Sir as i am a user of lenovo smartphone model zuk z1.

complaint no: soin[protected].
Service centre has promised to repair my mobile in 7 days but now it is 20 days and no promise of repairing the phone or when it will be done.
So plz kindly look into these matter as i purchased this model bcoz of company reputation and brand value.
But after sale service is very bad.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
what the bloddy why are u just running the lenovo services i have given my mobile phone k4 note with a calling problem but inreturn they just kep my mobile for 7 days and created one more problem they have just broken my down speaker of my mobile who the hell is lenovo owner 1st of all bloddy lenovo k4 note i want my problem to be solve my phn no [protected] other wise i will go to the consumer court

    On 16 Jan 2016 I have purchased above product online through amazon but since its activation it does not work properly.Now it has gone out of order.This product is within warranty claim as such I request you to either replace it or inform me service centre in Nashik (Maharastra) from where I can get it repaired.I have paid cost of ₹ 1225 for this product but not satisfied with its use.

      Start Date of Incident : March-12th 2016
      Briefly about the issues faced.
      1) Camera defect
      2) Key board manufacturing defect
      3) Adapter issues
      4) Worst service
      5) Worst service in customer care center
      6) Mother board issue
      7)Damage on the laptop( This one i am not sure from which end it was happened, but today got confirmed what ever i have raised a complaint it was the damage from their end.
      8)Irresponsible answers from Engineers and false information provided.

      As an employee it is mandatory for me to work personally, and i would like to start business and contacted with different clients, motivated people for development work.
      because of this laptop faced loss of total business, time, health, got in proper services, they hided complete information, completely false statements provided by Lenovo engineer.

      Because of their negligence support i lost my confidence and lost business opportunity, and they damaged my laptop with negligence, and irresponsible support make me cry and they made me in panic state.

      I am looking for justice more than the physical damage what they have done, they mentally tortured me like any thing.

      Even i have submitted all my evidences to the Lenovo south India head(harsha vardan), even they are saying sorry for the issues happen and they are accepting miss from their end. Kindly do the needful regarding same.

      And it should not happen to any other in future.
      Even because of my innocence, i have done a mistake and only they are saying that you only accepted it. i am ready to prove their negligence support.

        Hi All,

        I am writing this complaint after experiencing the lenovo support which is too bad and frustrating for Laptop ThinkPad E450. They have given 3 years onsite support warranty but they don't know how to contact customers, don't understand critical issues and how to deliver solution in given ETA.

        They are working unprofessionally. I have spent two weeks to deliver my laptop info and they are not able to assign any single engineer to provide onsite support yet.

        They are not giving direct support, taking services of Wipro. If you know Wipro then you will be definitely aware about there services too.

        Don't go for Lenovo Laptops ever.

          I have raised the complain regards to system is very slow and provide the relevant log and details to respective engineer and call center team in the 1st week of August 2016 .

          After doing multiple followup they are routing me to HCL support and Wipro support team and showing attitude and not proving the service

          I called call center team more that 50 times and drop an email to respective team more that 20 time and received unnecessary call from all their vendor.

          I have purchased Lenovo model is G50-45 on 4th May'16 and this is the 1st complaint and that also not fixed

              This service center is very unprofessional.I m giving my phone to them for repairing it has some touch and software problem they said it need to replace the motherboard I said it fine I gave it almost 12 days before they said to pick your phone after 1 week when I arrive there they said part was not available come after 1 week what's that we are free over here we don't have work and specially the environment was so crowdy there were no systematic way to deal with the customer.now I m trying to call them also the call was not connecting. same thing happen to my uncle too.I just want they change their environment be in some professional or else u shut down this service center because they don't provide any service to us but trouble us badly

                  I purchased my Lenovo Vibe S1 mobile phone on 10th May'16. Till Aug 2nd week, it was working perfectly OK but after that suddenly the phone was dead i.e not switching ON. I went to your service center at Sahara Mall, MG Road Gurgaon. They repaired the phone by replacing display unit & delivered the phone after almost 7 days. Since then the the battery started draining very fast and I had to carry power bank all the time & by the 3rd week of Sep, my mobile started getting switching off automatically even with 60-70% of the battery.

