Respected sir,
My name is teju yadav and am living in new delhi. I have bought a lenovo mobile phone lenovo vibe k4 note, imei-[protected] on 08 june 2016, and after 2 months the phone gets in problem of hand free jack not working by itself, so i have contacted the authorized service center of lenovo phone, technocare solutions pvt. Ltd. At upper ground floor f-11, janak palace, district center, new delhi-110058 and submitted my phone to the service center on 30 august 2016 (Job sheet attached), and till 03 october they are still making excuses for my phone, they are give me excuse every time when i am visited at service center. Already. So please consider about my problem and help me for getting the my phone or refundable amount of my phone. Thank you

Firstly my laptop having problem with port then i gave to lenovo service center . they fixed this problem but after this i am facing another problem my laptop start automatically without power on, when i plugged charger
even I am facing the same issue, given my phone on 25th Aug, till now no ETA, very worse service from Lenovo.

    The worst phone and company ever. By mistake my screen broke and these guys gave me an estimate of Rs33000 for a phone worth Rs 32000. When I had a talk to the customer care guy, he told me that your PCB will be changed, does the pcb cost more than a phone? And on to which, my phone was workinv fine before submitting and now it has even stopped working, because I have told them not to repair it.

After 3 days I have received my mobile from care centre as above mentioned but they could not solve my problem and they harassed with my mobile . I am not satisfied with the care centre nor lenovo company

      Warranty of mobile remaining 10 Days .

      I have purchased lenovo K 3 Note mobile through online e-bay. my mobile is working properly and facing network problem since i have purchased. I am also visited lenovo care centre for check up but they could not solve the problems and harassing with my mobile . warranty of my mobile remaining 13 days is due. last time I am visited lenovo care centre at Mobile Gallery Address:Shop No-3, Near Hotel Jantagar, Bus Station Road, Bhuj, Kutch-370001 and they hold my mobile 3 days but they could not solve the problems (network issue) and harassed with my mobile My mobile S/No. HA0ESJBW

          Some touch points on Right hand side are not working.
          Message keys like back, p, l
          After dialling a call then for extention call when press -point 3.it will not work
          Theses points are less sensitive.
          Customer care at Bharuch is not ready to attend and understand this problem.
          My phone is under warranty.
          How can I suggest to anybody for Lenovo.

            Hi all, i have purchased this phone a month back from amazon india, it has promised a lot but :

            Hanging issue,
            Heating up during usage and charge.
            No update on marshmallow as of now (Ota)
            Many times it does malfunctions, like wise disappearing the icons at desktop, touch screen become non responsive, and finally worst is it would not even wake the screen sometime.

            Request you to look into the issues, even every social media, groups, forums have mentioned these issues of zuk z1, so please fix these problems dear lenovo.

              On 19.09.16 I gave my phone at authorized lenovo service centre Sahid nagar Bhubaneswar, at BMC bhawani mall, as it was getting hanged and also getting on and off repeatedly.
              The personnel told that it will take 7 to 10 days and said its a battery problem and took Rs 200/- towards advance.

              After 8 days when i went there they had not touched my phone and when asked about it they put a battery and said its done.

              while starting my phone there it didn't started and they said its a software problem and updated the software. the problem was not solved and the manager said he will deliver tomorrow. Even though i lost all my data by software update.

              Next day when i inquired he said it will take another day and like wise from monday to thursday he didnt deliver.
              On thursday evening when i went there he said that its a motherboard problem and it will take another week to solve the problem.

              when inquired the manager said that first my complain will be closed for battery and then another complain number will be created.

              The gentlemen, who is the manager over there even humiliated me, by saying whether i know the meaning of "corporate" and whether i am aware of their operating procedures.

              My humble submission..
              Is there any protection available in this country to consumers from such business practices or not.

              Hope i will get some help from you.

                I had purchased this phone 3 months back. It was working well but all of sudden poor network coverage/No network issue came. I had given phone to service center and they replaced android software. But still issue exist. I again given phone to service center and this time they found a small dent at lower left body of the phone so out of warranty. I paid them 1000/- and they told that they have replaced IC. But still problem is coming. I mailed to "Write to Sudipto Ghosh (India Services Executive Director) at [protected]@lenovo.com" but no response from them as well.

