Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased a lenovo laptop dating to 26.01.16. Having used it four months, i have found that the keyboard is not working properly. I had lodged a complaint regarding this with lenovo company’s customer care. Sadly it seems the officials, who are designated to serve customers, are not helpful at all. It is since 4th january, 2017 that i have been trying to get in contact with them. They are deliberately delaying the communication process given the fact that my warranty expires on the 26th of january, 2017. I find absolutely no reason to be kept waiting in this way. I have mailed all the required documents as soon as i was asked for. Please find attached all communication with lenovo officials.
Sir, it is my earnest request that you kindly intervene into this matter and guide me; i want justice

    I purchased mobile lenovo A6000 from Emerates hypher market I cad shopping center.It worked almost eight months.Than out of service.Software installation aborted.Showing only lenovo logo.I gave it to the same market for service on 07 Dec, 2016.As I received back it had same problem.Again on 25 of Dec 2016 I gave them for service.But until now they cannot fix it and no any cooperation from market employees, rude to the customer as well.If a product is not working in warranty and continously going to send for the service.Being as a customer how I can trust the same unit that it will work properly in future.
    I hope you will understand my concern and you will provide me proper and quick feedback.

      Lenovo Vibe k4 note has very poor quality of software it's having more problems after upgrade to Marshmallow while using jio calls and Jio4Gvoice app is not supportable after upgradation & and it does not have a production for Nougat 7.0 Android version.
      Lenovo has very low quality products in handset categories so please develop software and Technology in its handsets especially in Vibe k4 note

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I would like to introduce myself as Sachin V K, and First i would like to iterate that i have been using lenovo smartphones since from long time, i trust lenovo products and regular user of lenovo products.I was awaiting for lenovo K6 note, when it was announced in Sep 2016,

          Awaited and purchased the Lenovo K6 Note on 28th Dec 2016 from the retail
          store Sangeetha Mobiles, BEML 4th stage Rajarajeshwari nagar, Bangalore
          through EMI option for Rs 15200.00 including one month replacement
          guarantee in case of any damage. Bill is enclosed for reference.

          Even though i did not had money in hand i purchased this phone through my
          credit card on EMI option.I was very happy with the product but on 6th Jan
          2017, i opened the built in compass App, it started showing the wrong
          direction. And also tried playing some G sensor games, but i was not able
          to play, came to know the G sensors in the phone were not working.

          Reported same to the store where i purchased the phone on 6th Jan 2017, he
          suggested me to go the Lenovo service center. Accordingly visited the
          service center, which is at Jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore on 7th Jan 2017
          .The Customer care office named Vidya, said nothing wrong with the
          software, there is an issue with the Hardware in the smartphone, phone
          needs to be repaired. I felt very bad and i was down, a faulty handset was
          delivered to me. I did not give my phone to service for hardware
          replacement because i did not wanted any one to open my new phone, it was
          just one week old to me. I had special feeling towards my assets. Since it
          was purchased a week back,

          Further I demanded the replacement but CCO(service office or executive)
          Vidya denied the same. she said as per company's policy replacement can be given within 7 days from the date of purchase of product and i was not
          aware of this and no told me about this. Further the CCO (service executive) said, this is just a service center, we are not authorized to give any replacement, what ever issue you have, you please ask the store people. i cannot help you out"

          Being helpless i called the the store Manager, he said, "i[censored] can get the
          letter from service center we will be able to give the replacement for the
          product". So i was kept hanging between the store manager and the service
          executive. So my entire day got wasted, but nothing was fruitful to me, i
          was totally disheartened and was blank.

          I was deeply hurt with this kind of attitude at the store and service
          center and writing this email. And its quite painful to see my brand new phone is getting serviced. I have become helpless now, who is going to
          help me out with this problem and how.

          Being helpless i gave the phone to the brand new phone to service center, which is getting serviced from past 4 days

After some time mobile create some problem like, battery backup, and side button. we go through may time in your customer care center at my city in yamuna nagar haryana. but your service center dont given me any better solution and service to solve my mobile problem. now i am very sad because now we don;t have lot of money to buy any new mobile. i feel cheated after buy lenovo brand mobile. i request to you please solve this problem.

                My name is sushant patel, my friend aswini patra had given my lenovo a6000 plus... To lenovo service centre, rourkela.. As the warranty time had been gone.. The service centre said that a new mother board will be purchased for mobile... I have given to the service centre rs. 3000/-.. But they returned me the wrong hand set... Instead of a6000 plus... They have given to me a6000. So please help me. What to do now... If my problem is not solve... I will go to nearest police station for fir against lenovo service center, rourkela...

                  I'm Rajeev Mohan, my new Lenovo K6 note heating up during use and also charging. It's five days ago I purchased the phone. I'm using a 4G Sim Slot 1 and 16 GB SD card in Slot 2. Early I'm using your phone Lenovo A369i it also have the same heating problem. I purchased this phone by trusting on Lenovo. But I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied by the problem. My friends teasing me and saying me to dip the phone in water to cool down. Because of the heating problem when watching videos, my sister saying it's gonna explode and by frightening put down the phone. I'm really frustrated...

