Few days back i registered a complaint regarding article number[protected]Mens jeans paint). Complaint ticket no was 3136 dated 1/10/17. Purchase date of that mens jean was 5/6/17. Invoice no. Was 235. And show room name was west wind retail pvt. Ltd. Sco-85 gf. Pla market hisar haryana 125005. I got a phone call from your office next date after logging the complaint and said we will get back to you. Sir a long time has passed but i did not get any response/update from your side. Kindly tell me what is the status of my complaint. Sir kindly let me know whether iwill get the justice or not. Kindly look into the issue genuinely and do the needful. So that our faith in the brand remain intact. Hoping for a positive response from your side.

Very sad to inform you that iv brought a levi's denim 501 and given alteration size was 36"5 but strong tailor had wrongly altered 36"5 and the other length is 36" 2
And now i'm not at all satisfied with altered length.
I have left the denim at allahabad levi's store and available staff was full of attitude and ready replace the denim 4200/- rs is nothing i cannot take this attitude from your staff
Will surely submitting this case to consumer forum. Please do the needful asap before i take any step against the given product and staff.
It's been 2 days i'm running for my purchased product

I had purchased a red loop jeans[protected] cw/24-2015) from the levis showroom in mussourie, uttarakhand, india in the year 2015 and it was hardly a year o[censored]se, the jeans has started to tear/give way at multiple places. I visited the store again in 2016 with the jeans and requested them to look in to the problem. The showroom owner; mr ashish ahuja (Who failed to show up and was available only on the phone) kept the jeans and told me that he is not sure if they have any policy of replacing the jeans however he can talk to people higher up or may get it repaired (Which we call as darning!!!) at his level. One year passed and i received no communication from that side. On 09-july 2017 i visited the store again and nothing is done to the jeans yet!!!
As i previously mentioned that jeans is torn at multiple places (And it is not the stichline has given way) and is beyond any kind of repair.
I am deeply appalled by the quality of the "levi's jeans" as well as the behaviour of the local store person

2 buttons broke on a new shirt during first wash.
This shirt was in the washing machine with several other shirts but nothing happened to the buttons on the other shirts, but 2 buttons on the new levis shirt broke in half. This proves that the quality of buttons used on this shirt were not good at all.
This shirt was purchased in levis store in pune india in pavillion mall on senapati bapat road.

My levi's jean has white lines and spots all over it and has been undergoing discoloration. I followed all the washing instructions and didn't even iron it. I showed it at the nearest levi's store and the manager was so rude over there and even started accusing me of not following the instructions and ironing it.
The product is defective that this is happening.

I bought my jeans a few months back from orion mall at panvel, navi mumbai. It is light blue washed jeans. After wearing it a few times the jeans has become dirty yellowish in color and i have not been able to wear it since.

I bought this jeans for inr 3500/- assuming it will be a good buy since the brand is famous. I don't think i'll be investing my money here anymore.

Hope you work on the quality of the denim pants you sell.

I am extremely disappointed with levis. I bought a new pair of black 312 shaping slim and today had to be embarrassed in the office becoz the denim torn badly at the seams. All my life i have never experienced a denim tearing thread-bare.
Of course a new denim for which i paid full price was not only surprising but absolutely a thorough let down.
I had bought this pair on october 20th 2017 in from the brand store in the ambience mall.
I would like a replacement or refund for the low quality product sold to me.

Please let me know how you would like to resolve this pathetic situation.

I had bought a redlook linen shirt from a franchise in Bangalore on around 15th Dec 2017. Unfortunately, the stitch of the shirt got teared due to poor quality.

As Levi's is one of the reputed company and provide good customer service, I went to one of the franchise in Mangalore located at City Center and did raised a complaint on the product.

Unfortunately, the I haven't received good feedback from the franchiser and asked me to contact the franchise where I had bought the shirt. Which is located 350 km from my home town

Kindly advise me how we can short this out.

I purchased a levi's 711 stitch skinny jeans waist size 32 on 23 nov 16.

I have hardly used the said pant as it lost its elasticity and i confirm you that the following were also not carried out
(A) machine wash
(B) over night soaking
(C) hot water wash &
(D) use of brush.

Present status of my jeans is that a so called pyjama.

Whether i will a get a replacement or refund?

Request help and advice.

Just after 15 days after 1st wash we found lot of threads coming out of back pocket. We did not expect this from jeans purchased from such a highly acclaimed brand. We immediately took the jeans to the store on 1st october 2017 and they logged a complaint to forward to their quality department. Receipt for the same is attached too.

After taking almost 20 days to process the request they have come back saying its not a manufacturing defect.
Store owner is also just trying to delay it by saying that he will talk to his boss or someone.
I don't care if its a manufacturing defect or a defect in their clothing material, fact is that its pathetic if such a costly jeans (~rs.6, 000) is usable only for 15 days.

We have been purchasing levi's garments for years now and this is the worst possible treatment that we we could have expected.

Please check the same and get the replacement done as soon as possible.

