I have already submiitted my mobile with Service center team and they have kept my mobile for 3 days and i don't know what they have done, but the issue still exists.
If i go there and submit my mobile again and the issue is not fixed, who will take the responsibility, please let me know.
I am not expecting the answers form such a reputed company like Lenovo, (I HAVE PURCHASED laptop and MY WIFE also using lenovo mobile), when it comes to servicing they are least bother about the customers.
Who will take responsibility if the service center is failed to fix my issue.
Please escalate to your manager if you don't have an answer.
