I recently bought this phone from flipkart. I am facing problems in mobile data connection for 3g connection. I am using Airtel network and 3g signal strength is very good in my home. But when I switch on 3g internet and try to browse no web page are opened. All time it displayed in web browser that error in network connection. When I connect for 2g Internet this problem doesn't occurred. Sometimes I was able to connect to 3g internet after restarting mobile but internet speed don't exceeds more than 12-15 kbps which is my 2g internet speed. Also mobile get heated up too much while internet is on. Also it got heated up in outside the home due to increased brightness. Battery drains very fast about in 3-4 hrs o[censored]se it goes down from 100% to 0%. Please do something quick about above mentioned problems. May better to replace this set since it is only 13 days before I bought it.

    Sir actually I have purchased a new laptop on 29th August 2016,
    After that purchasing of my laptop my display is not working..
    So I have lodge a complaint on 1 sept.2016
    .
    Till now my issue has not at been resolved now..
    Calling to lenovo care but there are telling me lie.
    So Its my humble request request to you that plse refund my money or take a serious action regarding my lenovo laptop..

      I purchased lenovo i5 processor laptop on 2014 Deepali. So I got 2 year additional warranty ...but in this time, my display become complaint and I didn't got the warranty in it . I check my mail and I got a false email from u . We are customers and I believe u r product ...but now I lost it . And I go to the legally about ur product and warranty issue .

          I bought a lenovo vibe s1 on january 31, 2016.

          Unfortunately, the camera lens has been broken and i went to the following service centre to order the spare.

          It's been two months now, i have not yet received the spare. When i contact service centre, they are asking me to contact customer service.

          When i contact customer service, they dont have any details.

          Both are pointing at each other and no body is trying to resolve the issue.

          It is very pathetic that a well known brand is taking more than 2 months to resolve a simple hardware issue.

          I didnt expect this from lenovo. Samsung service is far far better than this.

          I want this issue resolved as soon as possible or need an escalation email address.

          I am even willing to file a case against lenovo.

          Therefore, I request you to supply the headphone to me.

            I bought a lenovo vibe k5 on 10th of august from amazon. Few days back suddenly the charger started getting loose connecting so i called up customer care to enquire about my accessory warranty coverage. They suggested me to visit lenovo service centre woth my phone bill, mobile handset n charger to get my charger exchanged as it is under warranty. I went to dhakuria, kolkata, service centre on next day. The service centre lady checked my charger nd said its faulty so we will replace it but it will take 15days..i was ok with it..then she said u jave to submit your mobile also as we need to update it as its a standard procedure of lenovo.even then i agreed as she said she will return my handset within 2hrs...then she said that your handset may go dead while upgrading and in that case we will keep your mobile with us to repair for 30-45days!

            Now my question is why on earth my handset will get affected for replacement of a charger? And if they are so sure that a perfectly working handset might go dead after upgradation then whats the need of doing it? Ist it a harrassment to customer? I refused to get my charger replaced at the cost of my handset's postmortem. Then to my surprise the lady suggested you can get a data cable from market at a price ₹90. Really...rhen why dont you stop covering accessory under warranty..so that atleast we as customer will think before purchasing a lenovo set!

            Attached the slip where i have asked the lady to write that upgradation is mandatory for replacement of charger.

              I'm writing to inform you that. I'm facing the problem in my lenovo smart phone
              Contain model no:a7010a48 emi no :[protected] i'm facing the major problem since i made on purchase on amazon. The problem is with mic. And they are not providing the service. I'm not satisfied with your service. They even ignore to replace the set. They are unable to solve my query. Which i'm facing in my phone. Again the kep my phone with them in service centre, and asked me to wait for for 7 days. I hope you'll solve my query asap. How can i manage without phone. I attached the documents whichi got from the lenovo, i requested you to take an action. On urgent basis.                     I have purchased last month Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile through Amazon .com

                    However after two weeks it is not displaying network even though recognising sim cards like airplane mode on.

                    We don't know whom to contact how to get the problem solved and we hardly use this phone and have very good faith on Lenovo brand. Please suggest me how to get new phone and how to return this phone.

                      An unsatisfied service by lenovo.

                      Sent several mails tried reaching Customer support no response.
                      Worst customer service .

                      Getting calls from some people asking to deposit money to refund the deflict mobile.

                      Have issues on this K4 note from day one i bought it...

                      Will any customer give the phone for service i. The first month of purchase... I did in a week...

                      Requested to replace the piece. But not got a proper solution for it till now...

                      Following r the common issues.

