I have purchased this lenovo A7700 mobile on[protected] from vijay sales and paid full amount in cash. the same day i charged the phone and kept it back in the box, on[protected] i tried to on the phone it didnt start and even didnt show any action on charging, i called vijay sales and they told me to come next day since i was not well, now my phone is with them since[protected] and they are not giving me replacement. how can they do this after recieving full payment? i m without phone since[protected] and yet they are not sure what is wrong with the phone, pls help

    I have given my mobile K5 note on 7th Sep'16 to HCL service center in Chennai, whom Lenovo authroised for servicing the mobile. Service is for Out of Warranty parts which they have agreed to replace the same in 10 days. But no one from Lenovo/HCL communicated about the delay in service till date. It is hardly 20days old mobile before it got damaged. Even i asked them to refund the amount still they haven't responded. Copy of the service notice is attached for your reference.

      Dear lenovo,
      I had problem in incoming call not displaying on screen, after resetting phone prob resolved but for some times only, i have visited to lenovo service center on 19.09.16 they again reset software but after 2 days problem came again. Than they have took my set again for replacing motherboard / display on 23.09.16. They have given time to return set within 10-15 days. But till date 19.10.16 i have not recv my set.. I am not happy at all with services after sales..

        I purchased my Lenovo Ideapad 500 AMD A10 6th gen laptop (s/n- MP112JL0) this year on 11.01.16 .Soon after it began slowing down and hanged frequently. I visited (17.05.16) the lenovo service centre in kolkata and after preliminary checking they told the hard disk had crashed. A day later, after they had fixed the problem and i took my laptop back home, it didn't resume its smooth operation as usual. I was a little upset about that but began working on it. Months passed and new problems arised. Right now (October 2016) the battery doesn't last for more than 15-20 mins, excessive heating makes the laptop shut down suddenly in middle of important work which most of the time goes unsaved and the laptop has turned really slow.

        Only 10months and so many problems.

        Highly disappointed with Lenovo.
        Never going for lenovo ever again and would highly suggest all of you reading this to give a thought before getting into such a situation.

          Mobile was in (Out of warranty) good working condition but was charging very slowly these days, mobile was submitted on 1st oct 2016 to service center. After 18 days they have still not repaired my mobile. I have made multiple visits to service center but now they are saying the mobile is not starting.
          I want my mobile back immediately. For how many days a customer has to wait for his mobile to get repair? I also see many other customers getting extremely unhappy with the service provided by this service center.

          Update 45 days are gone now. Still the mobile is unpaired. They are now giving estimated about 4 times more than the early estimate. Initially they gave some where around Rs. 430, now they are telling that Rs. 1950. Whatever it is, my mobile is still not repaired and not returned back. I should get the justice.

            Dear lenovo,
            I have got a lenovo k5 note on 08.08.2016 through Flipkart. The phone is under warranty. The phone is going blank screened with no reason.
            This has been happening for the 5th time.
            I have reached your service Centre in Chennai. Its is absolutely waste of time.
            1st time visit to service centre they told me there is some lose contact.
            2nd time - software problem
            3rd time - software upgradation
            4th time - board replacement
            5th time - general service
            Its is so upsetting to see such a reputed company to give such a worthless product.
            I will appreciate if necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue.
            Hope lenovo is customer based company.

                I have lenovo e440 laptop do not charging in battery.
                Some follow steps are i try it
                1)battery remove after directly connect to charger in laptop
                2) Already i have another same model laptop. So laptop battery are change to one laptop another laptop, but issue are not solved, same problem are came.
                3)charger change to same model but not battery are charging.

                i think so motherboard to battery connect the function are not working.you will call for me, i will talk and tell the issue details.

                  I am amit kar roy, residing in santiniketan, bolpur, birbhum district (Wb). I bought lenovo k3 note in 4th august 2016 at 19.02 pm invoice no-1170 from "premier the mobile store in bolpur with the price of rs 9400.00/-
                  But the within 1 month i noticed that the tower problem. I reported the problem to the mobile store. But they said it is a server problem of the sim company.
                  But last 15 days i again reported the same problem.
                  The shop owner of premier mr. Runu received the phone.
                  I am working as a faculty in allahabad bank rseti in bolpur.

                  I request you to please took the matter seriously to solve my problem.

                  Lenovo is a reputed company. Why customer is facing problem in the present networking world.
                  I need your kind help to solve my problem.

                  I brought Lenovo Vibe k5 note 15 days back... It's hanging repeatedly... Atleast once in 3 days it's hanging... So plz solve this problem... Except hanging prob there is no complaint about this mob...

                    I-I updated the software of my lenovo K3 note(IME [protected]) from a company authorised service centre in Palai town, Kottayam district, Kerala state. From then onwards my Reliance Jio sim card is not working. I contac reliance support desk and confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the connection. All apps were working properly. I understand that something went wrong with the phone.

