मैंने दिनांक 25/01/2016 को सुर संसार इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स (कोटा )से Lenovo S60-A G.Grey(Invoice No-19774 & IMEI No-[protected]) ख़रीदा था प्रारंभ में तो आपके मोबाइल कि सेवा सही थी लेकिन कुछ समय बाद उसमे समस्या प्रारंभ हो गई और दिनांक 30/11/2016 को मैंने Tuch संबधित समस्या के कारण मैंने कोटा स्थित सर्विस सेंटर (SUPREME ELECTRONICS 349, SHOPPING CENTRE KOTA) में मोबाइल सर्विस के लिए दिया तो मुझे कहा गया कि मेरा मोबाइल एक सप्ताह में सही हो जायेगा किन्तु जब एक सप्ताह बाद मैंने सर्विस सेंटर पर पुनः सम्पर्ककिया तो पहले तो उन्हें मेरा मोबाइल मिला नही फिर जब अगले दिन मैंने उनसे दुबारा संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने मुझे फिर से एक सप्ताह का समय दिया |इस सब बाद जब मैंने आज पुनः सर्विस सेंटर से संपर्क किया तो उनहोंने मुझे पुनः 10 दिन का समय दिया गया |
महोदय इस सब घटना के कारण में बहुत ही तनावग्रस्त और अपमानित महसूस कर रहा हूँ l श्री मान से निवेदन है कि मेरी समस्या का अतिशीघ्र निवारण करने कि कृपा करें |

    I purchase a mobile Lenovo vibe K-5 plus 3GB on dated 28/8/16 through
    flipcart. Today I faced a problem that mobile is not working. It screen wad
    dead. I inform to Lenovo Customer care but not solved my problem. In this
    condition, please help me to solve my problem. Invoice
    no#BLR_WFLD[protected]. After that on 24th Oct'16 I visited a
    Lenovo
    service centre Shakarpur, Luxminagar, Delhi, near of ICICI bank building
    first floor. They checked my mobile and they informed me that they will
    change display screen but after one day they informed me that the mobile is
    not working for battery problem. But as on today, my problem is solving
    from this service centre and their contact no-[protected].

    I have received my mobile on 28th Oct'16 and checked that battery is not
    charging at all at home. Now I faced the same problem again
    that the mobile
    is not working. I checked that battery of this mobile is not working. Please
    resolve my problem as soon as possible.
    Again I sent my
    mobile on 3rd Nov'16 at Shakarpur service centre to solve my mobile problem.
    But as on today I have not received any positive response from this service
    centre. I think that battery of this mobile is not working. I called again
    and again on mobile-[protected] and another telephone-[protected] to know the
    status. Now I am very unhappy about your
    smart phone service and I am going
    to consumer court to solve this mobile service issue if you are not taking proper action to solve my issues.

      Hi,

      There is one complaint is pending in Lenovo service center banglore for my lenovo vibe k5 Gold screen replacement.
      I have visited lots of time to center and they always gives me that part is not aviable and give me different-2 dates.

      This is not fair, they should do it with faithfully and repair is with in limited time period.

        I've been using this ideapad laptop since 2013 and since then every time and again I had to visit the service center for repairs in both hardware and software.
        The basic problem everytime was screen flickering, mother board failure, etc.
        But the product failed severely 6 months back when its hard disk got crashed and I lost my entire data. The company guys didn't provide me with the back up nor they gave me permission to retrieve my data from other sources saying that if you open the hard drive the warranty will not sustain. So I had to buy a new hard disk and bare its cost. After that issue, still the screen flickering problem pertains and I again had to take it back to the service centre. I gave my laptop for service on 7th of november, 2016 at Sysnet Global Services Ltd. Surat which is company's authorized service center and according to their analysis my system required a new processor and screen. After communicating with the services head, Mr. Sudipto Ghosh,
        I got to know that the part isn't available in India and all the other reasons as such and asked me to wait till the part is arranged at the earliest without giving me a time frame even after asking them so many times. I even mentioned that if you fail to tell me when will i get my part and laptop back, I'll complain to the consumer court and still they were negligent. After 20 days of waiting, I get a call from service center that the part has arrived but due to another system failure, mother board has to be changed which will take 2 days to arrive. But according to service case id : [protected] the part is again not available in india and the company still gives me the same reason that it is being arranged at the earliest and till date I haven't got any reply from their end regarding the arrival of my laptop part. I have been deeply harassed because of this as I'm a college student and My work has been lost because of the system that LENOVO company provided me. Its been over a month and my laptop is still with the service center and I don't know when i'll get it back. So I'm writing to you about the harassment I've been facing and seek compensation for the same. These are the case ID's that were assigned to the system in last one month : [protected], [protected]. I am also attaching my conversations with the company heads during last month for your reference.