                      *Memory card not getting read properly.
                      *Sensor and touch issue..
                      *Phone gets switch off often for no reason...
                      *Calls r not transmitted properly.
                      *Phone hanging issue..

                        Lenovo BTC is a fake offer. Under this offer, Lenovo says the customer can purchase costly goodies at reduced price. It is for the customers who purchase the laptop. They will make the customers pay for the goodies and will never ship the goodies. After payment for the goodies, lenovo will inform that the product will be shipped within 21 days. Lenovo will ensure that you are never informed about this before the payment. After 21 days, if we enquire the lenovo about the goodies, they will inform that the product is out of stock. I am not sure why lenovo asks the customer for payment when the product is out of stock.
                        The worst part is that when you purchase the laptop, the shop keeper will not inform you about the procedure of availing this offer. I was in the assumption that I can purchase the goodies from the shop itself. But, he told me to mail lenovo customer care / fill few forms in their site to avail this offer. Only after invoicing the laptop, you will be informed about the procedure for availaing offer.

                        Search for lenovo BTC in google gives very bad opinion about lenovo. Even in 2015, they have cheated people.

                          i am from goa, i had called ibm toll free number because am having some issue with my ibm server motherboard . its out of warranty and ibm gave me one email id to contact for support they are not giving local support contact also. he gave just a email id. and i sent a mail on that email id ([protected]@lenovo.com) and explained my all problem. but now 1 month passed no reply at all . i dont knw what happen to lenovo service now. is that email is correct or some other i have to contact. please reply. thanks

                            I bought a Lenovo ( G50-45) laptop in mid-July 2016 from Vijay Sales in Gurgaon sec 29 shop. But after using 1st time I found that laptop is not working properly. The laptop was very slow to open any site. Either there is no issue with my Internet. ( I'm using another HP laptop which working great from last 2 years and using Airtel 16 Mbps high-speed internet). In last 1 month I used this laptop just 3 times. and now yesterday when I thought to work on the (So called branded ) laptop I found that it has some hardware issue. laptop right click is not working (OMG I completely lost my 23K ). I called at Lenovo customer care Tollfree no [protected] and it was not contactable ( There was a recorded msg that '' Sorry No Service Available, You can call us at our working time between 10 Am to 7 Pm ) wtf is this it was 5.45pm when I dialed that no.
                            I'm a working professional and I can't use mobile during my working time so now this Laptop is creating many problems for me.
                            I cant use this for my work. Now I want a helpful and right solution from Lenovo ( Refund my money or change this product ASSP)

                              My mobile lenovo k50a40 is not working properly since when i purchase the mobile. I purchased on 18th september 2015. Since february or march i m getting problem of lenovo launcher, every 2-3 days my lenovo launcher always stop after that i have to restore it on my self and after restore it occurs continuously. My mobile motherboard changed 3-4 times (I. E. [protected], [protected], [protected]) these are imei no. Of my mobile. Since 4-5 months i m facing problem of net, in my mobile data is not working but wifi is working properly and i changed so many sim and trying different different company sim but i m facing same problem with lenovo launcher. Lenovo service center in rdc rajnagar they update my software 14-15 times but i receiving same problem every time.in 2 days they update software 4-5 times (I. E. Yesterday, today) but no resolution received to me. When ever i go to service center they always say that from now you will not receive the problem and they failed every time. On 18th september 2016 my mobile warranty will finish. So i want my mobile to replaced and extended my mobile warranty. I have mailed to higher level in lenovo but i didnt get response from there.

                                I have my charging cable in warning period .due to some problems, there is some mistake in cable. so i want to change cable.
                                when i went to concern lenovo centre (Jaipur), then they said it would be 10-15 days in replacement with new cable.there is no action regarding this. and they have no supoort to customer . i am not satisfied with your service.they are not giving a proper answer to me .i.e when cable will be come in service centre. how much time it will be taken by you .
                                i have very big issue to charge my phone.so u tell me how i can charge my phone.if you are not providing me cable to charge my phone.
                                so my request is to you, please read and give me proper answer . i am waiting for your reply.

                                    I bought a phone and within 2 months it has network issue and lenovo has given details of many customer centers in Bangalore in website but once we call noone attends the call and when we go to the centre all the centers are closed and not functioning now. The customer care toll free number they have given ie[protected] is also not working. I finally found a sercice center in Rajaji nagar Bangalore. I gave phone there almost one month back and still i didnt get it. They are not picking the call even after calling many times. Wirst customer care in the world. Never go for Lenovo Smart phone