                  The full charged battery used to last only 1.5 to 2 hrs. Again I went to your same service center on 19th Sep'16, they again took 2 days to repair the phone & delivered to me on 21st Sep'16 citing that the software has been updated. Just after taking the delivery, when I went outside the service center & switched ON the phone it again started switching OFF again & again. Again I went to Service center & complaint regarding the same. Again the phone was deposited in service center for further 3 days.

                  This is really frustrating & I am really disappointed with the product as well as the service of Lenovo.

                  This is the worst phone which I have owned in last 15 year & the service experience is also unimaginably unsatisfactory.

                    Product quality is worst
                    I created return request, it has defect in it at the time of deliver. i raised problem to flip-kart but has not resolved problem, even the lenovo company has not resolved the problem of it, i have raised the problem on next couple of day of the deliver of the product and wait till 30 to 40 day they are not going to solve the problem, yesterday around 1:30 they said they are not going solve the problem of the product
                    I have calles their customer care more than 1 times, they have supported to escalate this upto their level. but outcome there is no resolution yet today. almost more than 1 an half month over.
                    I have only one way to raised the complaints because i paid 35000 rs to laptop and they gave me defect product to me now they are saying that it is your problem
                    Defects : battery is not fitting properly, keyboard panel is not in good condition and edges of screen has a problem

                      I recently bought this phone from flipkart. I am facing problems in mobile data connection for 3g connection. I am using Airtel network and 3g signal strength is very good in my home. But when I switch on 3g internet and try to browse no web page are opened. All time it displayed in web browser that error in network connection. When I connect for 2g Internet this problem doesn't occurred. Sometimes I was able to connect to 3g internet after restarting mobile but internet speed don't exceeds more than 12-15 kbps which is my 2g internet speed. Also mobile get heated up too much while internet is on. Also it got heated up in outside the home due to increased brightness. Battery drains very fast about in 3-4 hrs o[censored]se it goes down from 100% to 0%. Please do something quick about above mentioned problems. May better to replace this set since it is only 13 days before I bought it.

                              I bought a lenovo vibe s1 on january 31, 2016.

                              Unfortunately, the camera lens has been broken and i went to the following service centre to order the spare.

                              It's been two months now, i have not yet received the spare. When i contact service centre, they are asking me to contact customer service.

                              When i contact customer service, they dont have any details.

                              Both are pointing at each other and no body is trying to resolve the issue.

                              It is very pathetic that a well known brand is taking more than 2 months to resolve a simple hardware issue.

                              I didnt expect this from lenovo. Samsung service is far far better than this.

                              I want this issue resolved as soon as possible or need an escalation email address.

                              I am even willing to file a case against lenovo.

                                I bought a lenovo vibe k5 on 10th of august from amazon. Few days back suddenly the charger started getting loose connecting so i called up customer care to enquire about my accessory warranty coverage. They suggested me to visit lenovo service centre woth my phone bill, mobile handset n charger to get my charger exchanged as it is under warranty. I went to dhakuria, kolkata, service centre on next day. The service centre lady checked my charger nd said its faulty so we will replace it but it will take 15days..i was ok with it..then she said u jave to submit your mobile also as we need to update it as its a standard procedure of lenovo.even then i agreed as she said she will return my handset within 2hrs...then she said that your handset may go dead while upgrading and in that case we will keep your mobile with us to repair for 30-45days!

                                Now my question is why on earth my handset will get affected for replacement of a charger? And if they are so sure that a perfectly working handset might go dead after upgradation then whats the need of doing it? Ist it a harrassment to customer? I refused to get my charger replaced at the cost of my handset's postmortem. Then to my surprise the lady suggested you can get a data cable from market at a price ₹90. Really...rhen why dont you stop covering accessory under warranty..so that atleast we as customer will think before purchasing a lenovo set!

                                Attached the slip where i have asked the lady to write that upgradation is mandatory for replacement of charger.

                                        I have purchased last month Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile through Amazon .com

                                        However after two weeks it is not displaying network even though recognising sim cards like airplane mode on.

                                        We don't know whom to contact how to get the problem solved and we hardly use this phone and have very good faith on Lenovo brand. Please suggest me how to get new phone and how to return this phone.
