I bought a lenovo 6000 plus phone
On 12/2015 still warranty is there
The complaint is I made my phone charging after completed 100% I plugged out my charge from phone the led light
But I assured that my phone not dropped down.so,
I went to Lenovo Service Centre
But lost my bill .but I had full kid with IMEI number and manufacture date.
I thought Lenovo is the cheap and best company but at present Lenovo is only cheap .
So give me idea to service my phone with warranty.
Please my family all are using only Lenovo products.

    Hi,

    i am preeti, m bought lenovo g5070 model laptop with warranty period 3 year and cost is 30000.

    my laptop completed 1 year after that i am facing port problem and charger issue in my laptop, so i gave the laptop to lenovo service(Noida-sector 15) center then they fix this in 10 days.

    they done some incorrect setting after so i faced another problem in my laptop, my laptop is started automatically without power on when i plugged in charger.

    then after 1-2 days after suddenly my laptop stop working. when i plugged in charger in my laptop blue screen comes and not start.

    then i gave my laptop second time to Noida sector- 15 lenovo service center on 30th oct and i did not received my laptop till date.
    i called many times but they are not giving good respone. they are giving il-logical reason for this. then finally visit to service center .
    then they didn't give any good resonse and saying it's not done because of dushera festival.
    today 17 days is complete from 30th october and they did not fix my laptop issue.

    please support for this . i am very unhappy to lenove-service center service

      I am complaining about my charging of mobile speed is now very low. It takes 7 hours instead of 2 hours. It takes more charging time. that i want to tell about. lenovo vibe k4. in almost 8 months mobile phone charging speed is drops. and also. when i was charging my mobile it was not switch on that time. i brought this mobile from amazon. and it didn't complete 1 year

      I have purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 note last week from Flipkart. Camera quality is really bad, its not even 3mp quality, rest of the functions are good. Now this supports VOLTE once you update software. Camera quality is really disappointed.

      Do we have any software update to improve camera quality?

        I am Prajwal K M bought the brand new laptop LENOVO Model Name(G50-70) Serial No: YB04446427 on October 2014.

        The cost of the laptop was around 40, 000. Now it is just 2 years and there is a severe problem in the laptop and the snapshot of the problem is attached below.

        So we decided to go to lenovo service center(F1 info solutions and services private limited) Jayanagar, bangalore.

        The service center is very pathetic and response is very poor. They told that diagnosis charge is INR 750 + tax. we are ok with that. But we gave the lapotop 1 week ago. There is no response from service center.

        Finally we only called up to service center and now they are telling that there is a problem in motherboard and need to be replaced.

        The cost of the same is INR 15000. If this is the case why we need to buy branded lenovo. And we could not understand the motherboard problem so early within 2 years.

        Please kindly take the proper action regarding this issue.

          I ordered one lenovo k5 note touch display on 22 sept 2016 but unfortunately my mobile stolen on 10th oct 2016, when i inform guwahati customer care they refused to refund the amount, and there behaviour was totally worst, specially mr. Raj paul (Service manager) plz slove my prblm as soon as possible...

            1) frequently it stops working. Not getting switched off by on-off button or by entering ctrl-alt-del option. Battery is getting heated up. I have to switch it off by removing the battery tray.
            2) now key pad is not working. I have to use the external mouse for navigation.

            3) when i use chrome browser even mouse navigation is not proper but internet explorer browser mouse is working.
            When i complained to your local dealer vb system, railaway station road, thanjavur, tamilnadu they advised me to contact call centre.
            Please take urgent steps to rectify the problems or replace the set.

              1.Human body cells are burned due to which redness and burning sensation is happening where phone is kept.. on the thigh.
              2. Also phone body gets heated up upon talking and browsing. Human health should be first priority upon manufacturing any device for human use. 3. We have used the device for just 2 months. The user experience is very bad.

                Lenovo mobile lenovo6000 plus is not switch on iam given mobile at guntur servicing centre on 1 week aug still they are not find the problem to day also they given answer we are in work but lot of days are going on i was purched mobile through flipkart on jan 2016. service centre kill my warrenty nearly 3 months.iam suffering too much. still last 3 months i have no mobile what i do i lost lot of my bussiness. i want take action against lenovo company and servicing centre.

