I have purchased Lenovo Vibe p1 in January 2016 but from last two month there was a problem in speakers in mobile I am not able to hear any voice in my phone it may be due to speaker not working I have gone a service center in Gurgaon but after 15 days of service problems occur again

    Dear Team,

    I have purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 note on 12th August 2016 and delivered on 16th August 2016 from Flipkart. I am facing issue from receiving item. I have talked to the service center of lenovo for concerned issue. They verified the related issue and solution to update software of mobile. I agree to submit for rectification from service center. After next day they provide me the mobile but issue not resolved. I again inform that the issue still pending but they answer me that you should talk to Flipkart customer care, and provide me written document that I have attached.
    I have finally communicate related issue to Flipkart customer care but they denied the issue concern and reply me "We cannot handle the issue after 7 days of receiving item".
    I really disappointed for both team, that the issue still pending and no one taking care of that.

    I pleased to request that take action for same and provide me resolution.

      I am Ankit Rajbhut from Pune. I have purchased lenovo laptop yoga 500 80N4015PIN on 11/10/2016, its just 15 days the laptop has stopped working and not starting even after charging.Called to customer services but not responding. Approached to dealer from where i have purchased they called immediately to service centre and i asked for looking into the matter on a priority basis i dont know how will you do it, and the response was even we dont care.
      Such a hopeless service they are providing.

        I was using lenovo s-60 a from one year then i got a problem .The phone gets switched off whenever the screen light gets off. I went to lenovo service centre in m2k rohini delhi-110085 .They kept my mobile by saying it will be repaired in 10 to 15 days its about 46 days the mobile is not repaired whenever i asked the reason they say the part of the mobile is not coming from company itself and says me to call the company service centre myself .then what is the point of their service centre if i have to call myself.i asked them to give my mobile back they asked for rs.200 for diagnostic charges for no reason.

          I purchased my mobile through amazon on 21/07/16. And it got network issue and signal is not updating in mobile. So, i gave it in service centre on 4th oct and they returned it day before yesterday, but the problem is still not rectified. When i called the service centre regarding this issue, he asks me again to bring the mobile to them. It is 35kms far my home, how can go these many times. And the service centre technicians are also not so responding. Today i went again to the service centre, he says irregular matter and he again took the mobile and gave a manually written copy and he was unable to say in how many days he is going to return my mobile. The service centre name is satyam electronics, lenovo authorised service centre, chaithanyapuri mobile no of client :[protected]. Please ask them to repair my mobile or else refund.

            I purchased lenovo zuk z1(space grey cyanogenqs mobile on 18 sept 2016 through amazon.in.sold by Green Mobiles Banglore.
            Problem is that this is defected piece as
            1. it automatically shut down and restart regularly during dialling, calling and few times after end of a call.
            2. during call it never follow "ask everytime " function and forcefully shifted to either of sim .
            3.i have gone through lenovo srvice center at kota rajasthan TWICE . mr. RAJUJI entartained me properly but could not rectify d problem.
            4. photocopy of bill n service center receipt is enclosed.
            5 pl. replace it wid new mobile so i could use it .
            6. also tell me d proper methodology how it can b resolved

            I purchased lenevo vibe K5 on date 10july, 2016. Charger not charge the battery only charging shown on the mobile's screen but battery not charge...so please solve my problem as soon as possible...

            I bought new lenovo k4 note and used for 1 month started charging problem same had informed top the nearer service centre and still now now I didn't riceved any response from them
            On 7th October'2016 I ordered a power bank (under Festival Offer) on the same date i received the payment confimation mail, but after that no intimation is provided to me when the product is reached in my given postal address. I also mailed the same for knowing when i received the product but no reply is provide by Lenovo.
            Lenovo mobile service center is worse in Guntur, the warranty service is all fake in lenovo, they are not at all checking the problem, just they are seeing the outer part of mobile and if there is any minute dent also they are not giving warranty, there is no meaning of service in Guntur

              I brought lenovo handset in february 2016. After purchasing of two months that's shows sim error and not showing sim card in any slot. That's battery screen and motherboard was replaced by care centre but still it's not working properly. I am totally fed up with lenovo care service hisar 125001.                     Hello team

                    I purchased lenovo k3 note 15 months back and i was very satisfied with the product and based on previous experience, i purchased one more phone which is k4 note for my brother in new delhi and was expecting same product quality. But for above imei number, we started getting lots of issues in 2nd month o[censored]se. We both are it professionals and doesn't have time to hand over this phone for 2 weeks. Moreover multiple issues were reported for this after 2nd month o[censored]se to your service centre in delhi but due to the downtime requested, we could not get this phone service done, issues are :-

                    1. Screen is well in good condition but we see a golden line which is few inches and may increase with time and duration o[censored]sage which you may not cover when warranty is expired.
                    2. Ear phone jack produces disturbance sound.
                    3. Battery backup is poor but that can be managed.
                    4. This phone restarts while using even when battery is more than 50% and its an intermittent issue.
                    5. Application stops responding
                    6. Overheating
                    7. Voice quality is low and music sound is very slow.

                    I am not saying that all your phones will have this issues as i am already using k3 note which has never shown any issues in last 15 months and i suspect that particular handset may have issue. I have now moved to bangalore and have original charger, box and phone. I would really request you to kindly help me in getting this handset replaced with a good working handset. I will be highly thankful if you can regain my confidence in your product.

