Dear sir,

Ten days back i has been purchased one LENOVA K 5 NOTE model in on line unfortunately it has sim card try locked when i insert a sim card so i went lenova service point CEBROS CENTRE IN egmore service persons attend and get the mobile in out of warranty and they will charge Rs.400 because of my mistake i was wrongly insert the try that is O.K but the problem is they said your mobile mother board has been damaged...

I have purchased online one lenovo vibe K4 Note mobile handset from amazon of Rs.11999 on dtd 26.04.2016 bearing Invoice no .KA-BLR[protected]. But after three months it was not functioning. I approached Lenovo service center, Patna then he told that mother board is damage . After charging Rs. 2500/= he repaired the handset on dtd 01.09.2016 & gave warranty of one month.But even before one month again my mobile handset was not functioning....

As i brought a laptop from vijay sales on 7/8/16 and within a span of 1and half month the laptop has a problem with his display and theri customer support come in and change the led screen of laptop after changing he tell that their is a problem with motherboard not in led while changing led he broke the old one and due to that he has to replace it, which he has done, but my concern is there is lack of knowledge to lenovo customer support...

I had network issue in lenevo k3 note and approached autherised lenevo service centre for issue on 6 sept 2016 and handedover my smart phone. My phone is under warranty with imei no [protected]. But till date i did not get any call or intimation from service centre regarding the the repair.

Every time i call them i get the same answer "we will inform" but alas.

I have some problems in my lenovo vibe p1 mobile. Problems continue going on from last 40days 1-receiver speakers (Now ok)
2-hanging problem (After two time software update by service center but problem not short out)
3-mic charging problem (Mic change 30-09-16 but mic ok again charging problem)
In between 40 days i m going to rohtak service center 2-4 time but my problem not solved)...

I purchased lenovo vibe s1 from online amazon (seller: cloudtail) store, unfortunately that mobile got an issue with the display, i was contacted to lenovo service centre suggested by lenovo customer care, which is mobi quest in kphp colony hyderabad city, it covers in warranty, i have submitted (25th aug 2016) there, they promised me it will repaired in 10 to 15 days max, but till date not provided eta, and they replied it was getting delay...

I was facing slow charging issue with my mobile(which was under warranty), so submitted it to lenovo service center on 27th of aug, on the same day got call saying its a case of liquid damage, so u will be charged 1200 as rearing cost.I gave my approval & waited for a week but didn't get any call so tried calling them after many attempts they picked the call (everyone visiting that service center facing the issue that service center guys...

I am a user of lenovo k4 note.
I trusted lenovo for its features and build quality but later i came to know the truth.
I paid 12500 for my phone but it does not even have volte feature.
after updating it the volte feature has gone.Generally update means new features but according to lenovo it means update will reduce the features o[censored]r phone.

I have bought a lenovo mobile phone lenovo vibe k4 note, imei-[protected] on 08 june 2016, and after 2 months the phone gets in problem of hand free jack not working by itself, so i have contacted the authorized service center of lenovo phone, technocare solutions pvt. Ltd. At upper ground floor f-11, janak palace, district center, new delhi-110058 and submitted...

The worst phone and company ever. By mistake my screen broke and these guys gave me an estimate of Rs33000 for a phone worth Rs 32000. When I had a talk to the customer care guy, he told me that your PCB will be changed, does the pcb cost more than a phone? And on to which, my phone was workinv fine before submitting and now it has even stopped working, because I have told them not to repair it.

I have just purchased my new lenovo G50-45 notebook but there is many problem in my laptop.

what I am looking for:-

Some touch points on Right hand side are not working.
Message keys like back, p, l
After dialling a call then for extention call when press -point 3.it will not work
Theses points are less sensitive.
Customer care at Bharuch is not ready to attend and understand this problem.
My phone is under warranty.
How can I suggest to anybody for Lenovo.

Hi all, i have purchased this phone a month back from amazon india, it has promised a lot but :

Hanging issue,
Heating up during usage and charge.
No update on marshmallow as of now (Ota)
Many times it does malfunctions, like wise disappearing the icons at desktop, touch screen become non responsive, and finally worst is it would not even wake the screen sometime.

Request you to look into...

On 19.09.16 I gave my phone at authorized lenovo service centre Sahid nagar Bhubaneswar, at BMC bhawani mall, as it was getting hanged and also getting on and off repeatedly.
The personnel told that it will take 7 to 10 days and said its a battery problem and took Rs 200/- towards advance.

After 8 days when i went there they had not touched my phone and when asked about it they put a battery and said its done.

I had purchased this phone 3 months back. It was working well but all of sudden poor network coverage/No network issue came. I had given phone to service center and they replaced android software. Had received an OTA update on the 2nd week of september 2016, the update was successful without any problem. On the very next day the display went off while answering a call, the call was disconnected and phone started heating up all of a sudden, power button was not helping hence i was forced to remove the battery, tried taking it to the service centre, they tried reinstalling the software but failed, said the motherboard needs to be replaced...
