I purchased one denim on sale from levi's store indiranagar bangalore.
The first time i wore the jeans, it started discharging color and stained my new white shoes, which were much more expensive than the denim. It also spoilt the tshirt i wore it with.

Being a new denim, i ignored at first but it started damaging every piece of clothing i used it with. When i tried to contact the store, they said jeans will always behave like this, you may wash and it will be fine. When i washed it was discharging colour as if i have put additional colour. Any normal cloth would stop discharging after two washes. But this pair did not. Also the shoes that were spoilt do not return to its original state after numerous washes and i cant wear it any more. The denim still leaves colour in the same amount. When i took the jeans to store they said it will go for quality check and then only they will do anything. For another 10 days they did not update. Only when i called they said its rejected and there is no quality issue.

When i asked for the proof and reason they said there is no written proof and the corporate office only communicated over phone.in a register it was written that it is not approved. How can i believe if it actually went for quality check? They ask me to write to levi's corporate office regarding my issue.

Its been 5 days and they have not provided any resolution and when i call they ask me to check with customer care and disconnect the call. Later they refuse to talk.
Its been a month that i am struggling for a pair of jeans. I want a refund of that jeans asap.

We purchased three pants from the Levi's showroom at Kottivakkam, Chennai on Jan 10, 2018. Out of three, two were fine and no complaints at all. But one pant, we bought for my wife, she used it for the first time in the first week of November last year, it tore during work hours when she bents down. She somehow managed the situation, as she wore long kurthi on that day. We went to the store for a replacement, they said that they can replace it at the store if it is within six months. They asked us to contact the customer support ([protected]@levi.com).

After reaching the customer support, I got the below reply on Nov 12, 2018.

Please know that we are terribly sorry for the product you purchased from our store in Chennai and the situation will be followed up on the greatest of consideration. I know how frustrating it is to have to go through this.

Due to employee confidentiality, we will not be able to notify you of the resolution; however, the situation will not be overlooked.

We have logged a ticket with regards to your request and the case has been assigned to the regional team (Case # 5223).

Once again, your comments are truly appreciated and we offer you our sincere apologies.

I had bought a women levi's jeans from saket mall which was shrunk after one wash resulted fitting got uncomfortable.

I shared the issue with the store manager and staff and requested to replace it with another jeans but they kept it for correction.

After a long time almost a month later i went to take it back but no correction was done so they kept it again.

Then after a long time i again went to take it but again no corrections were done and it was returned saying it can not be replaced.

I can not wear that jeans it has got so much bad fitting after washing, really not comfortable wearing so please help me to refund my money.

I had purchased a jeans and it had its side seam shifted to the front. Accourding to the store people it was a manufacturing defect. I had purchased that at 25 percent discount and now they were offering me a new denim but at a full price and not at a at the discount which i haf purchased it on. This happend at the levis store in mall of india, noida.

Hi! I had ordered a blue gray jeans from levis official site on 15 September 2018 and due to personal reasons returned the product on 23 September 2018. It’s been 3 months now but haven’t received the refund of the article yet. I have been trying to contact the customer care helpline to update me regarding the refund details but no one responded. Finally mailed levis helpline, though they registered my case number as 14502357 but then never reverted with details.
Hope this platform would help resolve my problem as I’ve been a loyal customer of levis years back but I have been really disappointed by the attitude and such slow irresponsive management system. In today’s scenario, every organisation make sure that their customer grievances panel is super active and responsive to even trivial issue and they value their customers. I, in high spirit, hope you would resolve my issue and look into the matter with ORDER ID - IND[protected].

On 10th nov'18 i have buy a tshirt of rs. 2799. Due to bed product quality on 13th nov'18 i returned that product (Levi's showroom in fun mall) lucknow utter pradeh.

Expect providing any credit note or replacement of that product they given me a receipt and said will confirm you in a week.

After a week they contact and when i went there they try to giving me more damaged product. When i denied to accept that product customer care started misbehaving with me.
So, i back tshirt and yet not recieved any update from levis team.

