Today i visited levis store in mg road, trivndrum, kerala.Normally i bought otto shirt, for a change i visited here. But the customer service is too bad. I asked the saleman about 42 size of shirt, he told me that size is mention in the shirt itself without come and show where it is stacked. Ie, i need to check all the shirts in your shop and find out 42 size shirt like a treasure hunt. That time i am not seen any customer in that area. It is my first experiense from a branded shop. So bad...

Dear concern,
I bought the pair of wide jeans for the first time in my life from levis - Ahmedabad. I totally loved the product and was excited to try it on. But just in one month, the fitting of the jeans is totally gone. It's soo loose that it is looking like a pyjama now. I bought a very costly jeans just for the fitting and comfort but it is gone just in 2 months.
I request you to help me with the problem. Kindly contact if you need more information related to the product image.

I have brought a T Shirt in Amritsar .Your product T Shirt manufactured November 2019..But the seller of the Shop has sold me T Shirt Rs..1399 as fresh articles..Kindly verified and replied manufactured in November 2019 fresh or on sale ...

I had placed an order today in levi.in site.
The payment was successful by google pay. I have attached the screen shot of the same. But the order wasn't placed and the page on Levi didn't show any change, neither successful nor cancelled. Kindly look into it and confirm the same.

The people in store are not letting us try articles and without trying noone can but

Got 34 size slim tapered fit denizen jeans from flipkart..
But it measure 36 in waist and hip also 45inches around.
How passed quality check?
As is stretchable half inch minus is acceptable..But this is 2inch plus.

My brother is a very loyal customer of Levis products since year 1998. For such a long association with usage of your product, he had hardly come across any grievance or dissatisfaction about the product until I encountered a bitter experience of having discovered a defect in one of mine last purchase, the jeans pant worth Rs.3399/ purchased on 8/04/2021 from your factory outlet beside Mc donalds, Chandigarh road, Kohara ( Punjab ), vide Tax Invoice Trans# . The pant fabric started threading away at a few places to my utter discontent barely 1 to 2 months after its purchase.

Keeping in mind the quality of earlier purchases in my family I had opted for your Brand but sorry to say this was worst decision as the feedback from your customer representative is really not up to mark & it really shameful for the Brand like Levis for selling such a cheap quality product under your Brand name that will ultimately spoil the image of the firm .


Contrary to my hope of getting a positive & favorable reply as a loyal buyer of Levis product, I was informed on Tue, 6 Jul 2021 at 14:55 by the outlet sales person/supervisor named Rocky (

I had requested for return of the product on 8th June, 2021. I have received an email dated 8th June, 2021 informing me that my request for return of the product has been accepted vide Return Order Number is INDR1031763. Accordingly, I have received a SMS from Delhivery on 9th June, 2021 informing me that the Levis Strauss package with AWB[protected] will be picked up. The said package was picked up from my place by Delivery executive on 11th June, 2021.

However, again I have received a message from Delivery Agent on 18th June, 2021 that they would come to pick up the package and I had also received a call from the executive on 18th June, 2021 at about 05:15 pm. I have informed the Delivery executive that the package has already been picked up for return on 11th June, 2021.

Thereafter I received the email dated 18th June, 2021 from you stating that the pick up of the package will be rescheduled. As the package has been picked up on 11th June, 2021 there is no question of picking up the package again. kindly let me know the further process of return.
Its more than a month that my package has been picked up and till date no refund is initiated.

Sir i purchased a Levi's denim shorts size 34 but on mesurement it is 39 inches. Hence i went to the store Marda Associates Celebration Mall, Udaipur, Rajasthan,[protected] to exchange it with a smaller size 32 but was refused. kindly help in exchange to a smaller size 32 and if exchange is not possible please process refunds.

I spoke to your one of the customer care representative regarding the exchange of a faulty t-shirt which has issues in the fabric and its stretched out after 2 weeks . I have attached the pictures of the t-shirt. Kindly look into and let me know.

I have purchased this t-shirt on 23/03/2021 with 2199 INR RS in levis showroom sonipat – Haryana 131001.

When i asked for a replacement of this product within warranty period the shoowroom executive denied for exchange and informed me that the t-shirt cannot be exchanged. I contuined since it is not the fault in fabric side and the qa team.i again request them to mail or send t shirt for quality check but they denied and they didnt send any mail to seniors and talking very rudlly like I am a fool or beggar. As per my agaian and again request they took t shirt in showroom since may and tell me that thay will update me shorty regarding this and they call me 5 days ago thet my tshirt was not exchangeable and m surpise to see tht my t shirt and tshirt bag as like I handed over to them even not was not changed they didn’t send mail or my tshirt for checkup they just made me fool after 9-10 visits and waiting for a long period of my time in front of other customers and then said sorry you please come after 3 days. . .

I have all the proof's with me which i recorded in phone and whatsapp message. If you require some more please look into cctv camera which might be recorded.

I am very much heartbroken with their pathetic service by the people in levis showroom sonipat - haryana. Why they have to cheat the people. I would have agreed and spoken to customer care if i would have seen the email which they would have received from the qa team from higher center.

With this, i am concluding that i may approach consumer court if i didn't get any proper response from the customer care side and the showroom side.

I bought 4 jeans on 13/12/2019 (3 of 26" size and 1 of 28 size each). The jeans was not used much because of lockdown and when i start using then it came to my notice that the thread came out from both sides. When i visited the levi store in MGF Metroplitan Mall, Gurgaon they said that the product is tapered and thats why the thread came out.

I have not get it altered and so want this complaint to be bring to your notice. I want the product to be exchanged as i never believed that such a huge brand can do such type of issues with their customers. Being a regular customer and in case of non satisfaction to my complaint would be possible that i have to move to some other brand instead of levis.

This is really not acceptable from such a huge brand so would appreciate to issue a credit note or get my jeans exchanged.

Rest you can decide better.

I bought a tee-shirt from Levi's Store on 19 December 2020 on the ospicoues day of birthday.
I started wear in the mid of April because that was summer . And after the 3 wash it's color completely changed from white to pale yellow. as I am the regular customer of Levi's I want solution for this.

It's been 10 days i have returned the product and now they dont reply to me regarding my refund. Effin scammers never gonna buy from them again.
