Dear team i have bought a jeans from levis showroom locate at bmg mall rewari haryana and this is your redloop jeans in 07/05/2018 but after some time jeans have some stiches problem and when i visit the showroom your team doesn't change this and says jeans have not have any problem
I have bill for this purchase and my second jeans is also does not change

The levis's store in dlf mall of india - noida, the management is extremely rude, doesn't inform the customer about offers and deals. When i raised a complain the manager started showing shade and almost started talking in a threatening tone when i said i'll complain about his behaviour. Purchased a Jeans {MAY 201873} 511 from City Mall Store, Gorakhpur before approximately 1 year.

Seen a hole (starting point of back pocket) before 1 month.

I have used (weared) this jeans only approx 20 times.

I have many jeans of this company and can't expect such a bad quality from a brand like Levi's.

Levi's is not giving my money back... I purchased one jeans and returned the same due to size and quality issue and then returned that due to size issue. Its being almost 2 months they have collected the product and me following up for my refund amount from last 2 months. Few days back on[protected] they shared a reference number and said it is processed but reflect with in 5-7 days. Till now i have not received the money and they even don't...

Order no. Ind[protected]. I cancelled the product and it has been 2 weeks. And still they are saying that product has not reached the warehouse and so refund will not be done. I call the customer care and each time they come up with something new.. Sometimes, they say that server is down and sometimes they say that the delivery people does not respond. Very poor....

I purchased a woman shirt from mathura levis store from back the stitch teared when i went to change the shirt they misbehaved or argue but not given the satisfactory reply kindly do need full its very prestigious brand i paid for this 2399 they said they won't able to exchange but i discuss at the time of purchased they said wld get change if any complaint come in next 3 months from date of purchase...

I would like to share my bad experience with one the levis store in chennai.

I went to the levi's showroom in annanagar, chennai to check up with the red shirt which i had seen back in some other store.

I was told that the shirt was not sold here nowadays because of its low quality (Its levi's brand).

Who the hell did he to say that levi's brand shirt is low quality.

I faced very worst experience with showroom service representative. They are not treating the customers good. They are servicing well only if you buy something, if you are not with the collections and if you prefer to leave they were like insulting customers....

I buy a jeans on 13 sep from elante mall plot no178&178a chandigarh by sales associate vijay vide trxn no 2153 and i had given jeans for alteration and i was instructed to collect on 14 sep 18 by 1400 hrs but it was not done after 1500 hrs...
I had no time for waiting at that time as i had planned to go out of city but due to this delay i had to postponed my journey...

I want to exchange levi's white shirt (Size l with size m) but i don't have bill could you please help me out to exchange its new didn't even wear once except trial. I recently bought one blue 711 jeans from this store. Everything was fine, just the length was to be altered which they made it different for both the leg. I asked them to make it properly as both my legs are of same length.

I have bought 2 levi's jeans from its store present in mgf metropolitan mall gurugram.
After first wash, stuff of denim turned out to be so bad. It doesn't seem original levi's. I was a very big fan of levi's. But this incident makes me confuse about a big brand "levi's".

I have been purchased jeans of levis and almost all (4) has been stretched form knees. Stretching of one of them is not fine.
All i purchased is of 28 waist but after using 4-5 was it stretched from waist to toe.
I have been contacted several times to the store but there is not support. I also contacted/emailed to levis support but not getting support.

Please let me know after this bad experience how can i purchase...

I purchased 34” jeans when wore first time it was too loose. Hence checked waist and it was 36” plus.
