It's been 10 days i have returned the product and now they dont reply to me regarding my refund. Effin scammers never gonna buy from them again.

    I have been trying to contact them for the return. No one is replying on any platform(calls and mails). Please help me return this product before the return period gets over.

      Product returned to levis for unfit size.Levis have checked everything done.But they are not initiating refund amount to my account number.Its been a month..its a case of fraud..they replied saying your refund will be initiated soon by their financial team..but over a month yet no response..no answer from email...no one to attend the call..we are looted by this fraud company.Please take the matter into ur hand and do something

        I have not received my product. But on the levis site, it is shown as delivered. I am trying to contact them from almost 1 month, but no help.
        I have already sent email to the customer support id. They dont pick the calls.

          Shirt "Order Number: IND[protected]" came up with lots of stains, I requested for return immediately, it took 5 to 6 days to pick it up, now it has been 10 days and I didn't get my refund yet.

            No customer support

            This is my order number IND[protected]
            The product was not as mentioned so i mailed them for return request. But nobody is responding not even calls. Do not buy from levis.in they are scammers they might ship your order and but wont respond to replacement/return
            Im gonna soon file a case if my issue is not resolved....

            I have ordered the 3 products from the levis.in with order no.ND[protected] but due to poor quality, I have raised a return request. but when the delivery boy came to collect the returned product then they said that the product details are not matching with his details and my product details, and this happens 2 times whenever I raised a return request they only sent a delivery boy with no correction in the product details.br...

            Hello,

            I have ordered the 3 products from the levis.in with order no.ND[protected] but due to poor quality, I have raised a return request. but when the delivery boy came to collect the returned product then they said that the product details are not matching with his details and my product details, and this happens 2 times whenever I raised a return request they only sent a delivery boy with no correction in the product details.

            Kindly correct the pickup details and initiate the pick up of product and Refund the money as soon as possible.

              This is regarding a order I placed and then wanted to return as the jeans were not a perfect fit for me.
              Placed a return but after returning they returned the product back to me saying return not approved
              I have tried contacting Levi’s.in Vai email and called their costumer helpline but no one is responding to the issue
              I have no idea why my return was cancelled

                Levi's India cancelled 7 of my orders and did not state any reason. I had placed those orders on a discount and now the offers are gone so I can't order them again. Why is this huge brand cancelling orders after confirming them? I'd like Levi's India to look into these issues and provide a satisfactory resolution.

                  I have a high regard to branded items because the quality is expected as per the money spent. Even in its Customer services.
                  Placed an order directly through Levi's website recieved the package within 3 days. Excellent. Due to fitting issues immediately the same day raised a request for return. There was a return arranged. Unfortunately the delivery person did not take it as there was an ID Mismatch. He left the package with me and unanswered doubts. Since 7 days I am trying to call and made several mail attempts to Levi's Customer services. Futile. I am held up with this package for not mistake on myside. It seems like the issue is being dragged so that deadline crosses 30days of return.
                  We cant use products which are not suitable right.
                  I wish Levi's doesnt leave its valued Customers in oblivion like this.
                  We are emotional and budget sensitive people
                  I hope I get a solution.

                          I ordered an olive green jacket but got the parcel that had shoes in it even though the order details were right on it. No response from levi's from last 3 days. Very unprofessional behaviour.

                            It was my first time purchase from ambience mall Levi’s and the staff guy told me that he will give a credit note if the product didn’t fit. I returned back to the store in 20 minutes after the purchase however the staff guy denied to give any credit note as I exchange the product the amount was still pending from the purchase. Manager even denied with a bad behaviour and was very rude. I came out of the store leaving the product behind. Went back to the store and took my exchanged item I was so frustrated from the behaviour of the staff especially the manager that I even left my 700rs behind . I always have Inder why the Levi’s ambience mall is not working that well. It’s just bcz of the greedy staff and manager very bad and frustrated customer service . Will never go to the store again and put this on very social media account possible. My order no is 1221 I purchased my stuff on 11 tu June 2021

                              I am an old customer of levis clothes brand, I bought a denim black shirt from seawood grand central mall, navi mumbai shop and the color of the shirt has changed slightly in the first wash and sleeve has been damaged The complaint made at the shop is that the levis representative says that the dark color is gone and the damage is done by you.

                              What is the purpose of wearing branded clothes and costly?

                                I bought my Levi's black coloured jeans in January 2021, and as a middle class person we don't prefer branded jeans like Levi's, but because we trust the brand and the quality I bought that jeans and because of lockdown and covid I don't think that I have wore that jeans more than 2 times, and only a single time it got washed as per the instructions. But today only when I decided to wear it for the thirt time, that got tear away, and I will share the picture no one will believe that I bought that jeans only few months ago. I have never experienced such a bad experience. I bought 2 Levi's jeans of 5k+, it is really really bad and surprising, that company is manufacturing such types of products. I am a law student and being a law student I will make sure that I spread this message everywhere to make people aware about these brands.. what company can do now? They will provide any refund or they will give u the same product? Its my humble request from everyone please be aware.
