
          Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Recently purchased Lenovo mobile K4 note in Nov 2016.

          I am facing few problem with this mobile.

          1. Battery backup is very less (Not working for a single day)
          2. Front camera is not working at all.
          3. Some times mobile is starting (turn on) after charging the phone.

            I had purchased Lenovo phone online from Amazon in March 2016. After six months front camera is not working til today.. now my phone always gets heated whenever I m on call. Or m chatting on WhatsApp.. please suggest. My phone always getting banged up. Contacts gets formatted even the storage capacity says less.. I believe Lenovo is worst company in terms of mobile phones. I have yet not completed my EMI. Stil my phone is in bad condition..

                Hi Team,

                I am Amarnath Raju who have purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 Note through Flipkart on[protected]. However all of sudden My mobile was not working and handed over my phone to Lenovo Service Center on[protected] which is located near B2X Flagship Bangalore, Address : The High Street Building, #62, 11th Main Road, 4th Block Jayanagar, Banagalore -560011.

                I was informed by Lenovo Service employees that my mobile phone have some hardware issues and gave Acknowledgment(Service Order) stating on it with Service Notes as: Dead, not Booting and Warranty Status as In Warranty.

                After calling more than 5times it was intimated that the hardware part is in transit and it takes 5more days to get it fixed. When we went to the service center directly to enquire the status of the phone on 06.01.2017, they started telling that there is a liquid damage. I wonder how the problem suddenly changed from Hardware issue to liquid damage but initially when the phone was handed over to service center, they had intimated us as hardware issue after checking the phone thoroughly and we were made to wait in the service center for more than 1 hour while checking the phone inside the cabin.

                Request you to take necessary action on the service center and replace the phone as it is just 3months older from the date of purchase to service.

                  Hello team,
                  I purchased a lenovo k-4 note mobile phone(IMEI no.[protected]) from amozone date 30th April 2016 and after sometime my phone was hang then I submitted in service centre laxminagar So till yet i've checked my phone in service centre 3 to 4 time but recently i visted at lenovo service centre in noida sec-10. They hired ignorant staff for that service centre, (Nadeem was there )he doesn't have discretion Even he abused with me & they gyes have done dead my phone So now my phone is totlly dead & I'll log a complaint in court aswell for this issue & you have to stand your staff out of the door as a bouncer not for custumer services. totlly bad experince...

                    I purchased Lenovo zuk z1 mobile from amazon on 21.9.16. Said mobile is under warranty. Its Sim tray got broken.i approached company authorised service senter at sector 10noida UP on 2.12.2016.after 3 days they returned my mobile stating that sim tray is not available and whenever received will ring me up. Till date it has not been provided to me inspite of many visits to their above said service center. So I wrote to executive director service of the company and head service. But they just kept quiete and do not respond to my mails. Hence I m not able to use my mobile. This kind of deficient service is rendered by lenovo..which is nightmare for me. As I have been waiting for so long I have bought another mobile but not of lenovo.
                    Kindly take up this matter with the lenovo mobiles so that I can use my mobile if they can provide a sim tray for my zuk z 1 phone which is in warranty.

                      Hail to the new flagship of lenovo the z2 plus, Lenovo came up with this smashing phone at diwali tine in 2016. I was keen to enter thr Lenovo world and baught this one. But in the end i got most bogus phone of my life.not because of phone specifications but bcoz of Lenovo services.
                      No offer of Vodafone or airtel for 4g data was their as mentioned by Lenovo, but as a consumer lenovo listened to me and nor amazon was giving a dam as it was product offer.
                      Phone didn't go well in market but due to this why few have to suffer? I can't find scratch guard for my cell phone. Even from the Lenovo centers too.even Not a single back case or cover is available. F off Lenovo. This is how u treat ur flagships?

                      The updates are really slow, i got marshmallow out of box but still didn't get any naughat version? Why?
                      Though the phone is still good and working like charm clap for technology but as per sales and service Lenovo sucks.
                      Will never go witg Lenovo/ motorolla again.

                          I'm using lenovo vibe k5 . From past 1month i'm facing ringtone sound issue.
                          Even with the highest volume of ringtone and notification tone, the sound comes very low. i missed important notification many times .Whenever i got a any massages, i'm unable to get notification of massages due to low voice of notification even at highest ringtone level in settings. i set notification tone with maximum volume. but same issue.

                          Please help me to resolve this issue.

                            I recently bought Lenovo K5 Note. Now i noticed that it does not have video calling feature through network or Sim. It is ridiculous not to have such basic smartphone feature. I have also updated my operating system, even then option for video calling is not showing. If i knew this fact before, i would never buy this smartphone. Huge no. of customers also reported the same problem on lenovo forum. Yet no action was taken by the lenovo's management. i dont know whether management is sleeping or something else. Being a professional i suggest you to take care of customer complaints on priority basis. Kindly consider the above fact and update the operating system as soon as possible. I am keen to make video calls from this phone.

                              I had purchased the laptop on 11.10.2016 through flipkart vide invoice no. F0p7y[protected] which was delivered on 17.10.2016.
                              The hdd of laptop broke down on 10.11.2016 and was replaced on 21.11.2016
                              Without the os or other software loaded at the time of the delivery.
                              I had asked for replacement of laptop but the company and the dealer refused my request.
                              Now the wifi system has malfunctioned the battery also drains faster.
                              I therefore want replacement of the product.

                                I bought a lenovo k3 note on 11.04.2016 from somya communication, dehradun. My mobile is in under warrenty period. I am facing problem with two keys present at the bottom of the touch screen. These are not working.

                                I approach to service centre at clock tower dehradun. They told me that touch screen will be change and they did not have it. They are not changing my touch screen from nov 2016.

                                  7 days before i mailed to lenovo regarding this the same was there response.

                                        This is in regard that I had surrendered my lenovo phone at lenovo service center at SATYAM ELECTRONICS (Chaitanyapuri branch) on 20.12.2016 with on & off problem without any scratches on the phone (back and front). They have asked me 10days of time for the repair. There after i've enquried about the phone but there was no proper response from lenovo service centre chaitanyapuri. I personally visited the service center on 26.12.2016 to enquire about the status of my phone. The lady sitting in the front desk had said me that my phone is under repair and will be back in working condition.
                                        I visited for the second time for the status of the phone after 10days now she says that the phone has LIQUID DAMAGE and the phone cannot be repaired under the warranty. When I received my phone I was shocked to see my phone with a broken tempered glass and the reason for not claiming the phone under warranty.

                                        NOTE: My phone was in a proper condition without any scratch on it. Moreover those people have asked me around Rs.8, 000 for repair & also they've taken back the receipt which was been given by them at the time submission of my phone. Moreover don't know why that service center took too long to update my phone status. The phone didnot get in contact with water so how could they mention a false statement (Stating LIQUID DAMAGE).

                                        I request you to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

He had asked us to send the bank details .As soon as the payment is credited to customer account he said he will collect the phone from us. please help us to know the gen-unity of the caller.

                                        Sir, i buy smartphone in april2016. In eight months first three months my phone work properly and after this it always created problem and three times i visited m/s new tech.Every problem resolved and same problem arises. So when i visit kolkata service centre they do not receive and say that unwanted wiring in your board.
                                        Worst service .no one picks the call and it's been 10 days since I have ordered the charger for my phone.Service staff behaves as if they are doing favour for us.will never recommend lenovo because of poor service.accessories are not easily available like other company products.
