I have already reported a problem with regards to my phone. I purchased my phone on may 2016. After 2 months my phone got shut down and did not turn up. I took the phone to service center since it was under warranty. But when i took it the lady at the service center said its a moisture damage on motherboard and it will be a chargeable repair of 1800 rs. I did not reapir the phone since it was not my fault, later i came to know my phone is also having a problem with a display. So i once again took the phone to service center and this time they said just to check and open my phone it will be a fee of 150rs and it will take 7800rs to repair my phone and my phone costs of 12000rs. Its been 3 months my problem has not resolved. Please revert me back on my email as soon as possible

I had my screen cracked. I sended the phone to the lenovo showroom . I got it fixed after a month the screen is popping . I had fixed my screen in Delhi. What should I do

    I have buy the lenovo k3 note from flipkart and after 6 months phone starts hanging and then it's display colours got fade. So i go to service center and get service but after 2-3 days it's back speaker problem started going service center they changed the speaker but the speaker is vibrating and the problem as it is and the new problem starts there the notification bar is not showing on the screen and the main menu key is not functioning so i go for problems to service center n the other is ready. I m tired of this. So please return my mobilen give my money back.

      I have submitted my lenovo vibe s1 phone on 20th sep 2016 with sr no:- soin[protected] in janakpuri branch new delhi, but my phone is not repaired yet. Every week i just only receive a message "we are waiting for part". I have no idea from where the part is coming.
      I ask customer support to provide a phone to use then but they said they would not provide any phone.
      I have mailed to lenovo support on 5th oct 2016, they promised me to solve it asap but a week has gone but there is no resolution.

        Hi lenovo team,

        I have been using lenovo k5 note since the day it was released. So far functionality prospective it works good. But the radiation is very high. I observed pain in my thigh pockets which is caused by the radiation. Can you please let me know the sar value of this model.

        Please note that i enquired with few people regarding same and they are also having the same problem.

        So first letme know the sar value and how to reduce the radiation level.

            Bought lenovo k5 plus, very next day battery stopped charging. Went to service center panjim, goa. After 3 visits and 20 days, job card made saying battery replaced and mother board changed. On inspecting i found that they have not changed battery. On pointing out the issue they said we will some other phones battery in ur phone. Is this a way? When i insisted to complaint against them, very abusive behaviour shown. Lenovo not expected this from ur side. Pathetic just pathetic. Would never reccomend to anyone ever.
            I purchases phone on[protected]. But within 4 months it not working . Phone gets restarts during charging. I submiteed phone to service centre noida, sec-10 but not any proper response from them.
            Please do the needfull is reuested.

              On 4th of Oct I gave my lenovo G505 laptop at Dadar service center as my laptop problem regarding softwer I submitted my laptop then next day (they told me to collect laptop next day ) I called sevice center and lady over phone is talking very bad manner
              Even after that they have not done anything with my laptop as they told they gonna check what problem is and fix but they didn't want to do
              So had to take my laptop back as it is nothing is done waste if time and money and they also wanted 500 service charges for doing nothing

                I have given my lenovo mob a536 to authorised service centre fortune service, first flour merryland squire, thiruthiyadu road, calicut on[protected] phone [protected]. But still the status is pending and everytime they are asking new date and they are not responding to my phone call also. How can i trust lenovo,?

                  Dear lenovo, i had submitted my lenovo k4 note at your service center hyderabad (mobi quest - lenovo/motorola mobile service center) on a small repair of speaker voice not clear. the technical team at your service center had made me sit till an hour stating that they would check for the problem and get back to me, they have come back to me stating that there is a issue with the ringer and it has to be changed. as the phone was under warranty and hardly 5 months old they told the warranty can be claimed and promised me to return it in a weeks time. later when i had approched them on the 8th day they have asked me to come on the next day and today when i have asked to return my phone they told that they did not repair the phone as it has got the water damage. had it been with the water damage howcome the technician has checked the entire phone and then took the complaint on the ringer under warranty claim and then why all of a sudden the water damage has come and that too with a different problem of mother board damage. i donot understand whther you have no concern with the customers time, it has taken 10days there was no solution provided to me and now with there shear negligence they have told it as the mother board problem. i would require my phone in proper manner immediately.

                    I have purchase Vibe Shot 4month back, after some time problem started for call dropping and problem of network, so i had contact with Lenovo mobile service center, i have raised complain on 10th of Sept 2016, they have inform me that, there is a problem in PCB so u have to put the phone in service center for 15 days, now its more then 20 days, nothing happen, i have called many times for this issue, but no one is giving proper answer for this, now i am feeling that i did a big mistake that i buy Lenovo mobile,

                      I bought kenobi k4 note online. After 6 months it started developing hardware problems. Proximity sensor, lower volume key not working. Power key fails occasionally. Gurgaon service center says liquid entered phone and demand ₹4800 for repair. Liquid entry claim is not correct. My phone is still under warranty (Purchased on 27.03.16). Give a solution. Service center is not at all customer friendly.

                        I purchased a lenovo a6000 plus phone through flipkart and have its bill. Last month i had issue with my phone. When i went to the service center with bill they asked for money even though i had warranty for phone. It was problem with phone's software so i could not be blamed for it. They did not do it for free and i had to pay for repair of phone.