I am hopping by this mail, my problem will get resolved soon.
If still my issue not get resolved then i'll go to consumer forum because the way your team mis behave with me, was not tolerable.
Plz find the image of damage product and recipet in attachments

Ihave both jeans bill but last 3 months they dont change my jeans i am a regular consumer of levis last 5 years so plz do needful for this other wise i going for the consumer court

The levis's store in dlf mall of india - noida, the management is extremely rude, doesn't inform the customer about offers and deals. When i raised a complain the manager started showing shade and almost started talking in a threatening tone when i said i'll complain about his behaviour. The manager was behaving as if he was doing a favor on me when i am a paying customer. Such behaviour is highly disappointing and not expected from such a brand.

Purchased a Jeans {MAY 201873} 511 from City Mall Store, Gorakhpur before approximately 1 year.

Seen a hole (starting point of back pocket) before 1 month.

I have used (weared) this jeans only approx 20 times.

I have many jeans of this company and can't expect such a bad quality from a brand like Levi's.

Kinly change it.

Levi's is not giving my money back... I purchased one jeans and returned the same due to size and quality issue and then returned that due to size issue. Its being almost 2 months they have collected the product and me following up for my refund amount from last 2 months. Few days back on[protected] they shared a reference number and said it is processed but reflect with in 5-7 days. Till now i have not received the money and they even don't revert.

Order no. Ind[protected]. I cancelled the product and it has been 2 weeks. And still they are saying that product has not reached the warehouse and so refund will not be done. I call the customer care and each time they come up with something new.. Sometimes, they say that server is down and sometimes they say that the delivery people does not respond. Very poor.

I purchased a woman shirt from mathura levis store from back the stitch teared when i went to change the shirt they misbehaved or argue but not given the satisfactory reply kindly do need full its very prestigious brand i paid for this 2399 they said they won't able to exchange but i discuss at the time of purchased they said wld get change if any complaint come in next 3 months from date of purchase

I visited your margao goa showroom showed sms
I was very rudely told that if only i buy your product for rs.3500/- then i get this discount
But this condition was nowhere mentioned in your sms

I would like to share my bad experience with one the levis store in chennai.

I went to the levi's showroom in annanagar, chennai to check up with the red shirt which i had seen back in some other store.

I was told that the shirt was not sold here nowadays because of its low quality (Its levi's brand).

Who the hell did he to say that levi's brand shirt is low quality.

He also insulted me that only rich people come here to buy shirts.

No one like you buy shirts like this here.

Is this the way levi's treat its customers?

If so it wont last long.

I thought everyone in the world can wear levi's not only the ones born in silver spoon can wear levis.

Am greatly disappointed with this incident.

I faced very worst experience with showroom service representative. They are not treating the customers good. They are servicing well only if you buy something, if you are not with the collections and if you prefer to leave they were like insulting customers.

I buy a jeans on 13 sep from elante mall plot no178&178a chandigarh by sales associate vijay vide trxn no 2153 and i had given jeans for alteration and i was instructed to collect on 14 sep 18 by 1400 hrs but it was not done after 1500 hrs...
I had no time for waiting at that time as i had planned to go out of city but due to this delay i had to postponed my journey...
My experience with levi's was very bad...

I ordered a jeans online from levis but it was not satisfying so i returned it. The returned was accepted and i got a mail on 15/8/2018 that your returned approved and your refund will be prossed to your original purchase method within 7 to 10 days if you purchased cash on delivery our castomer care will be in touch to get your bank payment. My order number is ind[protected] today is 29 aug but nobody from customer care has contact me, so please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I want to exchange levi's white shirt (Size l with size m) but i don't have bill could you please help me out to exchange its new didn't even wear once except trial. (Sales man by mistake billed different size shirt rather than the shirt i trailed). If you could accept my request arrange nearby outlet to change shirt it would be so nice for your regular customer.