                    Dear sir i have lenovo ipad 100 laptop, it is running slow after updated it to a windows 8.1 to windows 10 and also it is refreshing very slow please fix this problem. i have 1 year warranty.

                      I bought a lenovo 6000 plus phone
                      On 12/2015 still warranty is there
                      The complaint is I made my phone charging after completed 100% I plugged out my charge from phone the led light
                      But I assured that my phone not dropped down.so,
                      I went to Lenovo Service Centre
                      But lost my bill .but I had full kid with IMEI number and manufacture date.
                      I thought Lenovo is the cheap and best company but at present Lenovo is only cheap .
                      So give me idea to service my phone with warranty.
                      Please my family all are using only Lenovo products.

                        Hi,

                        i am preeti, m bought lenovo g5070 model laptop with warranty period 3 year and cost is 30000.

                        my laptop completed 1 year after that i am facing port problem and charger issue in my laptop, so i gave the laptop to lenovo service(Noida-sector 15) center then they fix this in 10 days.

                        they done some incorrect setting after so i faced another problem in my laptop, my laptop is started automatically without power on when i plugged in charger.

                        then after 1-2 days after suddenly my laptop stop working. when i plugged in charger in my laptop blue screen comes and not start.

                        then i gave my laptop second time to Noida sector- 15 lenovo service center on 30th oct and i did not received my laptop till date.
                        i called many times but they are not giving good respone. they are giving il-logical reason for this. then finally visit to service center .
                        then they didn't give any good resonse and saying it's not done because of dushera festival.
                        today 17 days is complete from 30th october and they did not fix my laptop issue.

                        please support for this . i am very unhappy to lenove-service center service

                          I am complaining about my charging of mobile speed is now very low. It takes 7 hours instead of 2 hours. It takes more charging time. that i want to tell about. lenovo vibe k4. in almost 8 months mobile phone charging speed is drops. and also. when i was charging my mobile it was not switch on that time. i brought this mobile from amazon. and it didn't complete 1 year

                          I have purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 note last week from Flipkart. Camera quality is really bad, its not even 3mp quality, rest of the functions are good. Now this supports VOLTE once you update software. Camera quality is really disappointed.

                            I am Prajwal K M bought the brand new laptop LENOVO Model Name(G50-70) Serial No: YB04446427 on October 2014.

                            The cost of the laptop was around 40, 000. Now it is just 2 years and there is a severe problem in the laptop and the snapshot of the problem is attached below.

                            So we decided to go to lenovo service center(F1 info solutions and services private limited) Jayanagar, bangalore.

                            The service center is very pathetic and response is very poor. They told that diagnosis charge is INR 750 + tax. we are ok with that. But we gave the lapotop 1 week ago. There is no response from service center.

                            Finally we only called up to service center and now they are telling that there is a problem in motherboard and need to be replaced.

                            The cost of the same is INR 15000. If this is the case why we need to buy branded lenovo. And we could not understand the motherboard problem so early within 2 years.

                            Please kindly take the proper action regarding this issue.

                              I ordered one lenovo k5 note touch display on 22 sept 2016 but unfortunately my mobile stolen on 10th oct 2016, when i inform guwahati customer care they refused to refund the amount, and there behaviour was totally worst, specially mr. Raj paul (Service manager) plz slove my prblm as soon as possible...

                                1) frequently it stops working. Not getting switched off by on-off button or by entering ctrl-alt-del option. Battery is getting heated up. I have to switch it off by removing the battery tray.
                                2) now key pad is not working. I have to use the external mouse for navigation.

                                3) when i use chrome browser even mouse navigation is not proper but internet explorer browser mouse is working.
                                When i complained to your local dealer vb system, railaway station road, thanjavur, tamilnadu they advised me to contact call centre.
                                Please take urgent steps to rectify the problems or replace the set.

                                  1.Human body cells are burned due to which redness and burning sensation is happening where phone is kept.. on the thigh.
                                  2. Also phone body gets heated up upon talking and browsing. Human health should be first priority upon manufacturing any device for human use. 3. We have used the device for just 2 months. The user experience is very bad.

                                        I purchased the set online on 13/10/2015 from flipkart. On 02 oct. It starts creating problem. I went to service center of lenovo at haldwani on 03/10/2016 and told them the problem. They told me to wait for 15 minutes to check the software problem then after they deposit the phone and told me that its hardware problem and you will get the phone after 15 days. On 11/10/2016 i receive a call from service center at 11:10 am regarding problem facing in operating phone i told them that i have already mentioned in my complaint then why are you asking again and where is my phone. They told me that mother board of your phone is not working we have placed the order when the part will come we will inform you. After some time again i receive a call from service center that touchscreen of your mobile is broken so we can not replace. It is strange to note down that after 01 week service center is giving different statement. This is their fault either they have broken the screen or given to any one. So request you to repair my handset under warranty period
