I have bought a pair of 3 jeans from mgf gurgaon Levi store one and half year back. Have not used jeans much as due to formal dressing mostly saturday I use them and even in this span of covid not use them on weekends also.

Now I noticed that 1 of my jeans is defective as the stitching come out. One jeans is still kept as it is with tag also thereon.

With such a brnad like Levi I have not expected thia. A jeans of 4400/- is not even worth of 100 if this is the case

Please let me kwn how to get refund for my products.

Order IND[protected] was returned on 9th March and I was promised a refund within 10 days. Its more than 10 days there is no refund issued. I sent several emails and numerous calls. I m given information that order IND[protected] has returned and inspection is complete. Refund has been issued. But where is the money. You have the product as well as money. Levis don't share transaction details with me .Thier customer service is pathetic.
Please refund my money. Every penny matters

Hi, I have been purchasing levis jeans from couple of years... but with in this year I noticed colour of jeans get faded after wash and fitting also I usually buy it from levis store lajpat nagar new delhi

I made a return request, and my shirt has been pick up after long delay, now the shirt is returned, but i'm not getting my refund or and mail from them. and the bad thing about levi's india is they do not contact with there customers, my order no. IND[protected]

I have purchased a jeans from Phoenix Palassio Lucknow. which was in very bad quality I want you to refund my money back whatever I have paid for the jeans. It is in a horrible condition and no one can wear it. I have paid around 10000 rupee only for two items . It’s jeans colour has faded kindly look into this

I purchased a belt which was in very bad quality I want you to refund my money back whatever I have paid for the belt when I bought it or replace it as soon as possible. It is in a horrible condition and no one can wear it. I bought it for Rs. 1700 that too after discount. It’s leather was falling apart already and not it has totally called apart.

I have bought two shirts and two jeans of levis in begusarai, bihar. They didnt give me the original bill of that. I am doubtfull of the quality and standards of the product. The shop is situated in Kali Asthan begusarai. They have a board of Van heusan and they are selling the goods in the Marda collections pvt. ltd. GSTIN 10AAECM8210F1Z3

The store at DLF mall noida is useless and not accepting return although we have bill and everything. The store incharge attitude is also pathetic. Must say loosing customer

I went in to buy a shirt from Levi's lulu mall Sochi showroom and the behaviour of the salespeople there was very rude and harsh, they were in a world of their own, they were not even ready to answer my queries and in the end, I had to walk out of there without buying anything.I've been a loyal customer to levis for a long time and never had to face such an experience.I hope this review Is taken with due notice and needle action is taken

I visited Levis Borivali franchise shop two days back. I selected two garments of Rs 5800/- . I told him to bill. Salesman said pl select 2 free garments . I Selected of Rs 6200/- and offered to pay Rs 400 extra. He said it is not possible. I have to pay Rs 7860/- . He said this is as per terms and conditions . I asked for written terms and conditions. manager said our conditions are oral.
This is a cheating . I need CCTV footage of the stores dated 10 Jan 2021 between 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm to file an FIR against the stores for cheating . I m advocate vinay ansurkar from Borivali mumbai

T shirt was defected, Stitches under armpit were coming out when I realized I went to mentioned above store and asked for exchange and person in charge said he will get it re stitched again.

Above incident was not first time, I bought another T shirt few days ago from another store in Seawood Navi Mumbai
Grand Central Store. Color of T shirt is spread around after one wash because cheap quality color was used .

I bought another T shirt almost a year ago and it got toned from various sides by which I was not happy because it was not even 6 months after buying T shirt.

I'm posting all pics of my T shirts please do something about it either let me exchange it or give refund

I purchased a shirt on dec 16 and the fit wasn’t perfect so I wanted it to return so sent a return request, person comes for a pickup next day and said that quality no. isn’t matching so he can’t take it (the product was intact with all original bills)and since then I am sending mail to customer care but mails are bouncing back, no executive is entertaining the call.
This is something undesirable from such a renowned company.It seems that I made a mistake.

I bought a Levi's black leather jacket amounting to 6900 rs. After some time the colour faded to brown. I want some solution regarding the same. As Levi's is one of the leading manufacturers in India, I expected a better quality product but I am really disappointed with the quality. Hope you will help me in resolving the matter.

Early this year month may be February I had brought a shirt from Bangalore, Mg road Levi's showroom. After certain 2or 3 wash it just got fading completely to back portion..

I bought a levis jeans worth Rs 4299 from Levi’s showroom at JHV mall in Varanasi dated 17 Dec 2020.
This jeans was wore one time and now it is losing colour without washing as u can see in attached file.
Please acknowledge my problem and give me a proper solution I want to change this jeans.

I bought a new jeans from levis store jhansi. And after 4 days i wear it first time and it is stiching from diffrent places. Very much disappointed from levis.

I have purchase two jeans aon 28 oct-20 and due to size problem I have going two times foe exchange the same jeans but size not available. The store prrson is not willing to provide me the same size jeans with same price .either they have higher amount shown me. But several times request the amount is either less or high. I told them pls provide me same amount or return the product .they are not ready . I have taken two jeans and one set shocks which is less than Rs. 100/- from which I have paid. They are not ready. They told me you have complaint any one no problem. Sir pls suggest if both cases why always customer paid high amount. It means I am doing crime to purchase Levi's jeans or product . Pls take appropriate step for better service to customers before purchasing all the guidelines tell them after that his willing to purchase the product or not. and any one misbehaving with customers.waiting your positive response.

I m muhammed favas from malappuram I brought levis polo t shirt from levis perithalmanna and returned to there. I submitted bill and t shirt for return and their manager aprooved and told this strore is going to close and i can purchase from calicut. While i contacted in calicut hilite store they also told volg company leave from kerala. I brought product from Levis and i dont want to know about ur frangicy.