                I have been calling lenovo since 1 month that the is flickering problem in 2 of my newly purchased computers but every call keeps goin on for 1 hr n at the end gets a revert then now observe for 1 day. This continues for mostly 1 month but still the problem continues. I need urgently replace my new computers

                    I purchased the set online on 13/10/2015 from flipkart. On 02 oct. It starts creating problem. I went to service center of lenovo at haldwani on 03/10/2016 and told them the problem. They told me to wait for 15 minutes to check the software problem then after they deposit the phone and told me that its hardware problem and you will get the phone after 15 days. On 11/10/2016 i receive a call from service center at 11:10 am regarding problem facing in operating phone i told them that i have already mentioned in my complaint then why are you asking again and where is my phone. They told me that mother board of your phone is not working we have placed the order when the part will come we will inform you. After some time again i receive a call from service center that touchscreen of your mobile is broken so we can not replace. It is strange to note down that after 01 week service center is giving different statement. This is their fault either they have broken the screen or given to any one. So request you to repair my handset under warranty period

                      I have already reported a problem with regards to my phone. I purchased my phone on may 2016. After 2 months my phone got shut down and did not turn up. I took the phone to service center since it was under warranty. But when i took it the lady at the service center said its a moisture damage on motherboard and it will be a chargeable repair of 1800 rs. I did not reapir the phone since it was not my fault, later i came to know my phone is also having a problem with a display. So i once again took the phone to service center and this time they said just to check and open my phone it will be a fee of 150rs and it will take 7800rs to repair my phone and my phone costs of 12000rs. Its been 3 months my problem has not resolved. Please revert me back on my email as soon as possible

                        I have buy the lenovo k3 note from flipkart and after 6 months phone starts hanging and then it's display colours got fade. So i go to service center and get service but after 2-3 days it's back speaker problem started going service center they changed the speaker but the speaker is vibrating and the problem as it is and the new problem starts there the notification bar is not showing on the screen and the main menu key is not functioning so i go for problems to service center n the other is ready. I m tired of this. So please return my mobilen give my money back.

                          I have submitted my lenovo vibe s1 phone on 20th sep 2016 with sr no:- soin[protected] in janakpuri branch new delhi, but my phone is not repaired yet. Every week i just only receive a message "we are waiting for part". I have no idea from where the part is coming.
                          I ask customer support to provide a phone to use then but they said they would not provide any phone.
                          I have mailed to lenovo support on 5th oct 2016, they promised me to solve it asap but a week has gone but there is no resolution.

                            I have been using lenovo k5 note since the day it was released. So far functionality prospective it works good. But the radiation is very high. I observed pain in my thigh pockets which is caused by the radiation. Can you please let me know the sar value of this model.

                            Please note that i enquired with few people regarding same and they are also having the same problem.

                            So first letme know the sar value and how to reduce the radiation level.

                                Bought lenovo k5 plus, very next day battery stopped charging. Went to service center panjim, goa. After 3 visits and 20 days, job card made saying battery replaced and mother board changed. On inspecting i found that they have not changed battery. On pointing out the issue they said we will some other phones battery in ur phone. Is this a way? When i insisted to complaint against them, very abusive behaviour shown. Lenovo not expected this from ur side. Pathetic just pathetic. Would never reccomend to anyone ever.
                                I purchases phone on[protected]. But within 4 months it not working . Phone gets restarts during charging. I submiteed phone to service centre noida, sec-10 but not any proper response from them.
                                Please do the needfull is reuested.

                                  On 4th of Oct I gave my lenovo G505 laptop at Dadar service center as my laptop problem regarding softwer I submitted my laptop then next day (they told me to collect laptop next day ) I called sevice center and lady over phone is talking very bad manner
                                  Even after that they have not done anything with my laptop as they told they gonna check what problem is and fix but they didn't want to do
                                  So had to take my laptop back as it is nothing is done waste if time and money and they also wanted 500 service charges for doing nothing

                                      Dear lenovo, i had submitted my lenovo k4 note at your service center hyderabad (mobi quest - lenovo/motorola mobile service center) on a small repair of speaker voice not clear. the technical team at your service center had made me sit till an hour stating that they would check for the problem and get back to me, they have come back to me stating that there is a issue with the ringer and it has to be changed. as the phone was under warranty and hardly 5 months old they told the warranty can be claimed and promised me to return it in a weeks time. later when i had approched them on the 8th day they have asked me to come on the next day and today when i have asked to return my phone they told that they did not repair the phone as it has got the water damage. had it been with the water damage howcome the technician has checked the entire phone and then took the complaint on the ringer under warranty claim and then why all of a sudden the water damage has come and that too with a different problem of mother board damage. i donot understand whther you have no concern with the customers time, it has taken 10days there was no solution provided to me and now with there shear negligence they have told it as the mother board problem. i would require my phone in proper manner immediately.

                                        I have purchase Vibe Shot 4month back, after some time problem started for call dropping and problem of network, so i had contact with Lenovo mobile service center, i have raised complain on 10th of Sept 2016, they have inform me that, there is a problem in PCB so u have to put the phone in service center for 15 days, now its more then 20 days, nothing happen, i have called many times for this issue, but no one is giving proper answer for this, now i am feeling that i did a big mistake that i buy Lenovo mobile,
