First of all I suggest I will never by an Lenovo Product specially in Mobile henceforth in my life and would not recommend it to any one . I purchased Lenovo K5 Vibe plus mobile in the month of July 16 all of sudden it stopped working and when I reached Local India customer support they said we have found water drop lets inside and the cost of repair is Rs 4200 and they denied to repair it at minimum cost neither they were ready to provide the proof of water marks inside the device when demanded by Customer . I have escalated this to Service ED and this smart guy looped in the fool from their internal customer support team, seems some offrole team member working on the direction from local Lonevo repair center and finally he denied, last mail from him

. Finally I lost the faith and given my mobile for repair to Local vendor and he repaired it in just Rs 200 .. and its working perfectly since last 15 days approximately .. This is my grievances and I don't know how team will take this ahead ... “No to Lenovo Save Money” . This is my motto of Life . God bless .