                    I have purchased Lenovo A-7000 smartphone(IMEI:[protected]) from flipkart on 22 June 2016.On 26 Oct. 2016, mobile is automatically power off after full charge & software was not working properly(contact number delete automatically).So I took mobile to Tech mate Enterprises, 75, First floor, Zone-II, M.P.Nagar, Bhopal.Service engineer told me that is motherboard problem, so motherboard will be changed, cost will be 2500/-.I demand my old motherboard, he refused me give back reason behind that service center will send it company for new damaged chip.Original cost of motherboard is 7200/-.So it will be cheaper for you.But service center fraud me that no motherboard will be changed and mobile is not working properly .Again & again restart & contact number delete automatically.I registered complaint online at consumer forum.complaint number is 124814.Please sort out my problem and give me new piece of mobile at the same cost.Please find attachment.

                      My Lenovo Smartphone Model A7010348 had gone faulty and was deposited in authorised service centre on 2-1-2017. The Job Card No is SOINO[protected] and IMEI is [protected]. They have given 06 Jan 2017 as expected date of delivery. It is 09 Jan 2017 and the phone has still not been repaired. Every time I call the service center they ask for three or four more days to repair the phone. kindly do it on priority.

                              Lenovo Vibe K5 mobile is worst i never seen, I bought this phone all with problems.

                              Bought phone on march 2016, immediately faced problem with battery and heating issue.

                              Somehow I managed till 4 months with same problem, I found battery is not charging so I took service center and they gave after 20 days.

                              Later again in 1 month, sim is not detectable and I went back to Service center.
                              They took another 1 month to repair. They changed entire setup of phone with new mother board and new IMEI numbers.

                              Later I used for 1 week and went back with another problem, phone restarts automatically.

                              Again they gave my mobile after 2 weeks.

                              I m feed up with Lenove product and service centers.
                              Still battery problems and restart problems occurs every time.

                              I asked to replace the phone but they disagreed and I kept a side.

                              Recently purchased Lenovo mobile K4 note in Nov 2016.

                              I am facing few problem with this mobile.

                              1. Battery backup is very less (Not working for a single day)
                              2. Front camera is not working at all.
                              3. Some times mobile is starting (turn on) after charging the phone.

                                I had purchased Lenovo phone online from Amazon in March 2016. After six months front camera is not working til today.. now my phone always gets heated whenever I m on call. Or m chatting on WhatsApp.. please suggest. My phone always getting banged up. Contacts gets formatted even the storage capacity says less.. I believe Lenovo is worst company in terms of mobile phones. I have yet not completed my EMI. Stil my phone is in bad condition..

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I am Amarnath Raju who have purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 Note through Flipkart on[protected]. However all of sudden My mobile was not working and handed over my phone to Lenovo Service Center on[protected] which is located near B2X Flagship Bangalore, Address : The High Street Building, #62, 11th Main Road, 4th Block Jayanagar, Banagalore -560011.

                                    I was informed by Lenovo Service employees that my mobile phone have some hardware issues and gave Acknowledgment(Service Order) stating on it with Service Notes as: Dead, not Booting and Warranty Status as In Warranty.

                                    After calling more than 5times it was intimated that the hardware part is in transit and it takes 5more days to get it fixed. When we went to the service center directly to enquire the status of the phone on 06.01.2017, they started telling that there is a liquid damage. I wonder how the problem suddenly changed from Hardware issue to liquid damage but initially when the phone was handed over to service center, they had intimated us as hardware issue after checking the phone thoroughly and we were made to wait in the service center for more than 1 hour while checking the phone inside the cabin.

                                    Request you to take necessary action on the service center and replace the phone as it is just 3months older from the date of purchase to service.

                                      I purchased a lenovo k-4 note mobile phone(IMEI no.[protected]) from amozone date 30th April 2016 and after sometime my phone was hang then I submitted in service centre laxminagar So till yet i've checked my phone in service centre 3 to 4 time but recently i visted at lenovo service centre in noida sec-10. They hired ignorant staff for that service centre, (Nadeem was there )he doesn't have discretion Even he abused with me & they gyes have done dead my phone So now my phone is totlly dead & I'll log a complaint in court aswell for this issue & you have to stand your staff out of the door as a bouncer not for custumer services. totlly bad experince...

                                        I purchased Lenovo zuk z1 mobile from amazon on 21.9.16. Said mobile is under warranty. Its Sim tray got broken.i approached company authorised service senter at sector 10noida UP on 2.12.2016.after 3 days they returned my mobile stating that sim tray is not available and whenever received will ring me up. Till date it has not been provided to me inspite of many visits to their above said service center. So I wrote to executive director service of the company and head service. But they just kept quiete and do not respond to my mails. Hence I m not able to use my mobile. This kind of deficient service is rendered by lenovo..which is nightmare for me. As I have been waiting for so long I have bought another mobile but not of lenovo.
                                        Kindly take up this matter with the lenovo mobiles so that I can use my mobile if they can provide a sim tray for my zuk z 1 phone which is in warranty.
