I had order a pair of shoes from Levi's India website on 11th may Order ID: IND[protected] which I returned on 13th may as it didn't fit me properly and it was under the return time window, a delivery person from Delivery picked the return with ID:DLVPC[protected] later that day I received an email to send my bank details to initiate a refund, to which I replied with the bank details but 10days pass by I don't get any refund. I contact them by call but noone answers. Then I mailed them, to which they replied after 4 days telling it was refunded and asking me for bank statement, to which I sent my bank statement of previous 4 months and they said they would check with the finance team and get back to me, but there is no reply yet to my mails, this is unfair they can't keep my money for that long I expect a serious action taken against them, I have no other way to contact them except email and dont know what to do, any help will be appreciated.
