I bought a lenovo vibe s1 on january 31, 2016.
Unfortunately, the camera lens has been broken and i went to the following service centre to order the spare.

It's been two months now, i have not yet received the spare. When i contact service centre, they are asking me to contact customer service.
When i contact customer service, they dont have any details.
Both are pointing at each other and no body is trying to resolve the issue.
It is very pathetic that a well known brand is taking more than 2 months to resolve a simple hardware issue.
I didnt expect this from lenovo. Samsung service is far far better than this.
I want this issue resolved as soon as possible or need an escalation email address.
I am even willing to file a case against lenovo.

I had purchased one Lenovo vive K5 Note vide order No. OD[protected] which was shipped to me by an EKART Wish Master. When I opened the box containing mobile, I found that except Headphone, all things were present.
Therefore, I request you to supply the headphone to me.