          I have buyed an lenovo vibe shot in july but the phone has stopped working from yesterday so i went to the nearest service centre foe repairing problem they tol us we will give tommorow means today but today they refused to return back the phone.theu said we have not repaired tll now so we will give next day.and they are just playing with us.your service is very bad. the incident occured yesterday only.and the desirable resolution i want is that you should take the phone return back and refund the money because the product is in gurantee period.

            I am sarwajeet kumar from Punjab. I purchased a lanavo k3 note last Feb 16. I am using of Realince Jio network last week ago. But Reliance Jio network not support of lanavo k3 note Mobile. Network is very poor quality of lanavo k3 note. You are requested to kindly provide of network at the earliest. Pl confirm.

            Mobile take a lot of time I.e 10-12 hrs for 80-100% charging (when database off) and with database on - mobile batery not change if kee mobile charging lot of time.

              I did complaint of this problem at customer service centre...
              They order to me that contact our service centre so i gone there at Z+ mobile(Bharuch) but they only update my device and give me back but what is this my battery performance are bad then before service so i contact again..
              But they are denied my complaint...

                  The worst service i ever seen is of lenovo..what a rubbish phonea n service centre they r having..i buyed K5 vibe note 6th october n realised that this phone is rubbish..on the second day of delivery of this phone i started facing problem..
                  1) screen blackout, no button works at that time, after 15 minutes it get restarted by pressing power button continiously
                  2)overlaying display, when i open menu then the app which was in homepage also displayed by over lapping the menu options
                  3)many apps are not supported and display popup " ANDROID IS NOT RESPONDING "
                  By facing this prblem i took the mobile to lenovo service centre situated in BHUBANESHWAR.
                  They accepted my phone and promissed me that it will bw repaired, 2dats after submitting the phone the aervice centre called me and told that my phone is repaired..though i went to takeback my phone but when started uaing it just to insure that it is repaired...the diaplay and not reapondung problem exist..
                  After that they tookback the phone to repair and call once again after 5 day..then also i visited..but the problem exist..
                  They call me 5times in 1 month i went also but they were not able to repair..n told me by saying that " SIR, THIS PROBLEM CAN NOT BE REPAIRED..WE TALKED TO LENOVO COMPANY..AND SAID THAT IT WILL EXIST TILL LAST "
                  see this is REAL lenovo service..rubbish company
                  Listen LENOVO just replace or rwplace my phone..if i would not get any solution till 15 th january..aurely i would go to CONSUMER FORUM

                    I purchased the product Lenovo vibe k5 note, smart phone through online Flipkart. delivered to my address on 2 oct 2016. the new smart phone hardly used for two months stopped charging and the screen switched off. i took up the matter with flipkart but their representative told me to take up the case with Lenovo company. i went to lenovo service centre and deposited the phone on 29 nov 16. however till today nothing have been done to rectify the problems and they have been making an excuse that the spare items are not available with them and it is in transit. its been already 9 day. The new smart phone cost me Rs 13500.

                      I have a lenovo vibe x3, which had an issue with the charging. As the phone battery drained, the phone did not start again.

                      Since the phone was under warranty, i visited an authorized service center of yours (Technotronics technologies, ghatkopar, mumbai) to get my phone checked. I clearly explained that the phone is not starting and seems an issue with the charging.

                      The phone was checked by your engineers (Not in front of me), and the diagnosis given by service center was that the motherboard is faulty and needs a replacement. The estimate given was 8000.

                      Since it was too high, i decided not to get it done.

                      However, i suspected that the diagnosis might not be correct and wanted to take a second opinion. So i went to a local mobile service center who opened the mobile in front of me.

                      Firstly, the charging plate was tampered with, and the vibrator was missing from the phone. (Please note, that this was opened first time after i got the phone back from your service center).

                      Secondly, a simple diagnosis showed that the issue is not with the motherboard but with the charging plate only, as the battery once charged by alternate means made the phone switch on and work absolutely fine. I have got the charging plate replaced in less than rs. 1000.

                      What do i make out of this experience?

                      Is it a mandate from the company to service centers to make money by falsely changing parts? Or is it that the service centers are doing this at their own behest?

                      Please note, that by such incidents you are only increasing the statistics of failures in your phones, and also pissing off loyal customers.

                      I want to file a formal complaint against the service center, please tell me how to do so.

                      If you need any more details, kindly let me know.