                      I didn't find my k3 note efficiently working. It's screen stops working sometimes. Ots battery backup sucks weather I am using it or not the battery gets drained. In starting i thought it is because i am not charging it properly, but when i charged it completely the problem remain the same. It gives heating problem too within minutes o[censored]se.And while playing games it starts lagging.

                          I bought a Lenovo smartphone 2 months back, there were issues with the brightness of the screen; Initially I ignored it but on 18th Oct the Screen got blank.
                          I tried to contact the customer care no. from where I didn't got any satisfactory response. Somehow I found the service center and simultaneously I wrote to Mr.Gosh ( the All India head of Lenovo service team), he in turn directed the email to his team but I have still not got any revert from them. Moreover I have been calling to the service center team where I have given my phone for repairing, the only answer I get from them is that my phone will be repaired in another 2-3 days. I am being mentally harassed by the behavior of these people.
                          Please help.

                            I bought vibe k5 mobile 4 gb ram 32 gb memory online through flipkart on 5th oct, it was delivered to me on 7th oct. On 16th oct mic stopped working. I called customer care, they helped me to get factory restore but didnt work. I went to service center in delhi rohini, they took phone & said it will take 10-15 days because they don't have its part as its brand new model. Guys, please please don't buy lenovo phones in delhi as there are only 3 service centers moreover they don't have parts for repair brand new mobiles. I felt like i have been scammed spending 13000 inr still have no phone & new phone got mic problem.

                            The right side hinge of the laptop is loose and it makes a sound whenever the screen is moved and also there is some problem in closing the lid and also the the some part of the upper right side of the keypad is coming out.
                            I can't update my system on the lenovo s898t. It keeps telling me that, unfortunately update service has stopped. What can I do to fix it. I have system 4.4.2, and I want system 5.1.

                              I bought a lenovo phone (model :p1ma40) of the Vibe series in the month of February, 2016. After a few months the touch screen started malfunctioning. The lenovo service centre registered my service order on 05/10/2016. They havent replaced the screen even after 3 weeks. Service centre : Fortune service, Merryland square, Thiruthiyad road, Calicut.

                                Hi..i visited the lenovo centre to get it restored to factory settings. While handing over the laptop i as well was giving charger as well. And the guy refused to take it saying he has it already. An hour later calls me and says wants to re visit the showroom and to handover the carger and i forgot to give them the charger. When i refused rather than compensating for such inconvenience and lies i was asked to come and collect back my laptop. Such inconvenience..such lies..such bad attitude..highly disappointed.

                                  On 19th October my phone got software issue, I visited Lenovo PCMC Service center (Sara Mobile Shope Pune), I waited for 9.30 AM to 2 PM but Sara Mobile Shope people unable to solve phone issue. They said it will take 4-7 days but i was having urgent work at my hometown (Dhule) so i took phone from them and submitted the phone to Dhule service center (Noble Sales And Service) but till 22 October issue not resolved. No one is responding proper not customer care nor dhule nor pune people. Dhule people stuck because Pune service center has not close the job card and in between both of this I am facing irritation.
                                  I have contacted Services_ED they have also given reply and assigned one agent to solve my query. His email id Surendar M7 this guy called me on 20th October but after that he has also not looked the issue, i given continues email to him but no respond from him.

                                  Now you all know smartphone is need and my all work has stopped.
                                  Phone worth Rs 7000 but mental harassment worth Rs 25000.

                                    First of all I suggest I will never by an Lenovo Product specially in Mobile henceforth in my life and would not recommend it to any one . I purchased Lenovo K5 Vibe plus mobile in the month of July 16 all of sudden it stopped working and when I reached Local India customer support they said we have found water drop lets inside and the cost of repair is Rs 4200 and they denied to repair it at minimum cost neither they were ready to provide the proof of water marks inside the device when demanded by Customer . I have escalated this to Service ED and this smart guy looped in the fool from their internal customer support team, seems some offrole team member working on the direction from local Lonevo repair center and finally he denied, last mail from him
                                    “Dear Nadim,

                                    Greetings from Lenovo,
                                    We apologize for the inconvenience that has caused to you.

                                    We are not able to do anything as earlier updated to you that we confirmed with service center. Kindly fix it on chargeable basis.

                                      I have purchased lenovo laptop idea product and facing major issues. Once they approached me at made my keyboard replacement but then to I am facing the same issues called their customer service care several times then to they are not resolving my problems since last 10 days they are telling you will receive a call from our engineer then to I haven't received it now its high time i am not able to use my laptop.
                                      Soo please do the needful for me.

                                        I have purchase lenovo zuk z1 mobile on 6th June 16 after 10 Day problem was starting, Bettary persentage freezed them mobile swich of i give my mobile many time in Surendranagar _ Gujarat customer care more than 20 time, 01 time Rajkot customer care me bhi diya.
                                        Surendragar care me software lagaya, main board change kiya, Bettary change kar dekha magar problem sole nahu huva. To ajj muje care walo ne bola k esme kuchh nahi ho sakta app ese hi use karo. To jab problem hi sole out nahi kar sakte aur warrenty me he to pic replace nahi kar sakte