This is regarding a big complaint i have. I was looking for place to post it. Anyways, i recently purchased a shirt[protected] from your store in sujana forum mall, hyderabad. After one wash and only 6 day old, the color starts to fade away near the arm pit regions. Your store manager, mr. Hemanth doesn't see that it was clearly a fabric defect, contacts his superior rude manager mr. Paresh. Now paresh is a nice joker. He claims the color faded due to the use of a deodorant. Now this is hilarious. How come the same deo i use everyday does not ruin other shirts??? He was absolutely senseless and acting ridiculous and rude!!! I want my money back else do see my negative posts online... I do not appreciate the insult from your managers. This is a serious issue, i never had such rude answers from people like mr. Paresh. Clearly the shirt has manufacturing defects. How can they not see it. Any kid will know. How can they say that was my problem due to a deodorant??? When i ask the same deo i use everyday and my other shirts are fine, mr. Paresh is clueless and says that was my problem!!! He later says he will send it to qc for a report. What is wrong with you levi's. It doesn't work this way in the us!!! Here it's no questions asked!!! If there is a defect, there is a defect/.. No more stupid arguments here. Please make sure i get my money back. If not, do lookout for online negative recommendations for your product!

I purchased 2 jeans and a half sleeve shirt from your patliputra (p&m mall) on 23/10/17. My waist size is 36. Size written on jeans waist 34 which is not fit to me. One jeans I use for one day I feel this is not perfectly fit to me. Please exchange the both jeans with size 32 size. The shirt is also one size required to be changed with 38 size from 40 size. I live in Delhi, so please exchange these clothes in delhi.

The Levis Boxers which I have ordered on Myntra's Site but they have send completely different boxers (Levis Brand). And from almost 1 week i have complained about returning the item but they have just done nothing only discussing in emails.Iam complaining you all this becoz its your brand and iam having a complete trust on your brand but if something like this happens then its spoiling your brand also i.e, you are showing something and sending some other item without informing. If some products of your brand is unavailable or out of stock then sellers must have mention that but myntra's site still not mention on this product it means those person who ordered these boxers might have received wrong product as they done with me...I hope you understood my concern as next time I would think twice to purchase Levi's Brand and from Myntra's Site.

I went to the levi’s store with a student discount coupon but they denied the coupon and said that they don’t accept these coupons. I have to pay the full amount to purchase the merchandise. This took place at the store located in faridabad in nehru ground, nh-1, n. I. T-1. They all were polite to me but have not given the discount to me. Also there was a board at that place saying the same thing, i. E, about the student discount.

Please find attachment, each and every detail is given in the attachment. I’ve purchased the article from levi’s store hisar. The denim is completely of no use after the alterations made by the store. Kindly refund my money or replace me the same pair of jean with the new one. The amount of the jeans is 3399 inr. And please arrange replacement as soon as possible.

I have purshased a denim jeans of your store located at c-scheme, jaipur shoppers stop c-44, man upasana plaza dated on 9th july 2017 and i wear it 3-4 times and we only make one wash and it looks like a 2-3 yrs old jeans with bobbling.
Kindly arrange a replacement and if this is not possible than try to give refund or repair.

Today i went to the store at elante in chandigarh and bought goods worth rs. 8795/-. However, this purchase was made under two different bills within a timeframe of 1 hour. As per the advertisement at the store, we needed to make a purchase of rs 7999 to get a backpack of rs 3999. Based on this advertisement, we asked the staff at the counter to give us the backpack as per the offer since our purchase exceeded the required amount. The staff at the counter refused our claim under the pretext that the purchase was made under two different bills instead of just one bill to claim the offer benefit. Moreover the male staff at the counter was very rude and customer unfriendly when they are expected to be polite and understanding in such a situation. This negatively affects the brand image.
However, as per the advertisement it just says that the purchase needs to be atleast rs 7999/- to claim the offer benefit.
This type of customer service was not expected from a great company like levis when i was clearly eligible to claim the offer benefit as advertised by levis. With such type of customer service i am not interested in buying anything from levis again. I feel deceived by this.

This one is for sarojini nagar delhi shop 55.. When i initially bought the jean they were very good that moment i went to exchange as size was not good there tone change completely n not willing to help i had to say again n again then the change it's very bad u guys have such big brand name n such pathetic customer service train ur ppl properly n tell them to treat equally if m buying stuff on sale does not mean u will treat as u like

We have bought levis jeans from lifestyle store in inorbit malad mumbai and from its store as well both of them have ripped within 3 months o[censored]se!

These jeans were purchased in sale periods so it is that levis india is no more concerned about its quality! We have been loyal customers to levis for kore than 10 years and this is how we are repaid back!

They dont even have their own customer complaints number on their website. It is diagusting to see a brand like levis that is suppposed to be the most trusted brand in denims for more than 100 years to be unconcerned with the quality of the product that they are selling. It looks like the only thing they are concerened with is quantity and not quality of the product.

After paying hefty sums of 3299 for their denims all we are left with is torn clothes!

I was buy levis belt of inr 1200. That colour was lighter yellow. This convert into dark silver. I was buy before 1.5 year. Before 8 months i was went your showroom for change them but company representatives are called me "levi's brand are not given guarantees in belt". If your company don't have confidence on your product than why you sale them. Close your company and make toy for baby 👶
