Hi team,

I gaurav jain got a denim jeans of levis in gift from my relative 6 months back, i started using it around5 months back. Now what i noticed is the jeans got torn from back pocket and its denim sticker also got torn even after doing it hand wash only as recommended.

What i heard about levis is your denim is immortal, you might get bored using it but it will be always like before.

Whether i got one down quality piece or something?

Kindly clarify. Least expected from such a big big brand.

I have buyed one chinos from r j enterprises on with tax invoce 786 on 25/06/2017. After buying pant is given for alteration and lying in store for 15 days. After said period i collected the same, on next day i observed some defect in pant so i immediately intimated to store and as per there suggestion i handed over the pant to store after washing on next day. On 19 th september 2017 i have received call from your store stating replacement is approved. Accordingly on 24th september 2017 and they are asking to pay me additional amount for same value pant as a part of exchange. I asked to provide the replacement of same pant they told store is not having same pant and asking to take the different pant by paying additional cost.
As issue is lying with store for 2 and half month how store can ask me to pay additional charges? This is only due to negligence of employees of r j enterprises. They have not communicated to levis actual incident and same if pending for long period.

Now due to store problem i am not liable to pay additional amount for exchange of product and store has to give me same product or refund my entire amount.

On 22.09.17 i purchased 4 items worth rs. 9, 996 from levis store boring road, patna. As instructed by storekeeper, if i would have purchased for rs. 9999 then i would have got discount of rs.2500 or simply take discount of rs. 1000 without taking free backpack of rs. 3999.
Due to misunderstanding, i have opted the second option and paid rs. 8996 after taking discount of rs. 1000 without free back pack. This incurred me a heavy loss. I visited next day for the correction and to receive appropriate discount of atleast rs. 2500 after exchanging product but he was unable to do so.
I know levi's is very customer friendly and will surely help me on the same asap

I had bought a levis denim on 28/08/17 from levis kamla nagar new delhi
My product was a fresh arrival at that time
In just a month time, the colour of my denim got faded after just a wash leading it to patches of dull colour and also the denim is also getting very burr
There seems to be a manufacturing defect in the product
Kindly look into the matter asap

Its so sad that its just 3 months and my jeans got torned; i have just worn it few times.
I am always loyal to levis due to its quality, but its not the case anymore.
I understand jeans doesn't come with warranty, but am now starting to doubt its credibility.

Request you to please take action immediately.

I purchased a red top from levis store of lajpat nagar.. I wore it only 2 or 3 times.. And the top condition become bad becoz of ruye (Hindi word).. I purchased it for rs 2100/-.. I dnt understand what is the use of branded clothes that is so expensive when the condition becomes the same as the roas side clothes.. And mjhe bas ye purchase kiye huye one month hi hua h or uski condition aisi ho gai h ki dobada pehana na jaye

I bought 4 jeans from express avenue chennai last year out of which 3 jeans have quality issue. One of the jeans has cuts in front whereas i bought jeans which are neat n tidy... The second one has back pocket torn n my inner wear is seen... The third has the bottoms worn out... My registered mobile number is [protected]... I never had quality issue with levi's... Now i think i should change my brand... I would request you to check with this issue so that your customers don't move to other brands... N hope quality is maintained and it does not turn out to be just an ordinary jeans...

Hi, bought the jeans 711 skinny from one of your stores in commercial street, bangalore. Paid four thousand for it only to realise that there are bubbles on the jeans just after one wash. Usually the kind you see u local clothes. A person shells the kind of amount on a particular hoping it will serve him or her well. Need a solution right now. Now if your quality sucks so bad but why not price it the same. You think 4 thousand is a small amount and i ensured to pick up fresh arrival and nothing on sale and still this is the result.

Hello sir i m a student. I brought a product from you last year who's order no.[protected] and i usually wear it occassionally it starting ripped. I wear it 18-20 times.I will show it to you store where i purchare they gave me answer after 2-3 months and ask for send mail to you they doesn't give any answer so i request your sir please solve my problem as earily as possible

I purchased a black jeans from levi's, central mall patna in around may, 2017. I wore it for the first time today, and to my shock the color faded in the first wash.

This is really disappointing from a reputed brand like levi's. It is requested to exchange the jeans as early as possible.

