Dear team,
I have a problem in my phone regarding flesh is not working properly but all other things are working properly. Service center executive has reported it as dead phone and power on/off issue code c0019. They suggested me to change the mother board in 5 days in warranty condition.
The service center workers behaviorism is not well and response is very poor. So please find service center receipt and do needful.

    Sir,
    I brought lenovo a6600 smartphone on oct 16, 2016 and it's been 10 days and my phone front camara is not working automatically. Today i take my phone to service center of lenovo and sevice engineer said that he will give my phone back in seven days but i want my ph. Back as soon as possible approx in 24 hrs.
    It is about your co.'s reputation. So pls reslove my complain.
    Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Dear Sir,
      I have purchased Lenovo Vibe P1m smartphone through Flipkart on[protected].
      After finding it very good and have become a fan of this model, I have
      suggested the same model to my friends, colleagues and relatives and helped them purchase about 7 of them, via Flipkart, subsequently (I would be happy to share my Flipkart account details in case you may like to verify the
      same).

      Unfortunately, one of them, which was a gift, is having an issue with
      Ultimate power saving mode button since receipt of this phone. The phone
      goes into power saving mode and does not come back. We have approached the local Lenovo Service Center four times for resolution of this issue but the
      problem still persists.

      Please note that the mobile is still under warranty and am looking for
      getting it repaired or getting a replacement immediately for the same. The
      details of the mobile is given below:

      Please arrange for a replacement or repair immediately as it is hampering
      the connectivity over phone.
      The Lenovo Customer Care when approached asked to again visit the local service center on which I had lost complete faith / confidence since I have already approached them and deposited the phone for repair FOUR times but the problem still persists.
      Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Currently i am facing a issue with
      Ultimate power saving mode button since receipt of this phone. The phone

        Hi,

        I have purchased Lenovo Vibe p1m40 on June 2016 and was using. but recently, i mean from 3 weeks i am getting Ultimate power saving button error and i am not to do any operations. I am missing all my communications and lost all contact numbers along with SD card data also.

        I have raised request Lenovo Vibe[protected] [Incident:[protected]](5) and following up with them on daily, but there is no proper updates.

        My issue is atill there and i don't know how can i reach them.

        Hi Varsha,

        I have already submiitted my mobile with Service center team and they have kept my mobile for 3 days and i don't know what they have done, but the issue still exists.

        If i go there and submit my mobile again and the issue is not fixed, who will take the responsibility, please let me know.
        I am not expecting the answers form such a reputed company like Lenovo, (I HAVE PURCHASED laptop and MY WIFE also using lenovo mobile), when it comes to servicing they are least bother about the customers.

        Who will take responsibility if the service center is failed to fix my issue.

        Please escalate to your manager if you don't have an answer.

        Kyathi communications --- They have very limited staff and team doesn't know(qualify) how to talk with customers.           Motherboard replaced on 12/09/2013, 11/20/2014, 10/26/2016, 10/28/2016 and 11/01/2016. camera replaced on 09/24/2014. keyboard replaced on 08/06/2015. lcd replaced on 09/23/2016, 09/26/2016, 09/28/2016, 10/04/2016. lcd cables replaced on 09/29/2016. october 24 after 2 pm est, lenovo supervisor left a voice message to review to replace the laptop and call back within 24-72 business hours. nobody called me. considering the history of repairs, can i get a new laptop for replacement? or i will have to find another route to complain. thanks for your time, edward choo

            Start button of cpu is not functioning properly even when all the switches are on. It appears that either the power is not coming to the cpu or not channelling from cpu to the monitor and the monitor remains black. Computer is not starting at all after numerous attempts. The computer stop working after 05 days of installation. This problem may be responded to as soon as possible.

              I picked my phone from the service station since it's pcb was to be changed.
              Then there was a new problem so i went back to the service station.
              There itself my phone exploded.
              They are not giving any response. just trying to neglect me.
              I have mailed them many times but they are just manipulating me.

              I want a refund or replacement with a non faulty piece.

              I, bought this phone on 02.02.2016.
              My phone had on/off issues so I visited one of your service stations.
              They replaced the PCB.
              I collected the phone on 19.09.2016.
              It's partial touch, mic&proximity sensor was not working so at the advice of your customer care executive the next day I gave the phone to the engineer at the service center .
              The guy at service center refused to make a job of this issue saying new job can't be created before 30 days after completion of a job.
              The same day at the service center my phone happened to BLAST.
              I reported this to customer care executive at tollfree no. provided.
              they said to talk to the owner of the service center but he is not giving any positive answer in this regard.He is saying that he has informed the company but there's no reply.It's been 15 days now.