It's been 40 days since I gave my phone for service but my phone hasn't got repaired. When approached through phone none of the phone is working or responding.                             I bought the lenevo vibe k4 in june 2016... But from the last one month the phone has stopped getting charged when it is on. I hv to power it off nd then charge it. Moreover it does not work for more than 5-6. Hours after completely charged. Its battery dies all of a sudden.... Wht to do... Its under warranty period... Where to let it checked...                               I purchased my lenovo laptop on 03 Dec 2015. 20 days ago I couldn't see anything in my laptop but it was turned on. I took it to the lenovo center where they diagnosed it as "Dim display error". My laptop is still covered under warranty till 03 Dec 2016. But they said that there is an issue with my warranty and that they would have to email the main lenovo office and get a clarification. I even contacted cloudtail to get a revised invoice for my laptop as my serial number was not reflecting in the invoice.

                              I have been constantly calling and emailing but there is no reply after that. They called me again one day and spoke about extending my warranty. I agreed. They told me that I would get an email. But I didnt get anything. Today is the last day of my warranty but still I am not able to reach them. No replies to my emails or calls. I have a travelling job so I cant visit the center.

                              It is not even one year since I got the laptop and I am facing this issue with my laptop and the customer service. Kindly replace the part or my laptop. I did not expect this from Lenovo.

                                Ordered Lonovo TabA850 through Flipkart on 30 August 16 PaidRs 1099.In description it was mentioned Sim slot will be there but two days back wen I tried to put Slim Slot got to know there is no Slim Slot.Your Borivali Service centre as well as Flipkart customer care is not helping in solving issue.

                                You are not delivering product as mentioned in Flipkart website.

                                  I have purchased Lenovo Vibe P1m smartphone through Flipkart on[protected]. After finding it very good and have become a fan of this model, I have suggested the same model to my friends, colleagues and relatives and helped them purchase about 7 of them, via Flipkart, subsequently (I would be happy to share my Flipkart account details in case you may like to verify the same).

                                  Unfortunately, one of them, which was a gift, is having an issue with Ultimate power saving mode button since receipt of this phone. The phone goes into power saving mode and does not come back. We have approached the local Lenovo Service Center four times for resolution of this issue but the problem still persists.

                                  Please note that the mobile is still under warranty and am looking for getting it repaired or getting a replacement immediately for the same. The details of the mobile is given below: IMEI NO- [protected] / [protected]

                                    I own a Lenovo laptop which is 1+ year old and the laptop was functioning fine before 2 weeks. I rarely use my laptop and I got extended warranty for it. But suddenly before 2 weeks when I turned ON my laptop, the display is flickering and totally not working. When I approached the service center, they told me that the screen is damaged internally even though there is no external physical damage in the display glass and they said it will not be covered under warranty.

                                    If a display can get damaged even there is no damage on the external glass, what a low quality display is being provided to the customers by Lenovo.

                                    I want Lenovo to replace my display with a good one under warranty.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had given my phone to Kyathi communications and they have took 3 days to re installed OS and then mobile was in a good condition for only 3 days and later the same problem. I am not able to communicate with the team from 3 weeks.

                                      I need my mobile issue should be fixed immediately or let me apply for the warranty.

                                      Hi Varsha, I have already submiitted my mobile with Service center team and they have kept my mobile for 3 days and i don't know what they have done, but the issue still exists. If i go there and submit my mobile again and the issue is not fixed, who will take the responsibility, please let me know. I am not expecting the answers form such a reputed company like Lenovo, (I HAVE PURCHASED laptop and MY WIFE also using lenovo mobile), when it comes to servicing they are least bother about the customers. Who will take responsibility if the service center is failed to fix my issue. Please escalate to your manager if you don't have an answer. Regards, Srinivasa

                                        Sir,
                                        I use a smartphone of Lenovo a7000a since April 2016. But on 26th October, 2016 my phone was neither switched on not getting charged. That's why I have visited the nearest Lenovo Service Centre On 27th October at Cybernitics Infotech, which is in Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. After they cheked up they told me it was a issue related to mother board, and they need to keep the phone with them, they will returned it within 15 (fifteen) days. So I submit my phone to them. As my phone was in the warranty period, So it would be free of cost.
                                        But it was day by day, weeks by weeks neither they call me, nor they have given me any info. So I called them on 17th of November. But they told me they need another 2-3 weeks. But again after I called them on 26th of November. But they misbehaved me on the phone and told me that they haven't received the parts so i need to wait till they call back to me. But they didn't tell me within how many days I may get my phone.
                                        And My experience with the Lenovo Customer care was worse more. Even they also telling me to wait, but they cant telling me when I can get my phone. And also I have lost my 1 month of warranty.
                                        So my complaint is against The Lenovo Company and also against the authorised Service Centre.