I had bought this t-shirt in month of april 2017. I have wore this only twice n washed once and as per the instructions provided by company. All the velvet has come out and the cloth has black spots all over, making it not wearable henceforth.. This is not expected from company like levis. Please look into this and arrange a replacement asap.

I bought a black pair of levi's jeans from one of your stores and i spent around rs.2200/- for the same and i was confident with the product as i am using levi's since my childhood but this time to my utter shock, after using for the second time, i don't know how the jeans got torned off from near the back pocket and i want to tell that my jeans is unwashed. This is purely a matter of bad quality which has been provided to me with a company of repute called levi's worldwide.
This is my request to you to kindly change my product as per your policy so that i may not loose faith on the company.

I purchased levis jeans for my friend but after 4 - 5 usage it got torn from different places.. I am highly disappointed from the material as i have given gift to my friend and it stood to as poor quality material. I am feeling embarrassed and equally annoyed that i trusted this brand.. If i get replacement/refund it will be better or i need to report other consumer to discontinue their usage

I had bought a pair of jeans on full price a few months ago with style code-q2827. Within 3 months of purchase i began to notice that the region below front pockets began to lose it's elasticity and became wrinkled due to which it appears very wierd and can't be worn. I have been wearing levi's jeans from a long time but this is the first time i have encountered such a problem. I would like to get a replacement for my jeans as soon as possible.

I purchased levi's black jeans from sgs mall pune and after that i have to alter that one but the store boy told me that i have to wait for 1 hour. So i told him that it is not possible to wait 1hour.. So he told me to alter from any nearest levi's store. After that i go to jm road pune store and told them to alter. I told them that plz keep it and i will take it tomorrow so they said that ok. Take it tomorrow. Next day i went there and ask for my jeans. But they told me that there is not ur jeans. So i told them to search then they told me to wait 1hour and after that they find my jeans and said that the alteration not done. And will take more time. So i told them that what are u guys are doing this is not the expected answer. Then i said them to return my jeans without alteration. I want to keep ur attention on these types of store and file a complain against them for not doing there job properly. Thnks

We purchased a pair of jeans from Shopper's stop and the jeans have a hole in one place and torn in two other places - manufacturing defects.

I had purchased it as a present and had altered it. Now when it has been worn we found the defects.

I was able to attach only one photo. Please do something about this issues.

I bought a jeans in sale with code[protected] having 50% discount so I got it at price of 1791 INR from Levi's store at anand, Gujarat.
Threads started coming out of the jeans in just a week so I filed complaint at the Levi's store Anand
They told me that my complaint will be examined in 10-15 days
But they didn't called me back and we're not responding properly
And after 15 days they gave me reason of GST for examining it
And every time I called them they told me that they will ring me after checking whether the jeans has been changed or not but I never received their call
Today after exactly 25 days I called in morning they didn't responded properly so I went to the store and they told me to buy something in place of that jeans
As the sale is over the prices have been increased
This is how they cheated me
I told them to refund my money back as I cannot buy high price jeans
They even denied for that
My trust on Levi's has been deemed
Kindly give me Justice
I am not demanding for other kind of jeans
I just want the same piece

This is with ref to levis store in dharampeth in nagpur. The land line was not working for few days as i was trying bcoz of the offer sms recd. When visited the showroom, it was very embarrassing for me, as at the entrance itself few staff were chit-chatting, laughing, & as i opened the door, they 'band ho gaya band ho gaya, aap jao. ' i told them, i had been trying to get in touch, they said — haan han, pata hai, phone kharab hai. It was around 9.45pm on sunday 31st july. I said, toh shop toh khuli hai, they said, aap jao, hum band kar denge. All this happened, me holding the entrance glass door, not allowed to enter in front of around ur 5to 6staff, making fun. M an ardent levi's lover & regular buyer. Felt very embarrassed. I was with my daughter. Next day, i bought from pepe.

Hello today my friend gifted me a two levi's trouser and one tershirt but due to some size issue and the fitting i want to replace the same with another jeans and i have the bill it just one day before 12/08/2017. But staff refuse that we can exchange only trouser and tee shirt is free with trouser so we can't replace the teeshirt i ask for same teeshirt but in another size but staff refuse to provide the same teeshirt