                          Ten days back i has been purchased one LENOVA K 5 NOTE model in on line unfortunately it has sim card try locked when i insert a sim card so i went lenova service point CEBROS CENTRE IN egmore service persons attend and get the mobile in out of warranty and they will charge Rs.400 because of my mistake i was wrongly insert the try that is O.K but the problem is they said your mobile mother board has been damaged so you have to change the mother board that cost will be around Rs.6500 after that i came back my home and i have tried another sim card it was working so that is not mother board problem that is sim card problem, we are believe and go for Authorized service center but they are doing like this.

                            I have purchased online one lenovo vibe K4 Note mobile handset from amazon of Rs.11999 on dtd 26.04.2016 bearing Invoice no .KA-BLR[protected]. But after three months it was not functioning. I approached Lenovo service center, Patna then he told that mother board is damage . After charging Rs. 2500/= he repaired the handset on dtd 01.09.2016 & gave warranty of one month.But even before one month again my mobile handset was not functioning. Again i approached Lenovo Service Center, Patna on dtd 21.09.2016 but he refused to repair again stating that its mother board is again damaged
                            My grievance is that how the mother board of my mobile handset defective within 3 months . It must be manufacturing defect.
                            So, either replace my mobile handset or refund the amount

                              As i brought a laptop from vijay sales on 7/8/16 and within a span of 1and half month the laptop has a problem with his display and theri customer support come in and change the led screen of laptop after changing he tell that their is a problem with motherboard not in led while changing led he broke the old one and due to that he has to replace it, which he has done, but my concern is there is lack of knowledge to lenovo customer support and also i want new replacement due to major parts get change within a span of 1and half months. And i got only 1 year warranty.

                              Now my warranty has been expired. And before warranty getting expired I asked for extended warranty. But they denied and now the same issues has been arised...of motherboard...and now I am not been able to use my laptop which was worth 40k

                                I had network issue in lenevo k3 note and approached autherised lenevo service centre for issue on 6 sept 2016 and handedover my smart phone. My phone is under warranty with imei no [protected]. But till date i did not get any call or intimation from service centre regarding the the repair.

                                Every time i call them i get the same answer "we will inform" but alas.

                                    I purchased lenovo vibe s1 from online amazon (seller: cloudtail) store, unfortunately that mobile got an issue with the display, i was contacted to lenovo service centre suggested by lenovo customer care, which is mobi quest in kphp colony hyderabad city, it covers in warranty, i have submitted (25th aug 2016) there, they promised me it will repaired in 10 to 15 days max, but till date not provided eta, and they replied it was getting delay with delivery service centre, i am really frustrated with the lenovo service, they are not giving it back, almost 40 days till now, please help me in this issue, no body responded from service centre or lenovo company side. i have escalated to maximum contacts found in internet, no one given response. please do needful help. this is my contact number [protected]. my email id : [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      I was facing slow charging issue with my mobile(which was under warranty), so submitted it to lenovo service center on 27th of aug, on the same day got call saying its a case of liquid damage, so u will be charged 1200 as rearing cost.I gave my approval & waited for a week but didn't get any call so tried calling them after many attempts they picked the call (everyone visiting that service center facing the issue that service center guys hardly picks the call) & told me that we will let u know the status by evening EOD, but did't get any call, same thing happen for next 3 days...so finally i visited service center on 8th sep & I came to know that they have not even stared repairing it so i asked them to return it but instead of returning they stared repairing it & told me to wait for 30min, I waited for next 1hr but they were not done with it So they told them to visit next day...so i visited next day but I was shocked by knowing that they even dont know the repairing status, I was very angry so asked them to return ASAP...they returned it, while checking I came to know that now mobile was not even charging (which was earlier).
                                      So i met with the manger & told him the entire case (Call response & damage)he told me to keep mobile for 2-3days n assured me that he will make sure to repair it or atleast try to bring it to earier condition...& took his mobile no..as Service center's no was of no use...
                                      I called him on monday 12sep he told me that its not yet repaired plz come on Wednesday (I waited till 16th sep but didnt get any call from him either) so visited on 17th, the condition was same..mobile was damaged & no one was taking responsibility ...Finally they returned mobile in dead condition saying we are not responsible for any damage during repairing...
                                      My mobile was in service center for more than 20days but got only 1 call that to on first day & returned my mobile in damaged condition.(It was literally mental harassment)...

                                      side by side i decided to file a complaint against service center to Lenovo ...so shooted mail to '[protected]@lenovo.com" on 12th sep...
                                      Got reply on 14th Saying..

                                      Firstly, allow me to apologize on behalf of Lenovo and we deeply regret to learn the amount of inconvenience you had to go undergo.

                                      I sent him all document on 18th sep...
                                      but dint get any response from them, I mailed him on 19th for acknowledgement ... there after I mailed him everyday (till today) for the action they are taking...but till date no response from them...

                                      My only concern is their response...Which is literally mental harassment...
                                      plz help me out.

                                        I am a user of lenovo k4 note.
                                        I trusted lenovo for its features and build quality but later i came to know the truth.
                                        I paid 12500 for my phone but it does not even have volte feature.
                                        after updating it the volte feature has gone.Generally update means new features but according to lenovo it means update will reduce the features o[censored]r phone.
                                        I mailed them my issue but the response was none.
                                        There was no response.
                                        I request lenovo to introduce volte feature in lenovo k4 note.
                                        Otherwise i will not recommend it to anyone.i will make them to buy mi phones instead.