              I've attached photos of the blasted phone, retail invoice& photo showing the IMEI on the box.

                I had purchase new Lenovo ZUK Z1 phone on 21st Jul 2016. But the model was defective, use to get hanged after every call received. Hence I have submitted my phone to Lenovo service center (Today telecom) on 1st Aug 2016.On first visit they told me that they will replace the touchpad and will return my phone after 20 days.

                However the changes were done and again the problem with the mobile was the same, so I return them back for further repairing on same day.

                After checking, the service center person informed that the motherboard and touch pad both were to be replaced as it was damaged. On 2nd Sept-16 the handset was again returned to me by replacing of all the things as new. But suddenly I observed it was the same response as earlier from the Handset, it was getting stuck up (hanged). Thus again I have surrender the handset to the same service center within 2 hours, same day.

                My complaint is that I have paid Rs.13499/- for a new handset and repeatedly I have to go to service center for repairing. Also the problem with the handset is still not yet solved. The service center person has given commitment to allot a fresh New Handset which I have not received from last 3 months.

                You are requested to take up this matter on war footings and your response for immediate action will be appreciated.

                        I have purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 note on 12th August 2016 and delivered on 16th August 2016 from Flipkart. I am facing issue from receiving item. I have talked to the service center of lenovo for concerned issue. They verified the related issue and solution to update software of mobile. I agree to submit for rectification from service center. After next day they provide me the mobile but issue not resolved. I again inform that the issue still pending but they answer me that you should talk to Flipkart customer care, and provide me written document that I have attached.
                        I have finally communicate related issue to Flipkart customer care but they denied the issue concern and reply me "We cannot handle the issue after 7 days of receiving item".
                        I really disappointed for both team, that the issue still pending and no one taking care of that.

                        I pleased to request that take action for same and provide me resolution.

                              I purchased my mobile through amazon on 21/07/16. And it got network issue and signal is not updating in mobile. So, i gave it in service centre on 4th oct and they returned it day before yesterday, but the problem is still not rectified. When i called the service centre regarding this issue, he asks me again to bring the mobile to them. It is 35kms far my home, how can go these many times. And the service centre technicians are also not so responding. Today i went again to the service centre, he says irregular matter and he again took the mobile and gave a manually written copy and he was unable to say in how many days he is going to return my mobile.                                 I bought new lenovo k4 note and used for 1 month started charging problem same had informed top the nearer service centre and still now now I didn't riceved any response from them
                                On 7th October'2016 I ordered a power bank (under Festival Offer) on the same date i received the payment confimation mail, but after that no intimation is provided to me when the product is reached in my given postal address. I also mailed the same for knowing when i received the product but no reply is provide by Lenovo.
                                Lenovo mobile service center is worse in Guntur, the warranty service is all fake in lenovo, they are not at all checking the problem, just they are seeing the outer part of mobile and if there is any minute dent also they are not giving warranty, there is no meaning of service in Guntur

                                        I purchased lenovo k3 note 15 months back and i was very satisfied with the product and based on previous experience, i purchased one more phone which is k4 note for my brother in new delhi and was expecting same product quality. But for above imei number, we started getting lots of issues in 2nd month o[censored]se. We both are it professionals and doesn't have time to hand over this phone for 2 weeks. Moreover multiple issues were reported for this after 2nd month o[censored]se to your service centre in delhi but due to the downtime requested, we could not get this phone service done, issues are :-

                                        1. Screen is well in good condition but we see a golden line which is few inches and may increase with time and duration o[censored]sage which you may not cover when warranty is expired.
                                        2. Ear phone jack produces disturbance sound.
                                        3. Battery backup is poor but that can be managed.
                                        4. This phone restarts while using even when battery is more than 50% and its an intermittent issue.
                                        5. Application stops responding
                                        6. Overheating
                                        7. Voice quality is low and music sound is very slow.

                                        I am not saying that all your phones will have this issues as i am already using k3 note which has never shown any issues in last 15 months and i suspect that particular handset may have issue. I have now moved to bangalore and have original charger, box and phone. I would really request you to kindly help me in getting this handset replaced with a good working handset. I will be highly thankful if you can regain my confidence in your product.