                I am mentally harassed after purchasing of this phone.

                If anyone can help me...let know

                  Had received an OTA update on the 2nd week of september 2016, the update was successful without any problem. On the very next day the display went off while answering a call, the call was disconnected and phone started heating up all of a sudden, power button was not helping hence i was forced to remove the battery, tried taking it to the service centre, they tried reinstalling the software but failed, said the motherboard needs to be replaced and will cost me Rs.6100 including service charge as i was out of warranty a month ago, well i bought the phone for Rs.6000 and have to pay more than that to get the board replaced. Now when i power up the device the Lenovo logo screen is flickering after that the display goes off, can also hear the music after complete boot up.

                  The phone had no issues till the update, well the company is responsible for the the failure should not have provided update that was not stable, and they are taking advantage of it by looting customers whose warranty is out. I met many customers with similar issues after update. Lenovo after sale service has let me down.

                  Those who are thinking of buying this or any other lenovo phone, its not just a6000 owners thats suffering.

                  Do not buy lenovo phones !

                      I wish to draw your attention to an issue with motherboard of my Lenovo all in one desktop model number C 40-30, Serial number :P900LYGX purchased on 17th November 2015.It was working fine up to Aug 2016.

                      I first made a verbal complaint to customer care on 29th Aug 2016 regarding desktop getting power off with in few seconds whenever after starting the computer.Complaint register number :[protected].From Mangalore service center service engineer visited, inspected and found motherboard is having problem.They ordered for motherboard, order number:[protected] on 31 Aug 2016.The motherboard which has been sent from Lenovo service, Bangalore had the problem, So second time they ordered for another motherboard, order number:[protected] on 5th Sep 2016. The motherboard received second time also repeated the same problem. So they ordered for another one third time, order number:[protected] on 22 Sep 2016. the third time received motherboard also had the same problem.

                      Lenovo service team could not able to solve this problem.

                      I am writing this letter to bring your attention that i am unhappy with the quality of service, and could not fix the problem, I am very upset with your customer care staff performance .They used to deal with quite inefficiently and did not show any interest which must be shown while dealing with the customer. Due to this problem i can not recommend anybody to buy Lenovo computers
                      .
                      As it is in the warranty period please resolve this problem or replace with new A.I.O .

                      I definitely need this problem to be solved as soon as possible.Unless this issue is resolved promptly, then unfortunately i will be forced to take further action.

                      I expect an email from yourself at the earliest to inform me how you are going to solve this issue.

                        I Joel rodrigues brought a lenovo K4 note onluine (AMAZON) in may 2016.after 2 months my Phone automatically shuts down and never turned up. I took my phone to service center .Even though my phone is in warranty they asked me to pay for the charges which is 1500.Later after a week i once again visited to thge service center and this time they infortmed me there is a problem with the display and battery and this time they asked me to pay Rs7600 .My phone costs of Rs12000and its still under warranty but i was not comfortable with it so my phone is still off . my issue is yet not resolved . if this is the case ill have to take a serious action and as well i have videos of the phone getting shut down . please look into my matter . please revert me back on [protected]@gmail.com or [protected] before i take strict actions.

                          I am constrained to write this letter to you seeking your intervention regarding the service centre of lenovo smart phone at kolkata, hcl service, 7 khairu place, kolkata-700072.
                          I have purchased lenovo smart phone k4note, model no. A7010a48, imei - [protected] & [protected], ordered through amazon.com on 10.08.2016 and received the same on 18.08.2016 and the mobile became unworkable for non-functioning of touch screen on 28.08.2016.
                          I have reached the kolkata service centre of lenovo (Above mentioned address) on 24.09.2016 at 3.28pm and my complaint was registered at 6.50pm with customer service order no. Soin[protected].
                          The service centre was supposed to call me on monday (26.09.2016), but till this time they are unable to do the same, which show lack of efficiency of the services.
                          From above you can understand the difficulties faced by the customer in purchasing lenovo product & service rendered by the organization, which also justified the miserable standard quality of their product.
                          I importune you to looking to the matter for early making good of this new material or replace the same with good quality of product without further delay.

                            The above mentioned item was purchased from flipcart on 27th june 2016.
                            When faced trouble went to nearby service centre at ranchi. The treatment of the person is disguting. He opened the set and told that mother board is damaged due to water. And rtried to show unexisted rust and refuse to give service. What i realised a great mistake commmited by buying linovo set. Your ranchi service centre is not atall giving reasonable service what i noticed during my wait.

                              I have bought a lenovo a6000 plus mobile phone (imei /serial no. [protected]) through flipkart on 18.10.15 (invoice date). now for the last few days there is a gross malfunction involving the typing, opening menu and its other functions. i brought the phone at the nearest servicing centre at salt lake, kolkata yesterday on 23.9.16. the service provider there refused to render a free service despite being within the warranty period on the pretext that the one corner of the phone was not as smooth as the other three corners, so she took it as the touchscreen problem which according to her, is not covered under warranty. but the touchscreen of my mobile is totally unblemished, only one corner of the metal/plastic body is a little ragged.
                              The claim of the service provider regarding the touchscreen damage is completely ridiculous. lenovo had a good reputation to me so far and i never believed that i will end up with such a poor quality service.
                              Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                                I am user of lenova. I bought it from one year ago. With in 4 months i had face many complaints on my lap top. I wondered how a laptop can be worst with in one year. Now i had faced the keyboard and mouse key pointer problem. Some time the mouse key pointer will stuck while using and hang the laptop. Not only mouse pad but also key board too have this problem. I feel pity how world wide company this much local parts for high price laptop. Why you use this kind of local parts on good laptop. It is impossible to replace with my own money bicuase it is very loss to me. So i think you will resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                  I purchased a Lenovo Y50 on 8/08/15.Since then three internal replacements have been done out of which 1st and 3rd resulted in a damage internally due to improper handling by servicing team .As a result I face a problem and the Lenovo Servicing team is not ready to resolve or to replace the part as my product is out of ADP neither do they accept their fault regarding damaging the product.My Question is should the customer also check the product internally after each and every service.
                                  Shame on the lenovo service team and sales team.
                                  Cheap Quality.
                                  I have attached a video of today when I went with the issue of my previous complaint. The guy again broke an internal plastic hook while removing the lower end.

                                    My VIBE mobile is within a warranty period purchased on 12th December 2015 Handset No. [protected] Lenovo.

                                    My sim card is Idea. Since last few days my handset automatically goes on Mobile data due to which my pre paid balance is getting deducted. I always take care to put the mobile data off. Despite this the handset automatically opens the mobile data.

                                    Due to this problem I had handed over this handset to your Authorised service centre 'BM GADGET SERVICES PVT LTD on 23RD Sept 2016. The Address of your service centre is 1st Floor, Meenal Arcade, next to Samudra Hotel, Nal Stop, Erandwane, Karve Road, Pune 411004, contact No.[protected]

                                    Orally I was told that this problem will get resolved in 2 to 3 days. Today when I called them again they replied it will take another 3-4 days.

                                    When I asked why, I was told that this service centre is opened 2-3 days back and they don't know the systems yet.

                                    This Mobile Display Automatically broken the display they are not supported warranty, This Device display very worst Quality i seen more than 10 person same Issue, This product Display price 5, 500, it's very expensive . warranty pride not broken this after taking photo keep it inside packet, after 10 mints Taken this broken.

                                      I have purchased the Lenovo Zuk Z1 a few months back and now the network will not work. This phone has caused me a lot of trouble and they say that it will take a long time to fix it. What am I supposed to do? How can a phone that costs 13500 not perform basic functions of a phone. This is terrible on their part and I am not the only one facing this issue. Please let me know what can be done.

                                        I purchased Lenovo handset on Dec 15with one year warranty. Suddenly Internet was not working, I called customer care& got address of service center. I went & showed handset to HCL Services (Lenovo authorized service center) on 03 Sept 2016. Till date no response from both Lenovo & HCL inspite of repeated emails & phone calls. Even the executive director Sudipto Ghosh has given false assurance through his mail dt. 22 Sept 2016 of resolving the issue but till today nothing has happen.
                                        Through this forum I am filling this complaint & demanding that I should get brand new handset from Lenovo.
                                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
